    The staff were not very attentive. We opted for the bottomless drink option and our glasses were only topped up twice within 90 mins, one of those occasions after being requested by myself. The staff upon entry were lovely, however the man actually serving us was very cold and uninterested. A shame because the Sunday roast was tasty and I have enjoyed other stk branches in the past. I doubt I will ever return to this one.

    When we got there, nobody signed us in so we were waiting by the bar for 15 minutes and people who came in after us we were seated before us. i had to go and ask someone again to seat us. 1 hour and half is too short for evening dinner. this should be increased to 2 hours

    Such a lovely meal and great service. A really lovely experience for my sisters 25th birthday. We had the pre threatre set menu and it was so reasonable and the food was great. My sister is coeliac (GF) and they had GF bread for her and were really acommodating. Would definitely come back!

    We were offered the a la carte menu only and told there was nothing else available. We explained that we had reserved the table based upon the menu online . The waitress called another member of staff over . We explained we only wanted a light lunchtime menu and he reluctantly gave us a set menu . The restaurant was virtually empty , despite other restaurants turning people away . There was no atmosphere at all , as a result. We enjoyed our two course set menu and the food was lovely but we wouldn’t return ,as for a pre Christmas meal ,it all seemed very lacking in seasonal ambience .

    Service was poor we waited very long for a waitress to take our order then the drinks didn't arrive till after the starters were finished. The steak was average not worth the price you pay for it

    We were served by Luminita. She was very attentive, fast paced and very approachable to talk to. I ordered surf and turf with lobster tail for mains and expected the plate of food to look appealing. But the plate just came with lobster tail and beef steak. Cooking of meat and shellfish was good but for that price of food the expectation is high too. Some side vegetables would have been more appealing.

    The food is always on point at STK. The steak was well seasoned and succulent. The Brussel sprouts were amazing and the service from Tony was top notch. Will be back soon

    Lovely restaurant but disappointing Pre Theatre food. The burger had burnt edges and shrivelled cheese, it looked as though it had been microwaved. Waiter wasn’t clear on sides so no chips with the burger.

    Excellent Sunday Lunch at STK, our waiter was Alex and he was outstanding, always there when we needed him and very friendly and informative, he really made our experience memorable. The Sunday lunch menu is really good value, the meat and all the sides were tasty - we can often find restaurant roasts disappointing but not here and we will definitely be back for STKs.
