The customer service was absolutely lovely and the food was extremely delicious and they made sure that we were completely satisfied with our service

The table was 15 mins late so had to wait outside in the cold, they offered mulled wine on the house but the cup was very very small. Food was amazing.

Our waitress was great, she looked after us very well. Great experience with steaks on hot stones, very delicious.

When we arrived the place was closed, no notification or signs on the windows that it would be closed. We then walked 0.2 miles to another steak and co which was open. It was excellent service and food, just a shame we weren’t notified that the table we booked at the previous location wasn’t open.

The staff were very attentive and the food was lovely. I would say the table we were sat at was too small once the main dishes arrived, and didn’t allow for much social distancing.

It was my partners birthday on the 19/03. We booked via the restaurant's website, which passed through to Opentable. When we arrived the restaurant was closed, so we had to wander around London looking for a place to eat.

We knew many restaurants were taking the voluntary decision to close, as had this one. However, the management obviously don't care one iota about their customers. When closing the restaurant, they couldn't be bothered to put an announcement on their website and deactivate the booking part.

This lack of concern for disregarding customers is appalling and I certainly won't consider this chain again.

Really good concept and enjoyed it a lot, service was quick efficient and non intrusive. Steak was delicious!

Amazing service! Waitress was kind and very attentive, me and my partner both had the calamari as a starter and have both agreed that it was the best calamari we have ever had! I had the beef entree, it was exceptional! Very highly recommend by myself. I am a trained chef, and have plenty of experience dining in both poor and outstanding restaurants, steak and co in Haymarket made such an impression on me, and was a highlight of my trip to London, Thankyou to all the staff who made our evening truly rememberable.

we booked for 6 people we are a family so it was only young people except our parents. Our waiter was absolutely amazing, very caring, funny and nice to all of us. He made our evening ! We'll come back for sure

An unusual ‘self-service’ style of cooking the steaks .....
Steaks arrive rare, still cooking on a hot stone. You slice them and cook to your final preference adding butter and salt to taste. Lovely!
Service was superb. Our waiters went the extra mile.

The service received was absolutely appalling to the level that we had to reach out to a waitress in another part of the restaurant to even serve us after waiting 25 minutes from our plates being cleared to order more drinks and/or pudding. Which we decided against and just paid up and left. Had our (soft) drinks taken off the bill for the inconvenience - big deal. Shame really as the food wasnt bad (one of the T-bone steaks was pretty fatty but just about acceptable)

Extremely polite and helpful staff, food was of excellent quality and prompt to the table. Only issue was tables are extremely close together so squeezing into your seat is required. Being that close to other tables meant the noise levels were quite high.

Pre Theatre dinner - was speedy and delicious - would recommend

Recommendation from a friend and so glad I went. You choose what steak you want then you add a butter a salt and a sauce this comes as part of the meal. Sides are an additional cost. Your steak is half cooked then comes to your table with a hot plate and you finish cooking the steak yourself. Much fun. My waiter showed me how to cut the steak and use the accompiments. Will definitely be back.

Brilliant food, quick service, ideal for theatre goers

Food and service are excellent. We've visited a few times now at different restaurants. Could do with an extractor fan as you tend to come out smelling like steak but that wouldn't deter me 😁
