   Waited for over an hour for our party of 8 to receive our food and when we were finally served, everything was room temperature. The manager was very accommodating and I appreciated that. However, my only tip would be if there is a large party, bring the food out when it’s ready and not when the entire tables food is ready.

   The worst experience. So ridiculous. Paid 50 bucks for lamb rack and the carrots that came with it were so hard you couldn’t cut them. My sea bass was the size of my thumb and undercooked and 60 bucks. Lots, obnoxious music. Wobbly tables and torn leather on booth Upholstrey. Bathroom with no soap. Truly a nightmare. You couldn’t pay me to go back.

   We waited over a hour to get our food and it was cold once it came out. We asked about our server about a side (Brussel sprouts) that she forgot about 3 times, finally she told us they were sold out. We were also told that the check couldn’t be split between the two parties of 2 which was a inconvenience. Spent over $650 total and wasn’t satisfied at all.

    First let me say Dakota was amazing !! He made great suggestions and knew what he was talking about. 4 old fashioned’s later life was good. He had great conversations in the short periods he was at the table. I highly recommend going and asking for Dakota. The food was on point as well.

    My husband’s steak was over cooked and then they brought him another and it was raw. They also squished us into a tiny table. Our waitress was really nice and attentive though. Also, the food was bland and overpriced.

    It’s not the same anymore. Tables are on top of each other. Service and drinks are very slow. Food was cold. Restaurants have cut corners and increased prices since Covid. I would go back for a pre-game drink. Never on a date again.

    We dined here for my fiancé 40th birthday. Susu was our server! She was amazing! Very informative of the menu! It was our first time dining here! Loved it! Will be back very soon, and plan to come back many more times! Food was amazing and large portions. The shrimps are huge. Truly enjoyed ourselves. Music was great, ambiance was definitely chill yet ready to see the city. Loved it.

    We were really excited about coming to atl for the first time and also STK for the first time and everything went smoothly however the waitress seemed a little rushed to finish with us. I’m not sure how is all goes but I’ve never been to a place where I HAD to ordered ALL the courses at one time. Again being that it was my first time i had never seen the menu and being rushed to order everything at once on a Monday evening seemed strange. The food wasnt hot like it had been waiting in the window for someone to drop it off. The steak was different temperatures throughout. Some parts were medium well some were medium rare. Most establishments similar to STK the waitress packs the food to go. So when I had to pack my own food I asked another waiter and he said we do pack the food to go. All in all the atmosphere was amazing everyone else was amazing music was cool the host was wonderful.

    The service was terrible, the food was ill prepared, the music was so loud you couldn’t hear the person next to you and the server forgot half the things that we had ordered. I will never go back and we go out five times a week.

    The service from our waiter was very poor. We did not receive the attention that an expensive high end restaurant such as STK should be giving. Drinks took a very long time to get and our food was very good in flavor but lukewarm to cold in temperature. As the meal progresses, the music became very loud and turned into a club like environment which was not ideal for a business dinner. For such an expensive meal, the standards should have been much higher.

    Wait time was ridiculous for the food. I waited over an hour for “complimentary bread”. Waited over 30 mins for cocktails. And waited over 2 hours for food. Once food came, had to wait another 10 mins for sides. Had to wait 30 mins for check. And lastly they only cover 2hours for parking validation but we were there for over 4 hours due to delays. Food was subpar and not worth the wait. However, the ambiance was nice.

    Well it was too noisy and apparently the General manager was fired a week ago and the service well because the waiter had over 9 tables at once and had been working 17 days straight service suffered . I have been in the restaurant business for about 20 years as an owner and this restaurant is definitely not the same as it use to be before covid. There were a lot of wait staff or could have been busboys running around and we could not get anyone to perhaps bring out a dish we ordered and never came with the meal. We also wanted to order dessert and it came but guess what they took the napkin and all the silverware off the table before the dessert came then we had to flag down a busboy to get a napkin and silverware as we watched the ice cream melt before silverware was brought to us. Asked for a certain tequila and was told there is only one brand I mean come on when you have a full bar and very expensive drink prices and food items that frankly are not worth the price you only carry 1 brand of tequila? Everyone that worked there seem frantic and now giving a waiter time off and working 17 days straight? Get a manager in and straighten the place up. And the bill was wrong … I will not be back maybe things will be better in a few years but this place has changed and the prices are too high for what you get.

    Terrible terrible experience. Upon arrival, they could not find my reservation for 4. Our waiter/server was EXTREMELY slow although the restaurant was not packed at all (lunch on Sunday). Other groups came and left, and were served much faster than our table. To top it off, I still had to pay for parking because the entire experience took almost 3 hours (the building will only cover two hours). Our entire experience took way too long because of service. Very disappointed to say the least.

    Slow and poor customer service. We arrived at 11:15 for our 11:15 reservation and were seated about 11:45. We waited another 15 minutes and after visiting the host stand finally saw our server. We ordered two cokes and our food and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for drinks to arrive. In the meantime we asked for bread which we were told was being baked fresh. Server later returns to say she was advised they weren't baking anymore bread but our food should be up soon. Food finally arrives minus the Lobster tail on my Surf and Turf. Server apologized for mistake and brought out Lobster fairly quickly. However, upon reviewing my receipt, I found that instead of being charged $79 for the surf and turf, I was billed for the steak and Lobster separately at $93. All in all, the food was good and it was a nice late night spot to grab a real dinner after a late show at the Fox. But the service is slow and no one seemed genuinely interested in providing great customer service.

    Reservations were for 11 PM we weren’t set till 1130, hostess told us they were still getting to 10:30 PM reservations… Bummer, we sat at the bar for drinks. Finally after checking back with the hostess our table was ready! Only sadly we were ushered all the way to the 3rd level into a private dining room where a party was sat. Being seated inside this room you couldn’t hear any of the music playing in the restaurant… it was quiet and lack of circulation of air. I saw the windows propped open, probably from guests. We were sat at a long rectangular style party table where others could be sat directly beside us! Ordered drinks, which arrived after we ate the appetizers. Had to ask about those 1 to 2 times. For dinner my husband orders the he’s ugly sea bass. Unfortunately a small (maybe 3-4 oz) piece of fish was plated. And at $51 I’m sorry, that’s just inexcusable. The server noted it should have been 6oz and apologized. We noticed two additional parties that were sat around us requesting managers assistance due to either poor quality of food or long waits. Overall, we had a bad experience. Would not return. Apology after apology was not enough for a $280 tab

    I came on 7/30 for my birthday and the overall experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was very dismissive and snappy when I asked her how long it would be before my party could sit; we had to wait an hour and I had a reservation set prior. Once we got seated we were placed all the way upstairs and the room was very hot and the speakers were broken so we did not get to fully enjoy the DJ; only what we could hear from down stairs. We order appetizers and drinks which took extremely long to come out and a lot of the drinks were wrong and watered down. We tried to take them back but we were told “these are the right drinks”… although they tasted like water instead of tequila. We arrived at STK at 9:30 and did not get food until around 12. I order my steak medium well and it was brought to me rare. Two other people in my party also received steaks that were wrong. In addition to that a lot of the food was just simply cold or overly salty. We ordered appetizers that never came. And my friend found a large piece of plastic in her food that nearly cut her mouth. Everything took extremely long and just seemed to be unorganized and half way done. I’ve been to STK before and had a great experience so this was very disappointing. Also, considering it was my birthday I was very underwhelmed and upset. Kemarte Deshawn was very polite and tried his best with the circumstances of the chefs and the bar. He helped make the experience better. We also explained to the manager that we found plastic in our food and she was very nonchalant about it and simply said I’m sorry.. which also did not sound very convincing in the slightest bit. I rate the night a 1/10. I am not sure what was going on last night but I hope the rest of the nights from here on out are better then the chaos we sat through last night. We got there at 9:30 and did not leave until 1am. because we waited HOURS for our food, parking costed $12 per person.. even with the “validated” tickets we were given.

    Arrived for our reservation and waited at the bar for about 15 minutes before being seated. Ordered an Old Fashioned and a Long Island Iced tea from the rude bartenders and she made me the worst, sloppiest drinks I’ve had in a long time. The hostess ushered us upstairs and I was immediately disappointed. Sitting up there feels like you are on the outskirts of the party and yet still have the same bill to pay at the end of the night. The service was poor up there, they were apologetic, but it was just not a pleasant experience. The lighting is horrible. The glasses were spotty. We were late for our show trying to find our waiter so that we could just pay and leave. Overall the food was good and I really enjoyed the bread. At the end of the day, no one gets dressed up to have a nice dinner and end up eating in a dark attic. If we had not needed to eat and get to the Fox theater, I would have immediately left.
