   A fabulous restaurant with incredible food. It was absolutely delicious, with very thought out menu items and so hard to choose a favourite. Tara was a delight. The restaurant is tiny and I would have been knocked into at least 30 times by the staff members bustling by, which was unpleasant.

   Excellent restaurant we were very happy with original combination of tastes coming from USA. You feel this is a sophisticated cuisine presented in beautiful manner! Also very unique concept of American cuisine at Michelin star level. Wines were at excellent quality mainly sourced from California. Cocktails were good too. The setting was cosy but could get noisy when restaurant is at full capacity

   Sola stands out in Soho. Not only are the finest ingredients used in every dish, there is never anything that doesn’t need to be on the plate. The langoustine was superb as were all of the incredible entrées. Tara really made me feel at home and recommended some very interesting pairings. What a meal.

    SOLA is special! We had the tasting menu with paired wines and it was all so delicate and perfect! The food tasted exquisite and was presented beautifully. I also loved the fact it was in buzzing soho- an incredible treat and definitely will head back soon. Thanks to the team who looked after us so well.

    Last minute reservation and they not only accommodated us but even made changes to their menu to fit my dietary preferences and allergies. Something not that easy to do when you have a menu such as the one they have (many ingredients and detailed confectionery ). Wine list was fairly priced with a good balance of grapes and vintages that are nothing incongruous with the food menu offered. I wouldn’t know to pick just one thing to prefer over others. Maybe the scallops, the prawns over the rock or the foam, but the tuna…. Couldn’t pick a favorite to eat. Some plates have so much going on: a tiny set of gel cubes bursting in flavor, sprinkles of tiny eggs here or a crunchy powder there. Beautiful to look at and even better to the palate. I truly love coming to these Michelin starred restaurants (Im assuming they have at least one) as they work hard at impressing their customers. There is still a search and a thirst for discovery in these restaurants that is very exciting. Moreover; all very delicious. In the end that’s what we all want: a delicious, enjoyable meal. Thank you so much for taking my reservation. Absolutely recommend and will be back.

    An amazing dining experience. Easily the best meal I’ve had this year. The kitchen was very accommodating of my dietary requirements, given the tasting menu only concept. We went for the longer tasting menu, which arguably isn’t as good value as the shorter lunch tasting menu, but I wanted to try the additional dishes. All in all, an excellent culinary experience. Definitely a place for a special occasion. I wouldn’t be surprised if a second Michelin Star was awarded at some stage soon.

    I have to say the food was very nice but I turned up near the beginning of service and the sommellier was loudly walking to one of the waiters in the front of house. We got the tasting menu with accompanying wine flight and again, the food was interesting and good but every time the sommellier came over she explained the wine to us very briefly and in a hurried fashion, not properly explaining about her choice or even giving us time to understand what she was saying. On top of that the service felt very rushed which, quite frankly, when you order a 10 course tasting menu is not what you want. I felt like the only way to spend more time there and actually enjoy my meal, giving it time to go down was to eat my courses slowly, waiting for them to go cold so the next one wouldn't arrive. Despite trying some good ingredients and an interesting new cuisine, for me, this restaurant did not feel welcoming and certain staff seemed very unprofessional.

    On a recommendation of a visiting friend , we enjoyed this well appointed little restaurant in the heart of Soho. Well curated tasting menu, inventive flavours and served by knowledgeable and fun staff. Professionnal and not stuffy. The wine list is interesting and quite pricey and the portions are on a small scale . All to do with a "Tasting Menu" I suppose.

    Very good quality of food. Great presentation of the courses. Very good consistency. Very well balanced and great taste of all courses throughout the testing menu. Very polite and professional staff. Very comfortable environment, with nice decoration, but there is space for a bit of improvement in the area around the bar. The tables close to the kitchen offer a “kitchen-table” experience.

    SOLA SOHO is a new Michelin Starred restaurant with exquisite food and service coupled with a warm and relaxed ambience. The feeling that you get is that the Restaurant team and Chef have somehow welcomed you to their home, but instead of serving you a home cooked meal have treated you with an Epicurious Feast with Wines served from their Personal Curated Collection. We have dined at a variety of Michelin Starred restaurants over the years in various places. This experience ranks up their with the top. The evening satisfied the eyes, palate and also the soul.

    Very good (though for us, not excellent). Cocktails were unique and superbly balanced. Early courses and dishes from the pastry section were first class. Thought the balance of the sauces on the main dishes were wrong (either too powerful or too acidic, despite the richness of the quail dish). Extras on the menu seemed overpriced (and, in any event, unnecessary additions). Pricing on digestifs at the end of the meal were similarly high.

    Food was excellent quality. Langoustine broth slightly over salty, and quail not as tasty as everything else. But presentation is excellent, staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. It was our anniversary and they treated us so well, with a lovely table and a bit of cake too, which was very nice of them! Great value for money michelin dining experience!
