   Extremely high quality food and coffee, Mexican open toast is another level. Coffee and Smoothie are really good. Place was packed, Quick service, friendly staff; met a local friend by accident who is a regular customer, also recommended this so I have decided to review here

   I have no idea why we didn't experience great service like others have on reviews. Food was lovely but our experience was awful. I completely understand if there's some unavoidable issues such as late stock, capacity etc but to wait for an1 hour and 20 to receive our food, with no apology or no warning when we placed the order. During that time we had asked for an update we were told 'its coming', but this was during a 30 minute period. When we asked if we could get a refund the manager actually left and hid. Such a shame as an apology or warning would have been absolutely fine.

   Happy to hear that you enjoyed of the food, and extremely sorry for your experience ; it was a very busy day , in addition to which the manager were off sick, therefore the management was extremely difficult for the ‘temp’; however you were offered a full refund even after having your food. According to CCTV, you entered at 12:05 group gathered at 12:15; Juices were served at 12:30 after the order and food were served at 12:50, you left the s at 1:05 pm, apologies for the delay and experience

   My second time at SOUL Twickenham and it's already become my favourite restaurant. A brilliant menu and vegan options – Spiced chicken grill is simply the best I've ever had. Took friend who was likewise impressed by his vegan breakfast. Service is brilliant and an excellent and not overpriced. I will be back again.

   The service was impeccable. The waiting staff were very efficient and knowledgeable. The food was delicious! Beautiful setting. Organic certified restaurant and coffee.English breakfast and Mexican benedict are extremely delicious. Will definitely return as I live locally. It's a special treat.

   The staff out did themselves again with the range of cream cakes, Easter cup cakes, mini pastries 🍰 and scones with jam & clotted cream, chocolate 🍫eclair, and a range of four different sandwiches 🥪. We were amazed at the value of food and drink that came with the Easter 🐣 😋 Afternoon Tea. 🍵 My mum enjoyed two varied teas in beautiful designed tea 🍵 pots, and I enjoyed a mocha and English breakfast tea. My mum and I could not eat all the beautiful food, different teas and sweet items! 😋 So we both had goodies bags 🎒 😎 to take home 🏡. The standard of food and drink 😋 ☕️🍵🫖was at highest quality and standard not just when we have Afternoon Tea like last time but every time we visit SOUL cafe!! My mum and I had a lovely time with the friendly staff who welcomed us and the duration of our stay at the cafe. Thanks for the experience we both had on Easter Sunday afternoon 🧁💗❤️🫖🍵☕️🐣😊🥪🍰🙏💖🐰🍴🍽

    The afternoon tea was a great idea to celebrate Mother's Day for my mum. Both of us enjoyed the food, which included scones with jam and fresh cream, strawberries and grapes on the side, fresh cream cakes 🍰 accompanied with teas and coffee ☕️. I would definitely recommend attending the afternoon tea event again, and I am looking forward to the next one. The quality and quantity were brilliant, and we both had food to take that we did not eat 😋. The staff were lovely, excellent, amazing, and kind towards us. My mum felt very special ❤️ and it it was worth booking for the afternoon tea!!!
