Almost any dish can be made Vegetarian at your request, and we even make special Vegan versions of most of our dishes.
I'm Thai and went to the restaurant last Saturday (March 7) with my husband and in-laws who have been to Thailand. The appetizers, Spring Rolls, fish cakes and Chive dumplings were fine. The Chicken Stay was okay but the Peanut Sauce was too thick consistency-wise. I sent back Chicken and Rice entree which looked and tasted nothing like Khao Mun Gai.
Amazing food and friendly staff. The only thing I would say is that depending on where you sit it can be cramped/uncomfortable and other seats are fine.
One of our go to places.
Good food, but the drunken noodles were a little spicy for my son. Service was fine but not extraordinary. Ambience was average, but comfortable. We’ll definitely be back for casual dining, but it won’t be a go-to when we want to impress people.
Spice and Dice is delicious and authentic Thai. I have celiac disease and loved all of their gluten free options!!!
The food at Spice and Dice is always delicious! It is a fantastic value! Always love going there!
Great meal, great value
The waitress helped us order and was very kind. The papaya salad was excellent and a great starter. We then had one dish with beef and one with catfish. Both had vegetables and a tangy sauces. Sticky rice was a perfect addition. We thanked the waitress for her advice as both dishes were well prepared and tasty.
We will definitely return. In addition to the food we felt welcome and appreciated
This is a regular spot for me. The food and service never disappoint
Spice and Dice was a terrific place to celebrate my husband's birthday. I'm not usually a Thai fan, but I had no problem finding plenty of things I could eat. My son and husby are major Thai fans, and were very enthusiastic about the quality of the food. My yellow curry with shrimp was amazing. The only problem we had was that they initially seated us right next to the kitchen, though they gladly moved us when we asked. However, they then sat a family with two ill-behaved, loudly whining kids right behind us. Ambiance was definitely shot.
We'll be back, but our seating preferences will be clearly spelled out.
Great service and excellent food!
Very boring bland food! None of the four of us enjoyed our dinner. We hardly ate any of it.
Servers really shine at Spice & Dice! They are knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant and joyful! You can't go wrong with any appetizer. Most entrees are available with gluten free and vegan options! Delish!
I recently dined at Spice and Dice with my husband and another couple. We had a wonderful meal and everyone liked what they ordered. Two of us got the pineapple fried rice which comes with both shrimp and chicken and is delicious. I had the Bangkok duck which was even better than I anticipated. I also love that the restaurant is BYOB and there is never a corking fee. We will be back soon.
Food usually very good. One dish - N7 - had no pineapple and the meat was too tough to eat. Server offered to remake but we were almost finished other dishes by then. Disappointment!
Closest to authentic in Baltimore
Delicious authentic food for all tastes and diets. Seafood, to gluten free, to vegan- everyone loves the food!
The booth table legs make it a bit uncomfortable when 4 persons are in the booth. Some of the staff's English is not easy to understand. The menus are weirdly designed. But all in all, the food is deliciously prepared and more than plentiful.
Always friendly, prompt service. The new entrance confused me when I entered, but was greeted by the same lovely faces.
We love coming to this restaurant. Service is always great, the food is prepared the way we like it (either spicy or not too spicy), fresh and good sized portions. We like being able to bring our own wine (restaurant is BYOB), which is a bonus. Make a reservation if you can, place gets busy. The staff and the food make this a must-visit restaurant.
It's our go-to place for Thai and a lot of other asian dishes. Reasonably priced. Fun atmosphere. Nice sized portions. Been to Spice & Dice five or six times. You can't go wrong.
Perfect for an interesting, tasty, and reasonably priced lunch with friends and colleagues. I have a hearing problem but was able to easily participate in the conversation due to the quiet ambiance. Highly recommend Spice and Dice.
Drinks could be better need a kids menu or smaller portions for children at half the price
Five of us had dinner. Everyone was very happy with their delicious meals. Very good and authentic.
Great food- exceptional Thai. Generous portions= great value. And BYOB
Really good Asian food, the best outside of the Ellicot City Corridor.
Food is great! Large portions. Best Thai food in Baltimore.
I went here for a post-grad meal with my family (a party of seven). The staff were so kind and accommodating. I've been here several times before, and each time it has been wonderful. For the portions provided, the prices are fantastic, and it seems to be a truly authentic and beautiful restaurant. They are very accommodating to vegetarians. I will certainly need to ask next time for my dishes to be made vegan, I wasn't aware they did that until I saw it posted on this site. I had the happy tofu app and it was delicious with its sweet chili peanut sauce, and they do a fantastic yellow curry. Everyone in my party could find something (or multiple things) they wanted on the menu. I am a sucker for their fruit bubble tea. I had peppermint this time and it was delicious. I can't wait to go back!
We've been here and number of times and always leave satisfied. Our guests this time included a friend who spent 5 years in Asia and knows the cuisine of the region. He was impressed. Need I say more?
Wow, the restaurant really outdid themselves this evening! Nit, our server, managed to keep all 11 of us straight. We had requested separate checks by couple, and it turned out perfect. Even though the restaurant was full of happy diners, it was quiet and pleasant. We could easily converse with one another. Everyone ordered something different.
My husband and I shared an order of Spring Rolls – 4 crispy spring rolls served with a sweet chili sauce. I was in the mood for Tempura, so I ordered the Tempura Vegetables – lightly coated and deep fried mixed vegetables with a teriyaki dipping sauce. It was a generous portion of broccoli, butternut squash, onions, etc. My husband enjoyed the Grilled Chicken Teriyaki with Rice - chicken marinated in teriyaki sauce, lemon, garlic, and sesame oil, and then grilled to a tasty finish served on top of hot, steamed, jasmine rice. He savored it all. Thank you for taking such good care of our group, we all really enjoyed our dinners.
Greeted by smiles. Delicious fresh food- lots of choices and recommendations. Loved all of our shared dishes
Food is always excellent. Servers were quite attentive.
We went for an early Sunday night dinner to celebrate my birthday. They had a great table for us- a large booth, which was perfect to seat four adults and my one-year-old son. The restaurant was not too busy at this time, predictably. We ordered four appetizers: spring rolls, steamed dumplings, corn fritters, and chicken satay. All were excellent, both in portion size and in flavor. We ordered two curries, one fried rice, and one drunken noodle for our entrees. Everyone was highly satisfied with their food, and we all had leftovers to take home afterward! This is our favorite neighborhood spot for Thai food, for sure!
The food was OK. The portions were large. The waitress was great, but the other service was terrible. We had to beg the servers to clear our table before our dinner came. In fact the woman gave me such a look I ended up clearing a few plates myself.
We had a delightful time at Spice & Dice. We were seated in a comfortable booth, the wait staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the portions were plentiful. We each took a take away box home so we could have another one or two additional meals. We would definitely eat here again.
Excellent Thai food. Extremely fresh ingredients.
Our food was wonderful, the waitstaff were sweet and it was a great time. We will definitely dine here again!
Spice & Dice is easily the most bankable restaurant in the Baltimore area. Their food is consistently good and plentiful. Moreover, we are always able to get a table. It's a hidden gem. I know that putting this out there is going to make them more busy and then I will have a harder time getting a table on weekends, but these folks deserve it.
Food so fresh. Staff so willing to help. Pleasant experience. Will definitely go again
I meet friends here regularly for dinner. We are never disappointed. The staff is friendly and attentive and the food is wonderful. We always enjoy our meal here!
