   Came here for lunch on a Wednesday. Food was excellent; very sizeable portions and high quality ingredients. The restaurant wasn’t very busy but it was quiet, well lit and the olive trees give it a very pleasant ambience. The service was good too - the only slight issue was that they forgot our coffees at the end (though the manager took them off the bill, a nice gesture). Enjoyable weekday lunch overall.

   We booked the dining room but were put in the brasserie with a reduced menu - not ideal but not the end of the world. But the restaurant seemed really chaotic and poorly organised. I spent most of the night with an empty water glass because they would put their tap water bottles on the table, then the water poured water all over the table trying to pour it. We ordered a nice bottle of wine and realised after they opened it that they’d given us a bottle that was almost 200 pounds cheaper, then when the bill came, they’d charged us for the expensive wine we didn’t get. We ordered cocktails at the end of the meal, after which one of the staff told us our table was needed, so we’d need to move to the bar (this wasn’t mentioned in the booked that our table was for a limited time). We were told our cocktails were ready and we’re moved to the bar, to then wait another 15 minutes for them to arrive. An underwhelming experience littered with poor service, won’t be coming back.

   Lobster pasta very good with lots of lobster. Tuna tartar very yummy. Service with flair and smiles- service best thing about the place. Beautiful restaraunt with trees inside. A man playing a trumpet. Dessert not great- had something like donuts with dipping sauces - was just ok. Also had affogato but the espresso part of the affogato came several minutes later after the ice cream. Cacio Pepe was not great- sauce not thick enough or parmesansy enough.

    A must visit anytime in London!! Beautiful decor and lovely ambiance in the heart of Mayfair combined with an incredibly tasting menu! Standouts include the Cacio e Pepe, the chop salad, the branzino and the tomahawk steak! An amazing place for Italian / Mediterranean cuisine, we will definitely return!

    Best Italian food in London. Very warm and friendly hospitality which is also relatively unique compared to the norm for restaurants here. The lobster linguine for 2 is a must try. And the bread with truffle ricotta and truffle honey….wow. Can’t wait to see how it will be there in a few months time when they settle in.
