   Sortino’s offers a good array of choices on the dinner menu and the portions were more than adequate. The food quality is average for this kind of fare but lacking the finer culinary touches. For example the Milanese chicken breast would normally be pounded quite thin before pan frying and that was not the case here. The salad that came with it was very good and included some finer touches like arugula, avocado and heirloom tomatoes. The lack of flourish extends to things like no bread being served with the entrees, no water being offered and no table cloths. Prices were reasonable although a single glass of wine was $20.00- I’m ok with that but I wouldn’t mind a table cloth or candle on the table to go with that $20 glass of wine! I would certainly go back but am not on a rush to do so.

   Breakfast was amazing and we had great service! Jose, our server, was very attentive and welcoming. I highly recommend it!

   I want to order an Italian dish without any cheese or butter and I couldn’t be acomadate I been at other Italian places I have no problem with accommodations I know they had fish amd burgers I went there just for Italian dishes first time there don’t know if I will go back waiter did sound very knowledgeable either

   The dining room was open to the main lobby and was quite noisy. The food was excellent, each person in our party of seven ordered a different dish and everyone loved their food. We were celebrating my 19 years old granddaughter’s birthday. The birthday treat was a single scoop of vanilla ice cream which seemed inadequate considering how much was spent on our meal. This is a water park resort so I guess I shouldn’t have expected a fine dining experience. We are locals not on vacation but this was my granddaughter’s choice.
