1 hour waiting for starter and it was served cold. Walked out as our group could not wait any longer for the mains. I understand it was very busy but the service was still too slow and the venue was very cold indoors.
The restaurant needs a lick of paint, toilets were fine. Food - calamari starter is the worst i have ever had, chewy and inedible. The main was ok, but my friends massam curry whilst tasty contained uncooked potato. We will not return.
Fed raw chicken. Given only raw food free. Made to feel uncomfortable with all staff staring at us. Made us now want to eat our main courses due to a fear of being ill. Expensive.
Food was great service was not but great value
Fantastic service in this vibrant, street-style restaurant. Food was authentic & delicious - we can’t wait to go back
Amazing food, would recommend to anyone! We booked a table for the eat out to help out scheme so it was packed! But understandable. Will visit again
Very good food. Long wait despite booking. Could have done better to keep us updated of the situation.
Nice food n great service
The food was great, but we would've have preferred it if they planned their bookings properly as we had to wait half an hour for a table despite booking. The area was also very crowded and could've been more socially distanced.
1st time I’ve been booked for 7 food was nothing short of excellent. Only down side they ran out of 2 starters we ordered but just chose something else. Definitely be going again.
Amazing food. Great find, the inside is better than the outside. Hidden treasure.
Great food but the service was really slow; took over two hours for our mains
We dined on a Wednesday so it was “Eat Out to Help Out”. The restaurant was very busy, however we sat on the raised area so wasn’t as crammed as some of the other customers who were sitting in the main area.
Service was slow however we didn’t mind as we weren’t in a rush and were happy to wait and were enjoying the ambience.
There didn’t seem to be much order, we saw many drinks going to the wrong tables, ours included.
Most importantly.. the food. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, it was a lovely experience to try different things. We had the wrong main given.. we had ordered beef pad Thai, and it arrived as chicken pad Thai.. however as we had waited so long we didn’t bother to say anything. It was delicious nonetheless.
1st visit using the 50% discount with eat out to help out scheme
We were the 1st customer.ers there, having booked for 12:15 (myself, husband and 6 year old son)
Service was poor. We were seated n given menus quickly but waited a while for our order to be taken, had to hail the waiter. Food arrived in reasonable time and was nice.
There seemed to be only 1 waiter but several other members of staff around that were uninterested in helping us and point blank ignored us. Not a friendly atmosphere and did not feel valued as a customer. Had to approach the waiter for the bill after failing to catch his eye and the bill still took a while to come.
Good value because of the discount but I'm sorry to say that I would not be paying full price for the experience :(
We had a fabulous evening on Monday night with brilliant food and excellent service!
Service was wonderful, staff were so knowledgable about the dishes on the menu. This was especially helpful as my sister is gluten intolerant and we struggle to find thai restaurants that will accommodate her but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful about what she could eat. The food was incredible, curries and stir fries so flavourful! Best Thai food I’ve eaten in a long time!
Great food, good vibe and value for money.
A real gem.
Great food! Really enjoyed the pad Thai and the veg.
Decent joint. Food was lovely. Staff were super attentive and really friendly
Great freshly cooked , high quality Thai food.
The restaurant style and decor actually adds to the street food vibe.
Please don’t be put off by the look from the outside of the restaurant.
Great experience and really felt like I was back in Thailand. Loved the decor!
Absolutely gorgeous food. Service was fantastic and safety measures in place. Couldn't of asked for a better meal out
If you're looking for Thai food in the city centre this is the best place to go, one of my favourites, fairly priced and the service is very quick.
Doesn't look much from the outside but dont let that put you off. Authentic restaurant with friendly staff and fantastic food, good feel to it. A little gem.
Amazing authentic food, really good value for money and lovely place, will definitely be going again
Staff where lovely and attentive but the food esp the tom yum soup was not authentic, it was very very fishy and salty. There was not lime leaves or lemon grass noted in the soup so I am guessing the base if the soup is from a pack.
The food was incredible and the service was amazing. We were really well looked after and made to feel comfortable with the social distancing measures. We'll be back :)
It’s one of the best restaurants in Liverpool. Tasty food and great service. It is 100% worth to go!
Food was delicious, quick service and very friendly staff!
Great food ,Great Price , Great Portions 👌
Really nice traditional Thai restaurant. Really well priced, service a little slow
Spice Thai is a great value-for-money restaurant serving great food in a interesting setting.
Absolute quality & tasty food. Gluten free options were clearly identified. Ideal for coeliacs.
Didn't taste very authentic at all - The Green Thai Chicken Curry especially.
Amazing food, excellent value for money, with a casual atmosphere
Even though it’s hidden the food was really authentic and delicious
All very good bit too much bass from the bar downstairs where we were sat
Excellent thai food served in a casual atmosphere. Very good service.
Spice thai reminds me of street food in Thailand. Food taste amazing and atmosphere was nice too. Good value for money, will definitely be returning and definitely recommend to friends.
Very good food and very big portions.
Only drawback while we were there was a rebuilding at the resturant.
