    Skylon's New Year's Eve celebration features an unbeatable view of River Thames , a live band, a DJ and a 5-course menu . Enjoy a 5-course menu for £375 per person. The menu is designed to keep you fed and entertained from 6:30pm right through to the midnight, as you see out 2024 we will have live band. Please note this is the only menu available, We require a prepayment in full to secure this reservation (per person). We offer a full refund policy if the booking is cancelled 72 hours before. Minors under 10 are not allowed for the evening. Kids menu £175pp. Guests must arrive before 8pm in line with South Bank Centre security protocol.

    Great food as always. Service of main course strangely sluggish today — strange because we both ordered the same excellent cod from the prix fixe. Suspect we may have been overlooked, either on floor or in kitchen. Resolved by flagging down a waiter…

    I was one of a party of 3. Between us we had the skate wing, chicken and grilled mushrooms with seasonal green vegetables. All absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. We had a delicious desert as well. We could hear ourselves speak, which is rare in London restaurants. The staff were extremely attentive, polite and friendly. All this with an iconic view of the Thames! I would thoroughly recommend.

    We had a dinner before the theatre which although on the face of it was ok value the quality of the food wasn’t as expected.

    Skylon offers exceptional service and food which was very good value for money. It had a very relaxed atmosphere perfect for enjoying our family get together

    Very poor overall waiter cant get wine right Food was cold and some portions were ridiculously small Icecream instead of 3 scoops came as 2

    Fabulous staff, the reception lady did her best to find us a window seat overlooking the city which she didn’t have to, we were then greeted by a very attentive and pleasant waitress who made the experience comfortable, we were expecting the usual , slight snobbery one tends to find at these expensive establishments but she was very kind a patient. My only regret was not bringing physical cash to tip the servers and reception lady as they won’t allow tipping via the card. 5/5.

    Cracking, if a tad expensive. View is awesome. Food was really good, especially the franzipane tart. Would definitely go again.

    Food was not hot and service was pleasant but had to ask for the wine to be served as it is not left on the table. Unlikely to return.
