Real diner feel, food was great and plenty of it. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Will definitely be back.

Mixed experience here - we moved our booking out by half an hour which was very simple and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. When we arrived we were told first of the things they had run out of on the menu which at 7.30 in the evening you don’t expect, possibly at a 9.30 sitting you’d expect it. My friend ordered a hot dog with onions but only when the food arrived to the table did they tell us they were out of onions! It would have been nice to be informed before the food coming, she would have most likely changed the dish. Service was a little up and down although staff were nice. It seemed they were under excessive pressure. Food was mediocre- chips were soggy and greasy, my burger left a lot to be desired. Dessert was tasty but not hard to go wrong with strawberry sauce and soft serve ice cream. Don’t know if I’d be rushing back again.

Best vanilla milkshake in Dublin. Food was ok, kind of like an expensive Eddie Rockets unfortunately. Was excited about trying the all day breakfast but it was not so good. My daughter had a chicken burger and it was quite dry. Staff were lovely though and it was very clean.

A real joy for the family. Sunday morning pancakes - perfect.

The staff were amazing, Dagmara was so attentive to myself and friend, she had a lovely attitude and was so kind. The food was gorgeous and didn’t take long at all. Would 100% recommend

Loved it.... Food was so good and reasonably priced the chicken wings especially were the nicest I've had for a long time .... Staff were lovely and very attentive and genuine.... Cannot wait to go back and try a few different things on the menu

Listed on open table arrived to restaurant to find it closed very disappointed with The Stella Diner & this platform for this incredibly frustrating oversight meant 40th birthday celebrations were ruined and was the source of personal embarrassment

Would love to provide a review of opentable.ie to let everyone know how dreadful you are. I arrived at the Stella diner, after booking through your website, and having received a request of confirmation that I will attend, to see that the Stella diner is not even open. I tried to Cancel the booking to book somewhere else and was not allowed to because I was "already" in the Stella Diner. Thank you for ruining a birthday celebration. Remove this place from availability if not open. I wont be using your "service" again

I booked a table with you, on the actual day the dinner was closed and still i got a confirmation of the reservation fro you. I am very dissappointed it was a business meeting dinner. So should warn customer if there is any changes. I will never come back of recommand the restaurant with anyone.

Great venue, nice friendly staff. Good drinks and cocktails. Food is fine, menu is not very adventurous...fine for a casual bite to eat if you stick to the basics such as pancakes, burgers, wings, etc. Good for a family outing with kids.

I booked a table for 6.30pm and we had our starters with us within 15 minutes of arriving and out main courses not long after that and they were amazing!
The Wine is to die for and also the beer and we could enjoy a drink after out meal also without feeling like we needed to leave to give the table to someone else.

We then went into the Stella Cinema and that was another brilliant experience.

The interior of the diner is striking but the cleanliness wasn't great. It wasn't busy when we arrived & yet the table we went to sit at was dirty, so we moved. Compared to other burger offerings like GBK & Eddie Rockets the standard wasn't great & the chips (fries) were very greasy. Even the brownie sundae was flavorless.
They may have just been having a bad day, it can happen. But I won't be in a hurry to return. The music was great though!

The food and the Service was very good. A very enjoyable evening

2 burgers and chips took over 60 minutes to come after ordering. Which took 30 minutes after sitting down. Then when asked for bill , that took another 35 minutes to come. Capacity wasn’t even 1/2 full.

It was awful, it’s gone way down, €13.50 for a starter of chicken wings, rock hard burnt garlic bread with no garlic, salmon with a leaf of spinach, stale cheesecake, won’t be back

Really slow service. We both did not feel well after eating here, I had vegetarian my guest had steak. Won't return for dinner in a hurry but might check out the breakfast sometime.

Simple, tasty food. Ordered the pancakes, which are a must! A bit on the pricy side though and not much variety at breakfast time, but still a fave of mine.

Have been here a few times but this was the best yet. Had the sausages , eggs & house fries. Was really really good. Great ingredients and the house fries are by far the best around. Also. The tea ...served in proper mugs. Can’t wait to be back

What I loved most about my experience at the Diner was how safe it felt. All precautions where being adhered to in relation to Covid 19. Hand sanitizers, plastic perspects between booths and all staff in masks. All the procedures in place put me at ease and of course the food was lovely.

Good visit staff very nice and helpful. Food always good and good value. Social distining good social distancing is very good felt safe and nice and relaxed. Had a very good lunch . Hope to visit Stella cinema soon. I look forward to going back to the diner soon.

This is an authentic example of a real U.S. style diner. Retro decor, music and menu. They assign each set of customers a booth whether the party be one or four people. There bare coat hooks beside the tables. Great burgers, and grills and all the classics but some also some other items that have disappeared from trendy menus. The best corned beef hash and eggs either side of the Atlantic, liver and onions and gammon, all done like Mamma used to make.
Staff put in long hard days are are charming and efficient.

Wonderful decor, fab food and terrific customer service from Rona who looked after us so well!!
