Spaghetti Tree - Sutton
Was quite on the Wednesday but still a nice night out
Haven't been there for years and the last time I went was in the evening with work colleagues. Went for a lunch this time with friends. Very good set menu. All were pleased with their choice.
This is a cheerful suburban Italian restaurant serving good pasta , excellent fried starters and tasty main courses. Wine choice is a limited but thoughtful selection, mainly Italian but with a fee popular alternatives. On Saturday it’s popular for birthdays.
Very good. Only criticism as usual with Italian restaurants the beer selection is very limited in this case just Peroni.
Great food, great service, great vibe. Recommend.
We’ve been dining in The Spaghetti Tree for the past 15 years. We have never been disappointed. The food, ambience, drinks menu & service are all outstanding. Pay them a visit, you will be delighted.
We enjoyed a family reunion for four with good Italian wine and a wide choice of dishes. Three were very happy with the set lunch choices while one had fritto misto followed by calves liver with unusually good fried zucchini
The staff were very friendly, as always. We had two babies with us and the guys took the time to talk and play with them and were constantly picking things up that they had thrown on the floor (it was now a game to them). Only small thing I would say was that my food was only warm, but still very tasty
This is a bright, pleasant Italian restaurant with a wide ranging menu and good value set lunches. We had tasty arancini and mozzarella balls followed BT a saltimboca and a splendid salmon in lemon sauce. Few wines but well chosen. Busy enough to be lively but not crowded at lunch on a Friday.
Myself and a friend went for a catch up and had a great time. It’s a very small, quaint restaurant - not ideal for kids as it’s very tight but the food was well seasoned and presented well, and the service was good also. I would definitely return.
Amazing food and the service was brilliant too, we loved it!
Excellent - thoroughly enjoyed it,would definately go again
the restaurant is small and a little cramped due the amount of tables however made to feel welcome and food of a good standard with attentive staff thankyou will visit again
Review of OpenTable, not this restaurant!
I tried to book via your site on Saturday evening and was pleased that the restaurant appeared to have space for us to eat in an hour's time. I received confirmation to arrive an hour later and be told that the restaurant was full! This is the fault of your system and the manager told me he JD already spoken to you about this. Not good enough. Luckily on this occasion we found somewhere else to eat but it was pretty disappointing. Sort your system out OpenTable!
For 25 years, always a great meal, always great service, keep it up Danny.
We went there to celebrate my husband's birthday. We have been living locally for two years but it was our first time and not our last one hopefully. Food was amazing and the service was great. My daughter had a great time and she's usually fussy in restaurants.
We really like this restaurant, great atmosphere and decor, love all the fairy lights and the alfresco dining feel.
Couldn't give it an all over 5 star for two reasons, firstly they had a musician in who was singing so loudly. The tables are already close together so it's hard to have a conversation, even when she finished singing she turned the background music up to the same level!?!
Secondly I had some muscles and a few of them were closed and I just discarded them straight away but then I ate another one and I was almost sick! I was gagging at the table tears rolling down my face as I had to make that awkward choice of spit it out or swallow it and face being ill later. I spat it out and the waiter did take the cost of that item off our bill but we didn't get an apology from the manager who was too busy having a chat and drinks with the singer. Not impressed. Then we were told desert would be free but we were charged for it.
Would 100% go back just maybe avoid the seafood next time.
Charming little restaurant. Appetizer and entre were as expected. Tiramisu was not ready so we ordered creme brulee. The cream was too grainy and runny.
It is the second time we have dined at your restaurant as my granddaughter lives near bye so as we enjoyed the food and charming staff and attension given on a personal level we will continue to visit I hope, as I am quite ancient and one never knows what is around the corner.
Yours K Hickey
I literally love this restaurant; it's become one of my favourites and is always my first suggestion when deciding on where to go for a nice meal. The restaurant is very authentic and the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and is such good value for money. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
Great evening from start to finish great staff great food great atmosphere great price great entertainment great night
A cosy Italian restaurant. My friends and I had a wonderful evening here. Food is great, we three ordered four main courses including a salad, a salmon spaghetti tree, a pizza, and a seafood spaghetti to share. All of them are delicious! Staff are nice and friendly too. Will definitely return.
