Stella Cocktail Club
The tapas-style food menu includes delights such as mini Tacos with Sticky Korean Pork, Monkfish with Lime & Pico de Gallo, Classic Cheeseburger and dressed fries.
The cocktail menu plays off the classics, but with a modern twist - on occasion, taking inspiration from the blockbuster movie showing in our auditorium.
Whether you want to sip a cocktail and enjoy a bite-to-eat before or after the movie, or visit the Stella Cocktail Club as your sole destination, we have all the ingredients for a truly special experience.
Great drinks..... window seat was freezing. The food is only grand but lovely environment relaxed place to sit and sip!
Had a lovely time as always! Thanks to the hard working staff
booked this for my husbands birthday, and he loved it! the atmosphere is so lovely. and the food was great and really good value..only complaint was when we ordered a caramel sundae to share for dessert..it arrived with the caramel rock hard and the ice cream melting all over the table! Bit of a messy end to an otherwise very enjoyable evening.
Beautiful venue, makes for a very special night out with a touch of class.
Fabulous surroundings...very relaxed with lovely ambiance, attentive friendly staff and delicious cocktails. Great feeling of intimacy without being crowded. Through your recommend!
My favourite sneaky treat, a relief from life of a busy working mum!
Possibly the most beautiful Bar in Dublin..
Fantastic venue. Fab Art Dec style furnishings. Surprisingly however I felt it lacked athmosphere. Maybe it was the night that was in it but it was extremely cold. Our party of 6 literally sat with our coats on, as did several other people. After about an hour of this we asked if there was any way it could be made warmer, and they obliged. But the cold definitely took away from the night. If it was warm and Cosy the athmosphere would have been much better. Also despite several staff moving around it was very hard to get service. I don’t know what They we’re so busy doing but it was impossible to get their attention to order a drink. However I will definitely give it the benefit of the doubt and try again but I think I’ll wait for Warmer weather!
Drinks added to my bill no apology or anything very bad service
The ambiance and setting was lovely but there was very little food choice and I felt the prices were a little high for the size of the portion. I would only really go back for snacks and a drink on a special occasion.
Prices were reasonable and a great atmosphere. If you could pass on that the Sound in the Cinema was absolutely terrible which would stop us from using the Cocktail Club and the Cinema.
I have difficulty hearing and use hearing aids, I was continually resetting them and taking them out to see if there was a difference and eventually I asked several people along with ourselves and they all agreed the sound was terrible, could not make out half the film. So please pass this on and hopefully someone will realise that if it's not fixed business will start to decline and that would be a pity it's such a great Cocktail Club and Cinema.
Thoroughly enjoyed our night here. Cocktails were a little disappointing, all ice. However, the food was a real surprise! Fantastic value. Can’t wait to return
Such a shame the service was slow just not very attentive although very nice. We probably would have bought more drink had they been more attentive! Tempura and beef were lovely the rest was onie okay. I did enjoy it though.
Reserved a table for after our movie, lovly relaxed atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend it.
Perfect as always. So attentive, the lads that were working on Friday night gave outstanding service all night. Nothing was too much for them to do.
The Stella Cocktail Club is a beautiful venue, very comfortable. However the cocktails fall way short of the mark. There’s too much going on with them- strange blends of different alcohols that don’t work well together. The food is a huge disappointment. My tacos were dry and the fries over cooked.
I wish they would sort out these on going issues as the venue is superb.
It was a good experience. The staff were very good. The only thing is that I didnt get the cocktail I ordered because they ran out of a condiment which was surprising for a Sunday evening. All the same, the alternative drink I had was good. The visit, especially the cinema, was a good birthday treat for my husband.
This is my fourth time visiting the Stella cocktail club and everytime I have thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and food. This time however, we were placed at a table in the back of the restaurant below the smoking area door and it opened every few seconds with a gust of cold air blowing in on my back and I had to sit with my coat on and be turned off by the smell of smoke blowing inside. I asked to be moved but there were no tables available. The food was also not as good as previous visits. It was cold and rushed on to the plate by its appearance and the lack of filling in the chicken taco as well as the cold french fries.
We arrived on time and were seated quickly. We were quite hungry and so we asked to order food straight away. We were told that because a movie was just starting, orders for food at the cinema would be prioritised over those from the cocktail club and that there would be a delay of a half an hour or so. Given we were quite hungry and my wife was 7 months pregnant I asked if an exception could be made. This request was denied so we left and went next door to the Stella Diner. We explained the situation and a very understanding manager looked after us very well. If you are looking to get food at the cocktail club then it seems you need to check if your booking time coincides with the start of a movie in the cinema.
Fantastic range of cocktails, and one of the best brownies I've had in Dublin.
We brought family over from UK who bad gone to the pictures here back in the day and were very impressed with the repurposing of this old fleapit
Lovely looking venue, great cocktails but the service was terrible, the waiters seem to spend more time looking at the venues tablet than dealing with their clientele, i nerely had to resort to clicking my fingers to attract any attention!
The food was tasty but all deep fried so don't go there if your on a diet. The drinks were tasty and we went on to the cinema after which was a fantastic experiance and we'll definitly be going back to the cinema again.
The ambience, decor and service is all wonderful. However, we came for the cocktails and I’ve definitely had nicer ones! They were a little on the weak side, especially considering the price, and I really didn’t enjoy my French Martini.
Welcomed to our table with a friendly face, Staff where very accommodating, cocktails where perfectly executed, however the food tasted as if it was reheated in a microwave, disappointing....
I would have enjoyed to get a dessert since the table was open.
Were told because of an issue with a film starting our food would be delayed by half and hour. After half an hour we we're told it would be another half hour. Staff were apologetic but we left
This was our first time at the Stella cocktail club. We were celebrating my dad's 60th birthday with yous. But we all felt ignored by the staff. The food was a bit cold and one of the mocktails I ordered was a waste of 4.50 as the glass used was full of ice and little bit of the cocktail was in it. So it was a really bad first experience.
I hope you improve your standards.
Beautiful setting! Cocktails were fabulous . I would highly recommend
Lovely evening. Food choices limited but what was had was nice. Cocktails very small but nice. Overall good experience, beautiful decor and very pleasant staff.
Lovely decor and style. Good cocktail and snack menu. Friendly staff.
We were seated beside the staired entrance. There were a large group standing beside our table waiting to be seated for around 10 minutes. They were quite noisy and on top of us which is why we gave 4 rather than 5 stars
Staff kept ignoring us and being rude. We had to borrow menu from next table. We spent most of our time trying to get staff's attention instead of enjoying what was supposed to be a romantic date. We were expecting VCC's level of prestations, it was worst than a touristic pub. A shame and a waste of money, so disappointing!! I'm already warning my friends to a avoid this place!
we had a great experience, we just had drinks no food.
Beautiful interior . We will definitely return . It’s “the” place now for family occasions
Myself and my husband had a beautiful experience at the Stella, we were transported back to the 1920’s food, service and the theater were all perfect. Highly recommend a visit
God is tasty but very salty manage to encourage you to drink more. Overall a lovely place and experience.
great location especially after the stella cinema.

Excellent food and Service yet again!! We love it here!
Enjoyed the evening. Great cocktails. Food disappointing - chicken tenders over cooked and tasteless.
Good service, comfortable.

Lovely decor, food and service. Great after a film. Cocktails very tasty. Lovely treat if celebrating. Highly recommended.
