Good food albeit portions were small. The unlimited wine was kept to a VERY strict time limit but fair enough. The atmosphere seemed more of people passing through rather than s destination restaurant but we were entertaining ourselves.
Hugely enjoyable brunch - great menu and choice
The food was good but very disappointed with poor service. Left to poor our own champagne and long gaps between courses.
No atmosphere inside
A large party of 12 had dinner on a Monday evening: used the Set menu for efficiency in ordering. Choice on set menu was good and everyone found something of interest on each course. Service was outstanding- one woman looked after us and was very attentive. Wine was reasonably priced. Noise level was low, so could speak without having to shout. Booking was easy and was followed up with a personal phone call to confirm numbers and nature of event. A very enjoyable evening;Thank you.
Wonderful Fathers day meal, always great food and wine.
A great place with superb food, attentive staff, and mellow atmosphere. We tried the set menu which was good value. Will be back again.
Slightly surprised to be charged service on a drink I went up to the bar and bought myself as I'd arrived early. Food was delicious although even after 3 courses I was still quite hungry - maybe I'm just used to getting some free bread or olives etc when spending £50+ on a meal. It's a lovely location though and my friends and I have been there quite a few times before. I was disappointed to be sat right next to a noisy group (I could have touched them) when whole clusters of much nicer tables around were just left empty all evening. It's relaxed but quality feel means and fabulous food means we'll keep coming back.
probably the worst burger i have ever tasted - totally dry and uninteresting - i can give them a recipe if they want - starter salad had less that a gram of blue cheese
Nice venue, bit of a treat. Having booked in advance, we were not impressed to be totally ignored when we walked in. We had to request someone's attention 3-4 times before we were seated, and at 8.45pm the restaurant was not busy. After that the service was ok and the food and setting were excellent, but first impressions count and put a bit of a dampner on the evening.
Everything was lovely, but our waitress was so unfriendly throughout. We didn’t mind too much, as we figured she might have had a bad/tiring day, and she was by no means overtly rude (just not warm & welcoming, etc. - almost in a sulk).
I asked politely for clarification when the bill arrived, as it was a bit unclear. We’d had a three-course set menu but the bill indicated that we had only two courses from it, and charged us separately for dessert. This turned out to be a very stupid thing to do, and when I pressed for further clarification (I still didn’t understand after the patronising rolling of the eyes and pointing!), this sent the waitress into a temper and she stormed off to get the manager to deal with us.
Although all was well with the bill in the end - it turns out they’d just presented it in an confusing way, but the numbers were fine (courtesy of my friend who ended up working it all out on her calculator, no thanks to the staff who were unable to explain) - the way we were treated, almost like we were inconveniencing them and not worthy of kind treatment, completely ruined the evening. I wish I’d never asked, as it really wasn’t a big deal.
We paid the service charge, but we shan’t be returning any time soon. Perhaps having the set menu is frowned upon there?
I hope the waitress is okay, because I can’t understand why someone would behave that way all evening if there wasn’t something else on her mind.
Great place to go for pre-theatre dinner and/or drinks. Food was of high quality and served quickly.
Food very good, service once attention gained was good. I would suggest that staff members be trained to be more observant with customers, otherwise a lovely restaurant and meeting place
A calm oasis, pampered with tablecloths and good cutlery, really helpful, pleasant and attentive staff.
Always consistent standard of food & wine > I have been coming here for over 5 years and always enjoyed the experience
Myself and my husband travel to experience the champagne menus around the world.
St Pancras has been on my to do list for a while and it didn’t disappoint.
The service and knowledge was wonderful. The food was tasty and the champagne was fresh and cold!
It was overall a great experience and if we are passing through again we would definitely book a table x
Not their finest hour, or my best experience sadly. Breakfast with the niece before she went home.
Great service as always it never disappoints really, good deal with the two or three courses with bubbles, although portions are quite small and you have to be prepared to buy sides to fill it out.. but still great deal and a treat xx
Wonderful experience! Great attention to detail. Will certainly visit again!
I’d been here before and found the ambience quite disappointing very lack lustre. Maybe it was the time of my booking
The food was good, although menu a bit limited. Service was great very attentive and professional .
Pricing was a tad high
Bit disappointed to be honest
The service was exemplary. The staff could not have been any nicer. The food was delicious, the service was very efficient and I cannot wait to go back!!
Friendly staff, flexible menu options (special offers vs a la carte).
It was my 70th birthday and I took my bff to St Pancras Brasserie by Searcys as it is my favourite restaurant and my friend had not been and did not know the station. We had the most amazing time and I was made to feel very special. From the most fantastic delicious raspberry jelly cubes on a plate with Happy Birthday written in chocolate to the latte at the end of the meal. We drank Searcys cuvée champagne throughout. The only potential issue was that we could not have the main course we ordered but it was dealt with so diplomatically it did not matter. The food was delicious, the service brilliant and we even tried a glass of an English sparkling wine which while nice did not match the champagne. Thanks to all the staff for making my birthday so special.
An old favourite which has resurrected its former high standards producing meals that taste and look good. What more do you want... a typical brasserie interior, friendly staff and a definite attitude with their British influenced menu. St Pancras makes an ideal venue for two (in a cosy corner) or capable of entertaining larger groups; there is also a casual area for drinks near the bar and is very convenient for catching or returning on Eurostar. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent visit.
Bottomless brunch is amazing and great value, the food and service was fantastic!!!
Very friendly staff, value for money and great food!
Food was really nice. I'd definitely go back for that. Service was so-so, we asked for water 3 times in the end and only got it at the end of our meal.
Very convenient meeting location but food and atmosphere very average.
Had lovely brunch with friends on Sunday. It was unfortunate that at 10.30am the restaurant had no pancakes in offer and some of the other quite right straight forward dishes were at short supply too.
As always a delightful meal although we would like there to be more Gluten free options. Lovely restaurant to relax before the journey home.
Have been before and will be going back food and service wonderful
Overall fair to good, given how busy it was, but it was very noisy, at least on the occasion we were there, making conversation difficult.
Booked to have a nice lunch with my wife, however the slow service ruined what should have been a fun occasion.
Great venue for a special meal before you go on Eurostar. Its not cheap, but worth the extra. Iconic location overlooking the Eurostar train platforms on St Pancras International station . Have been before and will do so again. Food quality is top notch.
Thank you for the lovely rating, we look forward to welcoming you again!
I went for my birthday and the set menu was ok. The staff were friendly there.
Great brunch! Was very quiet / empty but the day (Easter Sunday) and the timing (11am) could explain that. Happily recommend it!
Food outstanding and great value: just the service was lacking. Very little attention paid to us, even though the restaurant was empty.
Enjoyed the setting and quality of the food but portions seemed a tad small for the price.
Really tasty food. Good service. Good value for money.
Good place to catch up with friends. First time here, may return. My order was missing ingredients and wasn't rectified even after we brought it to the staffs' attention. Plus we got charged for hot water but we didn't pay for it as service wasnt great.
