Song E Napule
These guys love their place and love serving pizza. They take such good care of their guests. The vibe and service is informal, but the quality of the produce and wine is taken very seriously!! One of my favorite pizzas in town!
As always, Song E Napule is the best choice. I think this is really the best Neapolitan pizza in Manhattan and everybody is super nice!
By far, the best authentic “napule” pizzeria I’ve been to in NYC. I will definitely be back. Thanks to Ciro & Team for a great evening!!
Always delicious. One of the best gems in new york
Best Neapolitan pizza I've had since Naples! Cozy, small place and friendly staff.
Amazing place and incredible food!!!
My favorite pizza in NYC - best crust I've ever had!
This was our second time here, visiting from California. We're so happy we found Song E Napule! It is some of the best neopolitan pizza we've had. The place itself is such a joy, too -- it has the feeling of a family home. It's tiny, so make a reservation. We had the coccole for dessert -- highly recommend you split this, as it's a lot of food. I gave four stars for service just because we waited a bit too long for water and menus, but truly this place is fantastic and everyone there is friendly and chill. Love it, will come back whenever we're in town.
Fantastic food and friendly service.
This place is amazing! The real deal! I have never found a better restaurant (Italian or otherwise) in NYC! This is now my absolute favorite! Truly authentic food. Not only the most authentic Pizze Napolitane I've ever eaten (and rivals with some I've eaten actually IN Napoli) but pastas and appetizers are all unbelievably authentic and great quality. The entire restaurant has a feeling of love. Love for food, love for customers, love for life! I love this place!!! All the guys who work here have a wonderful sunny and friendly disposition and really understand customer service. They seem to love their customers and understand how to make each customer feel special. With so few tables and such quality I hate to reveal these truths about the place and let out the secret because I always want to find "my table" and "my spot" here and return to find the same quality, prices, authenticity. Somehow I have a feeling this won't change. This place reminds me of how NYC used to be. This is old NY at its best. It's a great great place and if you've actually eaten in Napoli you will appreciate it even moreso. This place....!!! I love it!!! Special thanks to Luca/Lucca (?) for running the show and doing it so well!!!
Always deliciously authentic food from Napoli!!! Come here for a real taste of pizza from Naples! Always treated super well.
Absolutely the best Pizza in USA, if you like the real Italian Pizza. Great service and menu. Well worth it
Pizza davvero buona, in puro stile napoletano. Ingredienti freschissimi. Personale molto simpatico e cordiale. Meglio prenotate perché ha pochi posti.
If you want to travel to Naples, just go there.
Based on one visit:
Thunderous noise inside courtesy of a blaring sound system. Unpleasant.
Pizza crusts were solidly traditional/Neapolitan, but toppings were leaden (there can be too much cheese) and we found their quality disappointing. Sausage was the hard-disc variety found in slice joints and a broccoli rabe pizza barely had any.
We did like the linguini with clam sauce. Although nothing special.
Great Napoli pizza - not a lot of ambiance - great value
The pizza was very good - however so many joints have great pizza these days. The broccoli rabe (chopped as requested) was excellent. I rarely eat pasta so when I do, I hope that it is goo. This was exceptional. I had the Scialatelli alla Scarpariello. A classic simple pasta dish that was perfect. The atmosphere and service is a little kitschy - but it works perfectly.
Very cozy, nice and good restaurant. The pizza is awesome - I got friarielli & salsiccia and especially the dough was worth it, but it is not my favorite pizza in NYC (and yes, I'm italian). I would definitely go back though and try the rest! Also, the crew is very nice and welcoming - you will definitely feel some hints of the southern italian welcoming atmosphere at Song e Napule.
food is great. Place very small and the music was a little loud but overall great restaurant
I have nothing against soccer players taverns but this restaurant should honestly pitch itself for that and not for anything else.
They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed into their fantastic restaurant. We were celebrating a special birthday on a trip to the city and they certainly stepped up and provided a memorable experience. I would recommend to anyone to drop by and enjoy.
AMAZING!! The owner its so nice!!
We had a great experience! The pizzas were super delicious and the salads were great! Their tiramisu is the best!!!! Highly recommend!
Ma ch parlamm a fa?
Pizza eccellente. Servizio veloce e esperienza divertente. Una bottiglia d’acqua 7 US dollars sinceramente troppo.
Great pizze , the rest seemed very nice, but haven't tasted it yet. They sing, they dance so you can't get bored. But it's damned noisy. That's the price to pay to be there. That I would.
Our Go-to Pizza place especially for meeting out of towners. Yummy food. Lively ambiance. Welcoming waiters and owner. The Crusts from the woodfires oven are baked to perfection. Th toppings and the sauces also have the best flavors. Yummy pizza over all.
Absolutely fantastic night - atmosphere is buzzing and you are here to have fun! The food was delicious... quite frankly the best pizza you will ever have!
Great pizza. Friendly service. Fun ambience. Would recommend
Crowded and loud and as if you are eating on Houston street
Best pizza in NYC!
Every guy working there has been super fun as well!
Keep going guys!
Could not be better - Authentic in every element, impeccable service, and food portions, price, and taste worthy of SIX stars
Food was great but music was sometimes too loud
Absolutely best pizza, hands down! The place is very tiny and unassuming but you won't regret going there. The service is also great, the waiters are super nice
Food was amazing, hospitality was great but it was way too loud. I understand it was Saturday and they had to play music but the place is way too tiny to have such loud music
The food and ambiance are both great. It's small. It's a dive. It can be loud. But man, the food is good. And it's one of the only Italian places in NYC where the CUSTOMERS are speaking to the staff in Italian. It's very authentic.
Billed as a BYOB which is definitely the case as all the information regarding them on the internet states so. I feel like they bait and switch you to get you in the door with the BYOB factor.
This remains the best pizza I've eaten in this country. And I've eaten a lot.
We came for my friends birthday, and they treated us like kings. The food was incredible. The closest pizza to true napoleon pizza in the new york! The ambience was traditionally Italian. We received a complimentary mouse. And they sat us at a cozy table in the back of the restaurant where we could enjoy each other’s company.
Great food and great atmosphere
