Located on 6th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn, SOIGNE RESTAURANT is a chic restaurant , serving New American cuisine, utilizing seasonal, local, and artisan ingredients. Our menu is market inspired.
It’s an experience you’ll never forget.
Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Prior experience had been much better. Service was wonderful.
Excellent service. Food was very good and prices were quite reasonable. Overall a very good dining experience.
It has changed ; looking for a new favorite place.
A wonderful experience in all respects. And the owners are terrifically nice, too.
Cozy French themed, excellent service & fine prix fixe dinner a bargain. Server / Bartender George terrific. Will return.
The waiter was quite polite however he didn’t write down our order and made many mistakes. With the exception of one appetizer, the food was not prepared or seasoned well at all. Very disappointed as we once considered this a neighborhood gem.
Food was very good. Waiters and manager were very attentive. Team service missed a request which had to be repeated. Family reunion dinner.
Had a super great brunch - everything was delish and George our server was amazing - with the grown ups and the kids! We had the soup special, and a good cross section of everything from chicken and waffles to mussels to the kids menu. Definitely worth a trip! Can’t wait to go back
I loved it here. Staff were friendly, service was prompt. And above all food was amazing! Would love to go back. It’s also a very nice clean place!
Our bartender / server George was great. Chef creative and terrific cook. Tey a Manhattan at the bar. Will return
Excellent service as always!!
Waiter was very nice and helpful. He knew the menu. Everything was good to very good.
Good wine list & happy hour. Nice prix fixe dinners mid-week, reasonable side dishes as well. Only drawback is bar cocktail mixologist - still learning but trying hard.
We come here often for dinner and it's great. Today was the first time we had brunch here, and it was also great. The food and service are terrific. I had a salad with shrimp and the portion size was plentiful. My husband had a spinach, vegetable and goat cheese omelet and he enjoyed it very much. The coffee was also perfectly brewed and I've been disappointed in the coffee in other restaurants. This did not disappoint at all. in addition, and of extreme importance to us, is the fact that you can have a real conversation because it's quiet there. This is Pride weekend, and a 20% discount on the food was given. How great is that! Thank you Soigne!
This was my first time here. My husband, son and I came for Father's Day brunch. Our reception was prompt and friendly, noise level low, setting intimate, with outdoor seating as well. Street parking was readily available. Our server was new, very polite and we understood his overlooking basic items since he was also very busy. The (new?) owner-hostess was fun and attentive to overall seating and service.
The food arrived promptly, was hot and tasty; our son's chicken with waffle was ample, the French toast brioche (stuffed with fresh blueberries and sour cream) was delicious. Our bar drinks were all good, not overwhelming or underwhelming. We would return to try other offerings. I'd give it a B and see how things evolve as they settle into the new rhythm. It's in a delightful, quiet, Brooklyn neighborhood of Park Slope.
Great service and, wonderful food!
Visited the restaurant for "date night." All of the food that we ordered was very tasty - lobster cakes, mussels, pappardelle and pork loin; we also ordered a bottle of wine, which went perfectly with our food choices. The staff was friendly and upbeat. We would definitely visit again - curious to try brunch.
Nice and moderate wine list by glass or bottle. Prix fixe dinner a good deal. Rookie server will get better.
The quality has gone down considerably since I came here last. The menu is not good, its all over the place and dated. Food was horrible, unseasoned or not seasoned and just not good. My wife and I just stopped eating and took the rest "home" which was the nearest garbage bin. The only reason it looks like there was any customers is because the good busy restaurant across the street was packed.
I got a burger and it was slightly over cooked. However, the staff was great and they had nice outdoor seating
The restaurant was quiet and it's a delight to be able to talk to your partner while eating. The salmon was very well prepared and the vegetables were delicious. My husband loved the lentil soup which was a special. He also thought his ratatouille was fabulous. The service and ambiance was warm and welcoming.
A really nice neighborhood spot. Wish the food and wine list was better than mediocre.
As always the food was exceptional, but the service made the experience that much better.
I highly recommend this restaurant!
A good place for a straight forward French meal. A neighborhood restaurant that has something for everyone
French food. Food was good Service was great. Ambiance was pleasant. Would go back
A lovely little neighborhood. A great place to go for a night out or just a good meal. Friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
Great neighborhood restaurant with good food, service, and value. Totally comfortable place to spend time with family including young children.
Great restaurant! the service, food, ambiance are top notch. Highly recommend this place!
Great food with above average service the servers are very polite and the music played is extra special and the right volume. For date night or a simple first date this is the place to go
Love this place. The food, service and atmosphere are terrific. one of the real gems in Park Slope. I've been here three times and it has NEVER disappointed. There really is nothing like it.
The food is top notch. Our cocktails were too warm. The ambience is a little old. But we were surprised that there were so few people there in a Friday because the food is really good
We waited over an hour for food that did not require that much time. Despite the lengthy wait our waiter never talked to us or acknowledged the delay. Two ordered hamburgers well done and medium. Both were very rare and had to be sent back. We ordered bloody Mary’s which had lots of spice but no obvious vodka. Ultimately the meal was tasty but the stress of getting it was too much.
Nice quite and romantic atmosphere. Prix fixe dinner and good bar service. Enjoyed.
excellent prix fixe and happy hour specials at the bar. Good value
Love this restaurant - great food and service - music in the background where it belongs. My go to place in Brooklyn!
Food used to be much better before new ownership took over. Most of what we ordered—escargots, scallops, shrimp with pasta—needed seasoning badly. Service was well-meaning but slow. There are better restaurants in the neighborhood now so we probably won’t go back.
This was our first time at Soigne and we will definitely be coming back. The midweek Prix Fixe for $29/person was great. Delicious French Onion Soup - perfect on a chilly evening, cod with risotto and haricots verts for me, stuffed chicken breast with brussels sprouts for him and two yummy desserts - creme brulee and crepe with nutella and banana garnished with whipped cream and blueberries. The hostess/waitress was friendly and attentive and the chef checked in to make sure we were happy with our meal. Yes, we were very happy!
I wish I could give this place 6 stars. It is an absolute gem in Park Slope. Fantastic, imaginative food.Impeccable service in a lovely, charming atmosphere that allows for pleasant conversation with one’s guest.
The food is among the best in the neighborhood. Every item on the menu is prepared and served with care.
All food was great. Service was excellent. Very nice place. Will definitely go back. Looking forward to it
