   Fantastic- highly recommend! I had the sirloin steak with sea salt chips and my husband had the rib eye steak - meat was cooked medium rare at our request and was absolutely delicious!

   Fantastic meal (lunch) and service from start to finish. Greeted and welcomed by a friendly chap and offered a choice of where we would like to sit. We opted for outside to get more of the leister square ambiance. We had steaks and all were cooked just as ordered and to perfection. Waitress knowledgable about the different cuts and menu. Cauliflower starter was very tasty and a generous portion which we shared. Onion rings (side order) were best we have had; large and crisp with a tasty batter. Saw the table next door had a delicious looking large burger and pile of crisp battered fish with chips - looked very nice too. Chocolate fondant desert a must for any chocolate lover. We visited for a teenagers birthday and brought his desert out with a candle in and sang (which he loved). We will definitely be back and recommend a visit.

   Not so good as it was, now that they have stopped the use of the hot stones, which was the point of going there. Now it's just another ordinary steak house!

   Very disappointed. I’ve been looking forward to ribs and my friend to a steak on hot plate but the menu was completely changed and I wasn’t notified despite having booked a table via OpenTable so there shouldn’t be a problem sending an email about it. Ordered a burger and it definitely wasn’t worth £19. Sadly, after so many years of enjoying Steak & Co, this was my last visit.

   As a long-term customer to the Steak and Co brand, this was our first visit since the rebrand and menu change. It was a great disappointment to see the restaurant loosing their iconic steak stones and we found the new menu fairly limited and far more mainstream. The service has remained good and our waiter was very pleasant. However the rebrand has really removed the restaurants USP and it is now somewhere we would think twice before visiting again.

   I expected a different menu, the one I saw on the internet when I booked the table. The fillet was ok; the burger was a fail (the bread was gummy and the burger nothing special).

   I have been coming to steak and co for years now. And the new menu has swayed me from going back Dont get me wrong the steak is AMAZING. But everything else on the menu was a disappointment. Especially not having the french onion soup. Really disappointed to not be going back again

    We’ve been lucky enough to dine at Steak & Co a few times. However this was our first time dining there since the new menu was introduced. We were told at the door that there were new items in the menu, which is true, but there is also a lot taken off the menu which is a shame. Instead of serving your steak with a hot plate for you to finish to your preference, instead they cook your steak to you preference and bring it to you. Frustrating as the restaurant undercooked my partners steak and overcooked mine. Something that would’ve been avoided with the hot plates. You also now have to pay for sides now such as chips/fries and sauces. At £3/£4 a time, it can add up especially if there’s 2/3 or more of you. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. However the restaurant itself is very loud. I struggled to hear our server. Personally we found that this visit and the new menu was a bit of a downgrade compared to the past 4/5 times we’ve been there. Instead of a nice, specialist steak house, it just felt more like a much larger chain with less of an authentic feel, we’d of got the same quality of food for cheaper at a Miller and Carter.

    We were disappointed that the restaurant have changed their menu as we were looking forward to the steak hot stone experience but the food on the new menu is still tasty. I had beef burger, fries with truffle and parmesan and onion rings. Dessert mango & coconut panna cotta. All tasted lovely and lovely staff

    The choice of starters was limited. Ran of smoked pate. No healthy jacket potato rather than chips favourite red wine no longer available Based on the new menu sorry don’t think we will be returning

    We dined with you a few weeks ago and had a fantastic evening with our steak on the stone, bought different friends with us on Friday for the same experience and were told on arrival that you were not doing steak on the stone we were so disappointed and feel we should of been told when booking

    Very disappointed. We have eaten at Steak and Co on a number of occasions. But yesterday was very disappointing, my partners steak was very fatty and both felt had no flavour at all. Also since the menu has changed, definitely not valve for money. The service was still amazing though and our waiter was very helpful.

    Thank you to Diego and his team for making our surprise dinner reservation for my friend who hadn’t seen her son in over 2.5 yrs a memorable evening. We were looked after superbly from the friendliness of Diego and his team to the delicious food, all cooked to perfection. I can thoroughly recommend a visit to Steak & Company in Leicester Sq, you won’t be disappointed.

    The food is fabulous and the service is spectacular! Tried it for the first time pre theater. Delicious steak- prepared just as I ordered it Delicious sides ! Will definitely be my go to in the London theater area!

    The Sirloin steak cooked medium rear was very tender and cooked to perfection. I chose black pepper sauce, side of beer battered onion rings and three times cooked chips that tasted absolutely delicious. Thank you all at the Stake & Co Leicester Square London. We will be back 🤗

    Very disappointed. Had eaten here several times before and looked forward to the hot stone steak. When we arrived the menu was limited and,when asked were told they no longer do the hot stones. We were very disappointed as this no longer sets it aside from any other steak house. I paid £19 for a burger that was no better than a burger king plus i then had to pay £5 for chips and £5 for some chopped tomatoes, so £30 for a burger, if you want to charge these prices the food has to be extraordinary. The staff were lovely and they removed the burger from the bill and offered us cocktails but to be honest we will not be going back.

    Food was lovely, starters fantastic. I just feel that the hot stones was a massive selling point, it’s such a shame they can’t even be used outside. It was the reason we came for my birthday, the food was still lovely but the stones being removed is a massive disappointment as it brought excitement and a real different approach to the restaurant experience. As per usual the service was 10/10, just wish they could bring back the stones that I’m sure I and many others loved.

    We had the most fabulous time celebrating my hubby’s 40th. The staff could not do enough to make the whole evening one to remember and made the night really special. We have 5 children between us and rarely get away on our own so it was a rare treat. We choose the best restaurant to celebrate. The food is amazing, the hospitality even better. I would definitely recommend.

    The staff were very attentive and pleasant. The atmosphere was noisy and quite hot inside the room. The food was however not to our liking as it was too spicy and didnt seem anything special. For the price paid we felt overcharged. We left feeling that we had not had a special experience for the money paid. To sum up we both agreed that the word to describe it would be - Disappointed.

    We are on a theatre break in London and had booked a pre show meal at Steak and Company. We arrived half an hour early but were seated right away. We had a window seat and could watch the hustle and bustle of people around the sites of London. The meal was great, I always complain that no chef can cook a steak to my satisfaction faction, there is always something wrong. I usually have to ask for a rare steak, to make sure I get a medium rare. Most of the time it come to me well done. So much so that my wife cowers every time I order steak. This time was different though. The steak was served on a hot stone, with salt and butter. The steak arrives seared but not cooked through at all. We were able to cook every slice of steak to our own liking. Great idea, I will never have a steak again unless the restaurant serves the meat in this way. You do have to cover up with serviettes though because of the slashes of the sizzling steak. Great fun, great food and great service.

    Fantastic food and fantastic atmosphere. Wish I could remember our waitress’s name because she was phenomenal. Particularly in connection with the safety of our phones . She keeps moving them from street side of the table to the restaurant side so they didn’t get stolen . Will eat there again without losing hesitation . And the location on a pleasant bank holiday evening was great for people watching .
