Fantastic reasturant, only thing its a bit pricey but it has to be as tehre are so many staff, too many in fact. The Bar on the ground floor is great for an after dinner drink but cocktails at £21 is a bit much no matter how nice they are. But the reasturant gets a 5 star all the same

The fact that this place is one of the few places where you find the best caring staff in the world. The experience is something of a miracle. Thank you to the manager and all the team who made my wife birthday anniversary an unforgettable one. And the food is and always has been delicious and extremely delightful.

Dear Team, Thank you so much for such an amazing experience on mine and my friends second visit. The lobster pasta is one of the best pastas I have ever had and in a very long time. We were there originally a week ago and returned within 5 days as we wanted to experience the menu more in comparison to our first visit. I would highly recommend. The staff are also so exceptional and are so personable — thank you so much Theo, Marques, Robert and Adrian for another lovely experience.

While I am not very aware of London prices, this restaurant seemed quite overpriced, especially for the quality received. The chicken and fish were overcooked. The caccio e pepe was heavier than I have experienced in Rome. There were very few mid priced wines. I would not recommend.

Poor service. Was served Octopus instead of Pommodoro salad, which was replaced in a nonchalant manner. The bill was mixed up with a different tables’ and again changed in a care less manner. Unimpressive all around.

Please see the reply I have sent you privately in order to assist us to know more about the low scoring review. Our restaurant begins lunch service at 1pm on Saturdays which is the exact time of your booking. It is not unusual for establishments in this area to have a slow start to their lunch service which on this day actually went way over the 50 cover mark. More importantly I would like to know which dishes you ordered as we take much pride over the preparation and flavors of the dishes and if something was not up to your standards I can do something about it. The best experience ever! Celebrated my fiancé’s birthday and I did not expect such a welcoming atmosphere along with such great food. Our waiter, Brian, was amazing and made the evening extra special with his exceptional service. We were delightfully surprised when a dessert arrived with a candle to celebrate the occasion. Unlike other restaurants where you might get a small piece of something or just some berries, this dessert was a delightful and generous treat. They also gave him a sweet birthday card and branded chocolates. We highly recommend ordering dishes to share, as everything is extremely tasty. Especially, don’t miss out on the Caprese, the pasta in creamy cheese sauce with pepper, and the Wagyu meat. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!
