It was my bday. The service was awesome!! Our server was amazing. So charming and polite. Thanks
An amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere! I had the Filet which I found to be a great value and was prepared to perfection. I'll definitely be going back.
Nice easy cute place to eat, especially sharing appetizers and having nice wine.
Food, atmosphere and service were terrific. No dessert or coffee on the menu.
This was my 2nd time at Sourbon. I was hoping it would be the same as my first experience (which was Excellent), but some of the food didn’t taste as good as my first time there. There may have been some hiccups due to the coronavirus anxiety, but overall it is a good experience!
It’s a beautiful restaurant and the food is great
Excellent place for a quiet amazing dinner. Food and service was outstanding!
The menu online is not up to date, and in the restaurant they gave us two different menus, so it was confusing.., disorganized, super slow and the food is not that good. Wouldn't recommend unless you're just going for drinks -because the place is really nice- and maybe appetizers.
The place is very pretty, but their follow through is lacking. There was one server for far too many tables. Needed drinks, needed water. I don't blame the server, but I do blame the manager and owner. I wouldn't go back.
the ambiance was great! we loved the atmosphere however our wait time for our food was over an hour bc the kitchen got backed up and there were many things they were out of as well which was kind of disappointing. however we would definitely go back just bc of the vibe.
The restaurant is beautiful inside, was so excited to try this place after seeing photos of it. The truffle cream chicken Alfredo was amazing! No complaints about the food.... Many times we were wondering where the server was though and we were confused because it was not busy whatsoever on a Tuesday night. The server also did not check back to see if we were enjoying our meals until 10-15 minutes after we started eating - thankfully we all enjoyed our dish!
The service and the food were terrible. Prices way too high. Pretty decor, but that’s about it. I suspect it won’t last long.
Restaurant and ambience are nice.
Drinks were good.
Food wasn’t good at all.
You’re paying a decent amount of money to be seen if you eat here, but won’t be entertained by the food.
Probably won’t go back.
There’s too many other places to go with really good food!
Was great! Delicious, beautiful atmosphere, in Love with interior design!! Carly, our waitress was so attentive and welcoming! Will definitely come back!
Menu was not as advertised. Several menu items which had drawn us to the restaurant were no longer on the menu and the Bolognese sauce which was advertised as being made with veal, pork, and beef contained only beef. A bit pricey for a sauce of ground beef and vegetables! The octopus was tough and I’ve eaten succulent octopus in many other locations. The wine served to my husband was not the wine he ordered. Service was awful. After three requests for a piece of lemon I had to go to the bar to get one and the bartender said “you’re lucky, this is the last one I have” What bartender does not have a supply of lemons and limes !?! The ambiance was lovely. A shame the food and service did not compare !
Lovely evening! We were seated toward the rear of the restaurant which has such a groovy vibe... Excellent server took great care of us all evening. The cocktails were delicious. Very impressed with a visit from Chef Vincent at our table to check in on us. We will most definitely be back!
Amazing atmosphere! A little hard to hear but food and service were great! We will be back!
Nice Decor, was very nice inside. But the food was poor. The French onion soup did not have a lot of flavor and hardly any broth. The chicken dish had no filling as mentioned on the menu. Drinks were good.
The ambiance is beautiful here but the food was no match for it. We went for Sunday brunch and the menu was very limited. I chose a quiche that looked and tasted like something pulled from a box and reheated. My friend’s crepe was similarly unappetizing. Salad was oversalted.
I hope this is just new restaurant links to work out. Go for a drink at least to view the decor.
The service was horrible. The server had too many tables, which caused us to get bad service. I got the Caesar salad and added shrimp. The shrimp came breaded which I thought was strange. I checked the menu and it didn’t say breaded. I asked the waiter and she said “that’s how they come.” I was told everything was made fresh to order..so I was confused why they couldn’t provide the shrimp just grilled. My date got the bolognese and said that the sauce tasted like it was out of a can. I paid $15 for a verrrry small glass of wine. The decor is amazing but that’s the only thing going for this restaurant.
Inconsistent drink prices for same drinks. Ran out of seafood special at 7:00 PM on a Saturday night.
There were only a few tables in the restaurant, yet service was very slow. Dinner menu was limited to about 5 choices of entrees, yet they were out of 2. My friend and I both ordered the catch of the day which was red snapper. It was served with the skin and bloodline in the filet. My friend’s portion was full of bones and inedible. Her entree was removed from the bill. The remaining total for one entree, a cup of french onion soup and two cocktails was about $100. Decor and ambiance was beautiful. Shame the service and food were so poor.
This is an interesting place. The decor and ambience is unique and chill, interior designer did a great job. The bar is cool and inviting, but the menu is very strange
Drinks were yummy
Food mediocre at best
Server not very attentive
Had to send the fish back. It was disgusting! No flavor , dry the worst I have ever had. My daughter ordered the steak. Was suppose to be a strip and was not. Absolutely no seasoning! The fries were the only thing that had any taste to them. It was our first time there and was truly disappointed! I don’t mind spending a lot of money if the food was good.
Dinner in Palm Beach; rather limited menu, nothing stood out as special or exceptional. Overall very average but expensive, not the best combination
Lovely addition to Clematis.
They need to work on the service end of the restaurant, but the food was great, just great.
Lovely atmosphere, and overall, a wonderful night.
Very pretty. Server was not well versed on menu.
What menu is on open table is nothing like their menu so do not be surprised
Ordered the filet and it came in a bath of beef broth. Gratin potato’s were to accompany got cold mashed. Green beans fine but wrapped in a raw piece of bacon. Ugh.
Obviously there was no manager since we noticed the bartenders were doing shots behind the bar. Again very pretty but so are a lot of places. Save your money
They need to update the menu in Open Table. Menu is very limited
Wonderful French 75 and onion soup.
New Year’s Eve! Special menu. The Sole and Filet Mignon were delicious!
why would you advertise that you are open on nye when you were clearly closed
We were so looking forward to dining in this restaurant bc it’s beautiful. However that’s all it is, pretty...
Our first round of drinks took over 15 minutes. We got the Buratta and Tuna Tartare- the tuna smelled and tasted very fishy and like it had gone bad. We got the Chicken Milanese and Steak Frites for entrees- both the steak and chicken were very bland. The only good thing about the chicken was the feta in the salad. My husband had ordered a drink before we got our entrees and didn’t get the drink until we asked for the check at the end of the meal. The manager came over to talk to us and when I mentioned the slow drink ticket times, her response was that “the bartenders have very intricate drinks and use jiggers” so that’s why they took so long. That is the most bonehead excuse I have ever heard. (We had a dirty martini and a Manhattan). The bar wasn’t even busy or close to full. Needless to say we went to Eat Sassafrass down the street afterwards for some real cocktails and guess what- they use jiggers too and made the cocktails in under 2 minutes. Astonishing. Really sad that Sourbon was such a let down.
The ambiance is wonderful in this little place. Food was wonderfully prepared and very tasty. We had lovely cocktails before dinner and there were a nice selection of wines. I’ll definitely be back.
Lovely restaurant. However, the waitstaff does not seem to care. The menu is limited...not as varied as shown online. Salads were fine, but nothing to crave about.
Tuna TarTar was delicious, Cocktails were unique and my New York Strip was flavorful. Service was so so and it took around 12 minutes to get my second drink. I will be back for sure.
Decision was to give it a try. Clematis is known more for vibe than quality but us older over 70 group gave this new place a try. The food was outstanding and we were very pleased. Wait staff could have been somewhat more knowledgeable but it lent for a more personal encounter....
Hard liquor drinks were a bit skinny on pour, and wine pour inconsistent.
Dessert ice cream very good.
Overall will be back!
Food was excellent. Everyone in our party liked their dishes. I had the Chicken Milanese, which was prepared differently from the way it is usually prepared. I was skeptical when I read the ingredients (had feta cheese and black olives), but it worked. The restaurant has a sophisticated but comfortable ambience. Even though it was busy, the service was excellent, and the noise level did not prevent us from hearing one another talk.
Date night with my husband. Read the reviews and decided to give it a try. SO glad we did. Ambiance, food, service - all great. Can’t wait to try the speakeasy upstairs. We will definitely be back.
The restaurant was very loud. Found fish scales in our tuna crudo. Overall not the best experience we’ve had downtown.
