Our server was awesome. The meal was very tasty. See you again soon
Excellent food and great service. Friendly people!
Our dinner at Sociale Cafe was an excellent experience! From the service staff all the way to great food, everything was great. The Chef took time out of his busy night to come out and introduce himself and talk to us about our excellent meal. It was a very classy act on his part.
We had a great meal! The prime rib special was fabulous. Our waitress was super friendly and accommodating. We had a party of 8 for a 50th birthday celebration, they had 2 tables of 4 right next to each other due to COVID. But they made it nice so we could still all celebrate together while still following COVID protocol. We will definitely go back! Food was great and had many choices as they also offered a portico menu as well as specials. Great place!
Never received my open table points.
The waitress had no idea what I was talking about. I asked her twice.
Never received my 100 points.
She won’t be serving us again
we had the lobster tail which was excellent!!! I just sih it was served with anything else on the plate..a veggie..anything..
Love the preparation and the fact that they use local ingredients!
The food just isn’t good. We loved going there pre-COVID maybe they are just struggling to get their groove back. We will keep trying hoping for better results.
Food was good, good value. Took 50 minutes to get food and not busy. Only one cook for two restaurants and take out. Covid situation was taking its toll on employees that are back Im sure. Was understanding but annoying.
Food and service were good. They put the Bills game on for us which was nice.
Had a lovely meal. Serving staff were serving, clearing tables...and behind the bar....very considerate but definitely needed more staff
I would recommend this restaurant. They had a table for us right away and the service was very good and everyone enjoyed their food.
I and my friend ordered the prime rib. She ordered hers medium well and I ordered it medium rare. Here was done medium rare and mine was one part delicious the other half barely cooked. We pointed this out to Teach and she agreed. We all left hungry. To not serve any bread up front or offer appetizers, was disappointing. Would not return
It was alright expensive for what we got. It maybe ok as a breakfast place.
The food was stated as farm fresh which I appreciate. The prime rib was fair tasting but cooked correctly. The ambiance was ok. Would have been better if the lights were lower. It was more like a cafeteria look when I expected more of a nice restaurant look and feel.
Food came out cold and rather tasteless.
Friendly service, good variety of food options and reasonably priced.
It was our first visit to the Sociale Café and we loved it! I finally found a restaurant that makes crab cakes the way they are advertised on the menu. All white, lumpy meat and not from a can like they are in most restaurants. My husband had the prime rib and he said it was tender and tasty. Not chewy at all. We'll be back!
The restaurant is really just a few tables by the coffee bar café in the lobby of the hotel. The food was pretty disappointing. We ordered the prime rib special and the prime rib was overdone, had no flavor and was cold. The service was so-so, we waited forever for water refills, etc. Just overall disappointing for the cost. The casino really needs to add a good mid-priced restaurant option. The only options other than food court or buffet are a very expensive Italian restaurant, this restaurant or some tables by the sports book area.
We loved the happy hour and the 1/2 price appetizers. The clams we had were amazing. We look forward to coming again soon.
Very good food with a nice comfortable environment
Our food was good and the server was very attentive. Would definitely visit again.
We all had prime rib. Great meal and service
The prime rib and pork were both good.
when we arrived at the restaurant they did not have our open table reservation so we had to wait
The first time I ate at Sociale, a little over a year ago, I had a fantastic dinner and the service was excellent. For this visit, it was only so-so. We ordered the grilled shrimp appetizer and the prime rib special. We waited more than 30 minutes for our food and our dinners were brought out before the appetizer. The prime rib, which we ordered medium, was closer to well done. The grilled shrimp was just okay. While they didn’t charge us for the shrimp, the overall experience was nowhere near as pleasant as our previous visit.
I would recommend Sociale to a friend for a quick meal. I tried it because of the Prime rib special. Service was excellent from our server. We ordered two prime rib, one was requested medium rare and the other well done. Both came medium but we were on a time constraint due to show reservation so we did not send it back. Meat was very tender though. Both the meat and the potatoes and Brussels sprouts were Luke warm when they came out not steaming.
We had a Cabernat Franc wine which was good but $15 for the cafe was high in my opinion.
I had previously been to Portico at the resort and I much more prefer their dinners than this location. This is a cafe trying to be the arrival place and it is not.
Thus my mid range review of their establishment.
Had the prime rib. Wasn’t very good. That’s the only dish we had there. Maybe something else on the menu would be better. Would not recommend.
The food was good! Our server was outstanding! We enjoyed our entire evening .
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful.
Tucked away from hustle bustle. Good wait staff, fullbar, varied menu. Ceasar dressing a bit sour, but good portion size.
Great shrimp cocktail and prime rib. Service excellent.
It’s our favorite restaurant at Delago! The staff, food and atmosphere are always outstanding.
Comfortable seating. Nice atmosphere. Attentive waitress. We had an enjoyable evening.
Prime Rib delicious for all of us. Asparagus required a little more cooking, but overall a wonderful meal, and an added fantastic desert! Great waitress and friendly associates. Will definitely go back very soon (pending bad weather). So glad Del Lago came to the FLs. Great food at the Vine, Farmers Buffet and now at the Sociale.
Nothing over the top - service or food. Adequate meal in a "diner" sort of eatery. Best part was dessert. Unfortunately, the fruit fly was NOT entertaining.
I would because the chow was good and the drinks were a pretty solid pour, the service was slow for both food and drink. It seemed to me that they were short staffed as far as servers but there were other people kind of just hanging out.
I'm not sure what the "norm" is but we weren't offered rolls or bread. The salad dressing I had was excellent.
Maybe a little pricey for the food and drinks but it's a hotel joint so you kind of expect to pay more.
I'd go back.
Lunch was wonderful. The menu was new, but our waitress knew EVERYTHING about the items and was very helpful. We had the fried Brussels Sprouts....spoiler alert....THE PORTION WAS HUGE!!! The two of us couldn’t finish them. Lunch sandwiches were also good, and very large. Menu was very diverse. Will go back!
Food was excellent but service was SLOW. Beware...the lunch service doesn't start until 12:00 p.m. and they will not take a lunch order even a minute before. Plus, even if you are the first lunch order in...it will still take 20-25 minutes for your food to arrive.
There were 4 of us. 3 got the prime rib 1 got the bbq beef brisket. The brisket was great. We will not order the prime rib again but the rest of the dinner was good. 2 of us order the prime rib medium rare (more on the rare side) and the other was well done. They were not very good, cooked to a minimum temp of 150 (more medium). They were cold and chewy. We said something to the waiter and he got the manager right away. They made good on the meals. Dessert was sensational. We will try them against. Very friendly people, lovely atmosphere. All in all we had a great time. I can’t wait to try the salmon.
