    We arrived early in time for the BOGOF cocktails which were great. We then sat down in the restaurant for our meal. The menu is quite extensive, we ordered the fahitas and the burger to share. They arrived by robot which was a bit of fun. The portions were both huge but we managed it as they were both so delicious. After our meal we stayed for the band which came on at 8 and have to say they were great too. All in all, we had a superb evening here and would definitely recommend Sounds for everyone. Singles, couples and groups as they have plenty of room for large group gatherings. Thank you

    Visited many times but yesterday's visit was a bit disappointing. When we got there the person behind the desk told us to be seated at the bar as table wasn't ready . He didn't engage with with us or welcome us. Continued to seat other customers while we were left 20mins before having to remind him we were waiting . Seated then left another 10mins before our drinks order was taken. Normally very friendly staff but yesterday's they all seemed to disinterested in offering a good service

    Awful. Service very average. More emphasis on how much drink you could have between your booking time allocation. Food poorly presented. Very small portions and poor quality. Dry disappointing, especially as it was our sons birthday

    Lovely vibe Great food choices Food was tasty Great choice of drinks, prosecco was tasty as was the wine. Understandabley you cannot stack your drinks however our glasses were never empty. Our waiter Leo was very attentive and nothing was a problem. Would defo go again

    The prosecco was constantly being topped up. We only reached the bottom of the glass when our 90 minutes was up. Nice touch to give free soft drink too. Our waiter Leo was delightful.

    Nice atmosphere, service was good, the food arrived lukewarm. Pulled pork burger was drowned in bbq sauce. Apple cobbler topping was impossible to break, couldn’t eat.

    We have visited several time before - including since the change from Hard Rock to Sound. We’d been to bottomless afternoon tea last year, after the change in title, and it was great. This time was awful. No mention was made on booking that there would be a Drag Show on. This wouldn’t have been a problem for us, but it was completely inappropriate for our 11 year old son. We had mentioned on our booking that it was our son’s 11th birthday. We should have at least have been told this was the case as we would have booked for another time. When previously visiting Sound, mocktails for the children were included in the price but this had been changed so we had to pay an upgrade. The non-alcoholic drinks menu is extremely limited now and reflects poor value for money and boring choices. We asked to be moved away from the show and, to be fair, we were moved fairly quickly to the bar area, which was fine. However, we were then completely forgotten about. We had to go to the bar ourselves to get our drinks and when the afternoon tea finally arrived all the hot items were cold. No one checked on us to see if our food was ok (it wasn’t) and after several attempts to speak with someone we gave up. We eat out a couple of times a week and this has got to be the worse service/experience we have ever had, especially on my son’s birthday when he had specifically asked to go to Sound, based on a previously good experience. We regularly visit London; there us a lot of competition and I know mistakes can happen. This feedback is intended for the restaurant as constructive criticism and I would be grateful if someone could contact us.

We also regret the inconvenience caused by the limited non-alcoholic beverage options and the change in the mocktail policy. We have to balance keeping a simple menu to ensure a speedy service with a good choice for our guests, but it seems we missed the mark this time. We're truly sorry that the service fell short of our usual standards. Being forgotten about and encountering cold dishes are absolutely unacceptable, and we deeply apologise for this. We take all feedback seriously, and we'll be thoroughly investigating this incident to ensure it doesn't happen again. We understand that this experience tarnished your perception of SOUND, especially after a previous positive visit. We truly value your feedback and would love to regain your trust.     Food was good, but nothing special for the price. The service was shockingly slow - the waiters all appeared distracted by the tables of tipsy ladies, having bottomless brunches to notice anyone else waiting. Initial order was taken fairly quickly. When food arrived we weren’t asked if we wanted any sauces, no one then came to ask if everything was ok. I had to then usher someone over, sometime later to ask if we could order dessert. Desserts then had to be chased up, as did the cutlery to eat them with. Then again had to get someone’s attention to ask for the bill, then again to ask someone to bring the card machine so I could pay. I asked them to remove the 13.5% service charge and this paid for the Uber that we then had to get to our next appointment - we were going to walk but didn’t have enough time! Only highlight was the robot that delivered dessert.

    Food and service were great. The venue looks great too. Primary reasons I’ve not given 4 stars are the variety of drinks available for the bottomless brunch was small, and live music would have been nice in a venue of this nature.

We do offer nightly live music, and the line-up can be seen on our website. However, this unfortunately doesn't coincide with our brunch time slots.     The food was very high quality served by very professional energetic staff who made us feel very welcome and looked after us well. Whilst the hotel has lost some of it's Hard Rock sparkle the restaurant area still remains a draw due to quality of food and service

    Had no table despite having booked. Receptionist admitted they had overbooked. Was finally seated and waited 20minutes for a drink. No card with start time supplied and our waiter left which ended in a diapute with a further waiter over our start time. Prosecco was slow and often waited with an empty glass

    Service was slow, waited 45 mins to get first course and 30 mins to get desert. Was freezing cold. Packed in like sardines, tables very close to each other. Could hear both tables either side of us conversation. The place felt soulless. Burger was overcooked.

    Second visit, service last time was outstanding so we returned, this time the manager Vladimir (I think that’s spelt right) served us, slow, not very friendly and certainly not even close to the experience we had last time. Won’t bother returning

    A great atmospheric cafe bar with friendly and professional staff. Great service and food. Had bottomless brunch at lunch time (12pm) and we were well looked after. Would definitely visit again

    Our waiter Dario was excellent, very welcoming and attentive. Atmosphere and surroundings very pleasant. Food selection on Brunch Menu very poor and food very average. Sparkling wine very pleasant and we enjoyed the 1.5 hours unlimited.

    Switched from Hard Rock brand which probably means less people, but the food and ambience is as good as before. Highly recommend.

    This was our fifth visit and we brought along our family. Unfortunately we were given a table behind a large pillar and we couldn’t see the stage. We asked to be moved but told there were no other tables available. it was my husband‘s birthday so it was a shame. The service wasn’t as good as usual, but the waitress said she had a lot of tables to cover. We booked and sat down for 1 pm and didn’t get our first drink or food order taken until 1.50pm after complaining to our waitress. Still great value but unfortunately our family only saw about 20% of the show due to the restricted viewing.
