Great brunch! Was very quiet / empty but the day (Easter Sunday) and the timing (11am) could explain that. Happily recommend it!

Food outstanding and great value: just the service was lacking. Very little attention paid to us, even though the restaurant was empty.

Good place to catch up with friends. First time here, may return. My order was missing ingredients and wasn't rectified even after we brought it to the staffs' attention. Plus we got charged for hot water but we didn't pay for it as service wasnt great.

We have been coming to the Brasserie regularly for the past couple of years but this was our worst experience so far. The service was exceptionally slow and appeared due to a variety of people serving us without communicating effectively with one another. My mother found the meat of her main course was tough but no mention was made of the fact she had left most of it on her plate. Overall the meal took 2.5 hours. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere next time we meet at St Pancras.

An oasis from the delightful hussle and bussle of the station. A sophisticated 'grown ups' retreat that offers something for everyone at a 'price' that you'd expect to pay for this style of restaurant. Amble and soak in the atmosphere and enjoy with friends, either the bar or the brasserie and if you want the additional choices of Champagne, move across to the 'out in the station' Champagne Bar

We had the set lunchtime menu with a glass of fizz. I have to say the food was plentiful, tasty and really enjoyable to eat. The service was attentive but not too over the top and the overall experience a really positive one compared to some of the comments I have read. I would recommend this restaurant and their food and would not hesitate to go back if I was in the area.

An upmarket restaurant alongside the Eurostar tracks. It is the sister establishment of the long champagne bar. We have been there many times and frankly do not notice the noise from the trains. Currently, if you hold Eurostar "Carte Blanche" level frequent traveller card, you get 15% off your bill on the a la carte menu

After a long wait initially to be served, the service was excellent and so was the food. We were also very happy with our quiet table in one of the alcoves off the main dining floor.

As always, Searcy's never disappoints! The décor, comfort and ambience is amazing. It is definitely somewhere to take friends if you want to impress. The staff are always friendly and you never feel like you are being rushed to leave the table - but the best thing of all is that you can hear each other! There is no 'canned music'. The food is superb; I do wish that they would change the menu more often though, and there is never enough of a choice for those of us who choose not to eat meat.

Can’t fault food and service but very disappointed despite the beautiful dinning room being virtually empty to be placed in a side table tucked away where it couldn’t be appreciated. Hope it wasn’t because we booked with open table to take advantage of excellent offer.
Felt like second class citizen. Such a shame.

Good location and lovely venue. There was a language barrier with one of the waiters, resulting in a mistake with our drink order. Food was good however staff weren’t particularly friendly and we felt rushed to leave.

We waited for 90 minutes for our food. When it arrived, 2 of the 5 meals were cold and one of the sides didn’t arrive with the main. In addition to this, when we told one of the staff, the response was, “I know”, not an apology. One of the waitresses, however, was apologetic. When we escalated the issues to the manager he courteously took the 2 cold meals off the bill and removed 1 bottle of wine. We were grateful for the gesture but the communication on their behalf was very bad. No one told us that our food would be late, or why. If they had, we would have been more understanding. I’m not sure I would go back or recommend this restaurant.

Service Non-existent. Ambience OK - toilets were very dark and hand dryers were nowhere close to the wash basin! Food tasted beautiful, but very small portions for the cost per dish. Not up to Searcy's usual high standards in my opinion.

Perfect for an early dinner with a friend and we could hear each other speak! Food was very nice although quite small portions. Service generally attentive, although an incorrect dessert was initially delivered. There was also an error on the bill, but all was sorted out very efficiently.

Service was great.

Food was really good - I ordered from the brunch menu and had the blueberry pancakes and eggs florentine.

The only negative is that the pancakes could have had more blueberries or could have been more soft, but that could be me being nit-picky.

Thank you for the delicious meal.

Fabulous setting, unfortunately this was the only positive from our visit this weekend. Very slow service from the beginning even when the restaurant was quiet. Waitress was pretty clueless. 2 members of the party ordered medium rare sirloin steak for £30 & were served steak that came out well done, on a bone and tough. Chicken was served cold. When refusing to eat the steak it was taken back, re ordered burgers without the fillings which then were served with all the fillings - at this point we just gave up. Not worth the money. Unfortunately would not recommend to anybody and will not be returning.

The ambience of this Brasserie was really personal and you would not know that you were in a train station. The staff are outstanding and nothing is too much trouble for them.
It was my wife's 50th Birthday and we had a champagne breakfast and it was fantastic both in quality of food and service. I asked the bar man if he could make a special champagne cocktail suitable for a 50th birthday and wow he really did my wife proud.

Thank you to all the team for making us feel so welcome and relaxed, what a start to my wife's 50th birthday weekend.

I would definitely recommend this brasserie to anyone no mater what the occasion.

Yours thankfully

Mr Chris Vardy

Convenient location at St Pancras upper level, art deco, with good 2course market menu for £19. However, this time our bread was overcooked and the chicken portion too small. (Our bread was replaced though.)
