Our Southern Pride smoker was tailor-made for our intimate dining room in order to provide a distinctive and genuine flavor, aroma, color, & texture in all of our meats. Even the tables have a story – topped with reclaimed wood from an old house on Palmerston and lit with bunker and prison lights from WWII.

Our first time there. Service was outstanding. We ordered the platter for two and it did not disappoint. Food tasted delicious. Prices were reasonable too. We will definitely go back or order for take out to enjoy at home.
Best BBQ in Toronto! Ribs and beef brisket are just another level. Our server was awesome and kind. All reasons why I go back, and back, and back again.

Always enjoy the food here but this time the experience was a bit ruined by being forgotten on the second floor. Waited about 20 mins from being seated and I actually had to call the restaurant to remind them there were two tables upstairs waiting for service. Once the staff served us, service was good and food was good.
My husband and I absolutely loved our date night here. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was lively and fun. Definitely recommend the beef short ribs and the chicken poppers.

Excellent service right from the time I made, and then had to modify, a reservation through to the "team approach" to table service. Food was outstanding and we'll be back to try some different combinations.
Food was tasty but service wasn't great. They took forever to clear obviously dirty dishes that should have been cleared to make more room on the rather small tables. It also took ages for them to actually bring us the bill.
Came for lunch, food and service was great especially considering that we were made aware by staff that the kitchen was running behind due to being under staffed on short notice.
Maybe because we were alerted ahead of time, but things still seemed pretty smooth and enjoyable.

Went to celebrate the hubby’s birthday with a group of 11. Everyone was raving about the food and how amazing it was, some even said it was better than some BBQ places down in Texas. This is our spot, we will continue to come here on date night and with friends.
Every time I think about the food here my mouth salivates because the food is ALWAYS on point! I think I tried everything on the menu and honestly, everything they have on it is scrumptious.
Delicious food, great staff. Music could be dialled down a tad, we were a party of four and had to yell a lot. Staff was extremely accommodating and turned it down when we asked. We will be back, and have been there many times, Smoque and Bones serve the best ribs in town.

Great BBQ meat, especially the brisket and peppercorn beef, the presentation of the sandwiches was very good and BBQ sauce had a bit of a bite but with great flavour.
My recommendation is mixed. Food was good but not as great as some reviews. Ordered the sampler. Same BBQ sauce for every meat was a disappointment. High tables and bar stools were not conducive of a leisurely dinner. I love smoked foods and have eaten at lots of restaurants here and other cities. This compares well but is not the best. But makes great drinks which helped a lot with the uncomfortable seats. Service is great.

Food and service were great. Outstanding ribs, and sides! The place is cozy, but a little tight and the short stools at the tables upstairs are a little uncomfortable for any length of time....but can’t wait to go back.
The food was great as usual. And the people that work there are so friendly and nice! Even though they were SO busy on a Friday night. Out of all the places I’ve been to in Toronto, they’re the best servers/waiters in Toronto! So thank you!

Great food but too expensive for what you get. Considering I can get more food that's generally better tasting at cherry Street without having trouble even seeing what I'm eating because it's so dark and paying a lot more for it.
Food was decent but felt really pricey for what you got. The lighting upstairs by the window was poor and it was really chilly! Otherwise is was good.

Not the fanciest place not a lot of room. Tables are small. Food tastes great , but I found my ribs a little tough for my liking .
Loved sitting by the bar watching them make all the great tasting food and having fun conversations with the chefs.
Great BBQ restaurant in nice Queen St West area. The food quality and flavours were amazing. Great beer menu with local craft. My only drawback was that they do all the smoking inside the restaurant, close to where you'll sit. This does result in smelling like smoke for the rest of your evening!
The food was incredible, the service was incredible, the drinks were so good, the only thing I would change is for the food to arrive earlier, we waited a while for the food to arrive.
The meal was amazing. Best BBQ hands down. But almost fell off my chair when we got the blll. $175 for my husband and myself. And that didn’t even include the tip! We had a drunk each, the shareable meal and one dessert. Guess I should pay attention to the prices on the menu next time!
