great service, fantastic food, and a DJ spinning 80's hits at a reasonable volume for a dinner out with friends.

Good service, Restaurant was pretty chill for a mid-week meal. Got enticed by the $59 stk and lobster. Good meal, but putting it up against other Steak in Chicago, it doesn’t hit my Top 5.
2 of us did Oysters (good), Tater Tots (Great), Brussels (good), Sea Bass (Very good), Steak/Lobster (pretty good). 2 cocktails. All in was about $300 after and we brought our own wine (cork fee).
I’d go back because we had a good server though

Dinner and service were great. However music was overly loud. Couldn’t hear what the waitress was saying. Table conversation we had to be yelling the whole time. The music was night club music, not good choice for a dinner place. I won’t be going back.

Great experience at STK-Chicago to celebrate my birthday! The service was amazing! The food was AMAZING (I woke up the next day thinking about the Chilean Sea Bass)! The service was superb!
Reception at the reservation desk was a bit icy but once the wait and busing team members appeared night and experience improved tremendously
The service was impeccable the food was just okay. Ordered the double tomahawk medium rare to split with friends. My side was medium well. The music was too loud and only played techno. I asked theDJ to take requests and she graciously obliged. Overall, experience was average, have had better.
Food and service were great. I think that the price is a bit excessive, especially the alcohol. $17 for a Tito’s martini adds up and seems a bit excessive to me. Music is loud but fun. I knew that going into it.
Food was good restaurant was entertaining had a good time
way too overpriced on everything, appetizers double the price, steaks double the price as all their competitors...they're not that good to pay that

This place is good but it is so overpriced it’s insane. $75 for a steak, $16 for a salad and $16 for sides. One of the most expensive restaurants I’ve ever been to in Chicago. $200 for 2 people and we didn’t have drinks or dessert.
Great Music and Drinks
Excellent service from everyone. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. Food was delicious
J’ai l’habitude d’aller au stk de Londres ou l’ambiance est dynamique et classe. La on est plutôt dans le moI malgré les efforts du DJ.
La nourriture est copieuse et correcte. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant.

Place is extremely expensive!! And they are the masters at upselling so be aware of that. Wasn't a big fan of our server, but the manager was great and friendly. We did have a new york strip and it was delicious. Now that I have been there, I can check it off my list and move on.
Also, from what I am told it is a total club scene with a DJ on the weekends. We specifically chose a Monday night so it would be quiet.
Elizabeth was amazing. I highly recommend her and the crab cakes are to die for!
They catered to where I wanted to sit I didn’t wait long my server had great customer service ! Food was good and it was a very great experience
Everything was great about our first time experience.
This is a great place to go before a fun night out on the town because they have a great DJ playing your favorite dance songs from the 80's and 90's and today. The food tastes great, but the service tonight was quite slow. We had to wait a while for our courses and drinks. Steaks are expensive. But everything was tasty!
Great service. Terrific food and scrumptious drinks. A bit pricy but great for a special night.
Everything was amazing! I had the short ribs and the Jalapeño cheddar grits! For dessert I had the bread pudding and that was even more amazing!
I had the Braised Short Rib w/ Jalapeño Cheddar Grits and its was amazing! The sides (mashed potatoes, broccolini with roasted almonds) were amazing as well! The ambiance was great and the waiters were amazing as well!
Wine selection is terrible

I love Brandon Staley he is honestly the best restaurant manager I’ve ever seen. Honest, trustworthy, companionate. He makes stk Chicago what it is.
I made reservations way in advance because we all know great restaurants are booked for Valentine’s Day. I put in the note section a request for a booth. This restaurant sent emails and called me for confirmation if I were keeping my reservations. When we arrived we were taken to a small 2 seater table and I let the hostess know I had requested a booth. We were then sat at a small partial booth. When I clearly saw they had other full booths available. With that being said our server was personable. The food was good and they high energy of the restaurant was fun. My steak was great and I never eat bread BUT we were served this blu cheese butter bread that was to die for. I wouldn’t go back on a holiday weekend but on an average night yes. Be prepared it was very expensive, we dropped over $325 for just 2 of us and was seated in this tiny half booth
Food was phenomenal!
This being our first time at STK, my date and I Mr. Wilkes was disappointed in the food experience; the Halibut was over cooked and the lobster in the mac Not once did he ask how is your experience/food.. which at that time I would have mentioned it.. all we received was a bill for $268 dollars. not a good 1st impression.
For the price, the food is not very good
The portions of food for that price is bad. Why ask if it’s a special occasion on reservation and not show the customer how special y’all can make it

Me and a party of 3 others went to this restaurant for the first time and the food was ok but not great one of us sent our entire meal back, the waiter seemed a bit off (tall Caucasian man w/bald head) he was not helpful at all...when it was time for the bill we were told they don’t split bills but could take separate cards to accommodate us all. The waiter I believe his name was Nick insisted we give him a $63 tip on top of our already $400 bill, which was fine but as we were paying for our food he pointed to what 18% of gratuity is “normally added” but he says he didn’t add it purposely which we all know isn’t true. So when we didn’t give him a $63 or more tip instead he snatched the payment and payment book off the table saying “wow u couldn’t give me that much”. It was a horrible first experience and I won’t be back. His attitude changed his entire tip and our ambiance and we no longer wanted to stay dessert
