Our craft cocktail list brings an eclectic worldly take on familiar drinks. The custom wood finishing and an abundance of plant greenery gives Starling an elegance that remains accessible. We are perfect for families in their Sunday finest and neighbors in their jogging outfit, meeting up for happy hour with friends or that special night out with a date. With ample booth seating and a beautiful wood bar we offer a variety of seating options and dining areas. We're located in the Maison Green apartment building facing highway 100. I went for my birthday and it was fabulous from start to finish. My favorite random thing was the birdsong being played in the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and the food was great. I'll be back.

This is a fabulous restaurant with a fabulous ambiance and decor! You can be casually dressed or more dressed up....either way would be fine. The food was very good and we had great service! I would highly recommend this restaurant for brunch, lunch, dinner, special occasion and holidays.

We reserved a booth for 5 people for a Saturday afternoon birthday brunch, and everything was absolutely perfect. The service, food, and atmosphere were all 5 stars. Starling is a stunning restaurant with an international vibe, ideal for brunch, lunch, or just cocktails with friends. The menu is creative and delicious, and the drink mixology is top-notch. Highly recommend—one of our new favorite spots in Edina!

We felt that the restaurant was nice,but the food was too expensive. The Thai walleye was very good,but the small piece of fish for 37 dollars seemed like a steak price. The chicken Chinese noodles were too salty and had very little chicken in the dish. We won’t be back.

We had fries (sambal aiolis, curry salt), steamed pork bun, and wings (fish sauce caramel). It was hands down delicious!! Highly recommended!!

Be prepared for limited parking in the lot. They have valet for $10 or you can search for a space on the street. Food was good, waitress was great. Beautiful ambiance.
