Semi-private dining available for larger groups.
A fantastic restaurant with excellent service and very friendly staff. Food delicious - a great discovery!
Went for a birthday dinner with husband. The food was very good. The portion of primi, which was ravioli with spinach, was on a small side, delicious though.
We thoroughly enjoyed the affogato&vodka milk dessert.
Would definitely recommend.
Great food and great service in a very cozy and quiet setting. The Chef’s menu was a perfect selection of dishes and the quantity was just right.
Very friendly service. Good food, particularly enjoyed the many anti-paste and the duck and mushroom angelotti - delicious! Great wine too and reasonably priced. Good value for Sunday lunch menu! It was my brother-in-law’s birthday and they prepared a small cake + candle for him which we all appreciated!
Went to Sorella with my family for Sunday lunch. The Sunday lunch tasting menu was delicious and they were happy to substitute the meat option for a fish option. Great wine recommendations.
A hidden gem. I came across it by chance when looking for an intimate venue to catch up with dear friends I hadn’t seen in ages. Everything was perfect, the atmosphere/ambiance, the setting, positioning of the tables, the food was superb, absolutely delicious and the staff were amazing. You can say for sure we left very very happy. We have also put it in as our anniversary place to book up a year from our original booking but we will definitely be back with partners/friends before then. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Every bite was delicious! Highly recommend the Chef's Menu to taste lots of different things. Perfect place to take my mum for a belated Mother's Day present but will also be returning with my bf!
Great food and ambience - highly recommend
We’ve wanted to visit for a while and managed to get a table on a recent Friday night. It was very busy but the staff were friendly and patient and did an amazing job. Not least the ones in the kitchen but the food was amazing! We had the set menu which - for the amount and quality of food we had - was an absolute bargain! The wine list was also great. We couldn’t find a fault! We lived in Italy for a time and we’ve finally found a place that served Italian food the way we remembered it! Every single thing we ate was utterly delicious and we will be coming back!
Great atmosphere, super friendly staff (who couldn’t be more helpful with rejigging the Sunday set lunch to have cheese-free options), and delicious food of incredibly large portions. Totally recommend.
Fantastic dinner. We had the chefs menu and the food was brilliant and it just kept coming! Nice relaxed environment and friendly staff.
Warm melty truffle arancini... wild mushroom and truffle pasta (so much truffle I couldn't see the pasta at first!)... and very rare but deliciously tender venison fillet. A carafe of Gavi di Gavi. An absolutely delicious lunch with wonderful service.
Really lovely staff and speedy service. Food lovely too!
Great food and friendly and personable service. Sorella is a great new neighbourhood restaurant. The only criticism is the noise level - it is hard to have a conversation.
Got in fairly early on Friday night, simply to avoid the huge weekend crowd. We were the first customer entering the restaurant on the evening.
Service was very attentive without being overwhelming, the food simply delicious and full of flavour.
Atmosphere, from decor to music to temperature simply spot on for my likings.
As italian, I can honestly say it was one of the best meals I had in London so far.
Great job and compliments to all staff.
Great buzzy atmosphere, really attentive service, interesting menu, delicious food particularly the Ragu.
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to in London. Food is delicious, service impecable, great decoration... one would struggle to find anything negative to say about this. £40 p.p sharing entrants, a main each and dessert is great value. There’s no doubt I’ll be coming back.
Excellent ‘local’ Italian - great food, very friendly service and lovely restaurant. Everything good except the Ricotta starter which was strange.
Kept the kitchen open for us, food was on point. Portions slightly small but maybe that’s because we some heavy hittaz
Positives: food is imaginative and delicious.
Negatives: it's noisy as all-hell with dreadful overly loud music on a loop. This seriously distracts from the quality of the food.
Our table was almost in darkness meaning I couldn't read the menu without using my phone!
Staff were v helpful and friendly
We had really good food when we visited. Tasty, interesting & v nice, but service on the day was v slow. We were left with the impression that the supervisor/manager was having a day off & the staff were coasting. You shouldn't have to chase to place an order twice or chase the bill 3 times.
Upscale Italian. Good quality ingredients cooked to perfection. Beautiful tableware, good service and good value for money Sunday lunch menu. Only downside : reggae music slightly too loud did not really fit. We'll definitely be back.
Outstanding - everything was simply amazing: the food to die for, the service so so lovely and the entire place super relaxed and chilled. Will definitely come back - for a long time I have not eaten so good!
Great atmosphere, excellent food. The chef’s menu is fab. This was our second time and we’ll be back again.
Very quiet lunch sitting, though really good service and good quality food.
Amazing lunch in Sorella. Staff are so warm and friendly and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend.
Nice restaurant, food excellent, let down by very poor service
Hands down the best Italian i've had in a long time (and I lived in Bologna for 3 months). Every course was amazing and I couldn't fault a single element. It made a Valentines very special. I will certainly be returning soon.
Delicious food and great atmosphere. Slightly let down with the service, staff were friendly and polite but we felt as if we were being rushed off our table. Hurried to order by several members of staff who obviously weren’t communicating and plates were cleared whilst we were still eating.
Very nice restaurant indeed, as I've come to expect from past visits to the Dairy and the Manor. Food top quality, particularly the pasta, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended.
Fabulous dinner! Will definitely be back again soon to try the tasting menu.
It's an unassuming place, not a looker, but simple natural decor made it welcoming. Taster menu looked interesting and so we all went for the taster. Anti pasto was endless and all very tasty - particularly the Ricotta dish. The beef and sausage was a disappointment in that the beef wasn't particularly tasty and the sausage was very crumbly. The fish was good. Desserts were a little on the stodgy side. Overall the food was good but not exceptional. The restaurant was extremely hot and by dessert the heat was making us all flag. Service was friendly and a good pace.
very simple food ... the same garnish to two different dishes .... the dish did not look nice...
Beautiful food! The pasta with duck, mushroom and truffle is possibly the best pasta I’ve had in London. Get the ‘Chef’s menu’ - it’s very good value and all was fantastic. Go before they win loads more awards and inevitably increase their pricing!
Can’t recommend enough! Food is outstanding, staff are lovely and really helpful. Will 100% be back
Lovely food. Good service and a really great local restaurant for Clapham.
Sorella has the best food and drinks in Clapham and a fantastic atmosphere!
A Little too crowded and noisy for our liking. We would have preferred a few extra choices on the menu.
The restaurant itself is lovely. The food however was not up to standard. We had the set menu. The dishes seemed confused - lots of elements but they didn’t really work together and the result was food that had strong flavours but that wasn’t tasty. Given this is in the same family as counter culture (which we thought was excellent and would highly recommend) this was a real disappointment.
The menu is original, the way of cooking meat and vegetables is simply unforgettable (And I am not an easy client ;)
