The food was good. Especially the sushi’s. The restaurant although not cosy at all. It was rather cold. The waitresses were nice. Very informal. But after an hour we were so cold that we skipped the dessert.

Great location ( 5 mins from Tottenham Court Rd tube), great helpful service, some really novel vegetarian food which tasted great and excellent value, we had the sushi selection for starters which tasted great and came with a 50% off offer. Would definitely go again.

Vegetable caviar has great potential, but I would push a little more for the marine flavor and make it slightly more briny. The 3D meat is excellent, the savoy golabki was good, but the cabbage too hard to cut, I would also give a little more flavor to the sushi, Tofu Crab & Sesame Roll, for us it wasn't "special", very good the Brioche Feuilletée & Piperade, good the cookie and the mille feuille wasn't very tasty.

This was my our first time at Studio Gauthier and my husband and I went for our fifth wedding anniversary meal. We were seated at a beautiful, secluded booth as requested on the booking as it was a romantic occasion. We opted for the restaurant tasting menu with wine pairing and it was absolutely stunning. Every course was delicious, well thought out, and beautifully presented. The courses were small enough not to overwhelm but big enough to sate our appetites and the sauces on the dishes were outstanding, serving to compliment and elevate each dish to the fullest. The chef even wrote 'Happy Anniversary' on our dessert plates with chocolate which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. This is easily one of the best meals we have ever had and certainly in our top five meals of all time as it was faultless. We ended our meal with a cocktail, choosing the Julie Christie which was a stunning apple, elderflower and lychee martini, tasting as a good as it sounds and looking beautiful. We would be very interested to try the remaining cocktails as they all looked amazing. I must also mention the staff as they were all exceptional. The Maitre D was welcoming and friendly, periodically checking in with us to ensure everything was going well and seeing us to the door when we left, asking if we enjoyed everything and stating that if we were happy, they were happy! The waiting on staff were knowledgeable about the menu and equally friendly, being attentive enough without being overbearing. Outside of the amazing chef, the staff are this venue's biggest asset and should be highly valued. I honestly cannot rate this restaurant highly enough - from staff, to food, to atmosphere this is a wonderful restaurant and we cannot wait to return.

Really enjoyed our dinner here. The food was innovative and delicious. Some of the portion sizes were a bit odd - we got a lot of broccoli in a very large dish. Service was very friendly.

A lovely place with a laid back atmosphere, food is imaginative and very tasty - who knew vegan could be that tasty. The tasting menu offers a brilliant selection. One of the tortellini dishes was very undercooked. But the team swiftly sorted that out for us. 4* for service as the team didn't really explain what each dish was, and the wine flight was just plonked on the table without explanation. Despite this, an excellent dinner - and we will be back.

Just fabulous. The food was amazing, my non vegan friend was also blown away but it. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. The decor is funky and comfortable. The ambience spot on. I am looking forward to going back and trying more of their creative dishes.

Fantastic food as always. We had the tasting menu and benefited from the 2for 1 deal which is a great deal, thank you. The restaurant is a beautiful venue, modern and different from the Soho restaurant. As ethical vegans, we absolutely love Gauthier’s compassionate ethos. The staff is friendly especially the lady manager ( sorry don’t know her name). It’s our 2nd visit and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Highly recommended

We recently dined at Studio Gauthier for the first time and ordered the 6-course tasting menu. Not only was it delicious but also well presented and carefully thought out. Our favourite dish was the nigiri that included 3D printed meat. Not for everyone but certainly memorable and filling. The Parmentier dip with hazelnut and brioche was also exceptional.The staff was attentive, knowledgeable and made sure every aspect of the meal was enjoyable. The only thing that was a bit mysterious was that some tables had candlelight while others did not (including us)? Either way it was an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend Studio Gauthier to anyone seeking a memorable and cruelty free dining experience.

Firstly the vegan food here is really amazing, outstanding and imaginative. There are few restaurants creating plant based food to this standard and meat eaters would not feel short changed. The ambiance is very relaxing and it is not noisy, which is a rarity these days. So it's definitely a place I would 100% recommend. Having been here 4 times now there are a few things that maybe I would improve! Firstly starters or small courses are served without individual plates so it's tricky to put your food down - it seems like an odd thing but it happened with both the set menu and the a la carte -- some little plates would be appreciated! Secondly dips like the muhammara are delicious but come in a very big bowl, with not that much bread - it seems like a real waste to send it back unfinished, but equally if we'd ordered more bread we would have been too full for the rest of the food. Finally the bowl of salad for 2 was enormous, easily enough for 4 and actually not that nice, it was big thick leaves of radicchio, with a slightly acrid dressing -- so a lot of toughness and bitterness. But these are small things to resolve!

Sadly I was not impressed. The Muhammara was so cold it lacked flavor other than salt. The bread served with it was smeared with some kind of tasteless oil. The pumpkin olive tart was over salted, and tasteless. I am not sure either of these dishes was made fresh the day I was there. Disappointed.😢

Cannot fault the food and service, however the coffee at the end of the meal somewhat let the evening down. On previous occasions I noticed the coffee was somewhat weak and bitter, and also friends have commented on this. Studio Gauthier perhaps needs to train it's staff properly on how to make a decent cup of coffee so that meals conclude on a positive note.

Had a wonderful anniversary dinner at Studio Gauthier - the tasting menu with the wine recommendations was absolutely delicious and the staff were delightful! We’d actually tried to book Gauthier Soho originally but we were not disappointed eating here - highly recommended!

We tried several of the small plates and all of the sushi. The brioche and tapenade was excellent and we are glad that we ordered the melon with teriyaki mushrooms ( a dish we'll try and receate at home ). The aubergine and kaffir lime with chickpea crisps was very nice but we felt the proportion of ingredients did not work well. The chickpea crisps looked like polenta chips and were delicious with the baba ganouch but we ended up with a massive amount of baba ganouch with nothing to eat it with. The couriander houmous was also excellent. All of the sushi tasted good but the sushi tacos were impossible to retrieve from the unusual serving dish ( plastic shaped into 3 V shapes that each held one of the 3 tachos ) as they were stuck firmly and so had to be smeared onto another plate before eating them. The service was good but we had to ask for extra plates as we wanted to share the dishes and we were not offered clean plates when further dishes arrived. The staff were friendly and I felt comfortable wearing a smart tee shirt and shorts on what was a very hot day.

My partner and I dined at Studio Gauthier recently. We had a very enjoyable experience and particularly enjoyed the great service. The team were friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating, which when paired with the exquisite food, led to a wonderful dining experience. We'd highly recommend Studio Gauthier to anyone looking for a relaxed, refined, experience with incredible options for dining. The tasting menu was beautiful, carefully curated, and a joy to experience.

An excellent new and informal restaurant in Fitzrovia from the people behind Gauthier Soho. Amazing food and wine, charming service and great value for money. Very buzzy for a Friday night, and a lovely outside terrace was proving to be very popular. A great find and highly recommended!

Non pretentious going on funky … simply just great vegan food and great service. Hard to pick a favourite dish but don’t miss the Aubergine with Black Sesame. My wife and I decided to split three mains because the menu looked so good and the restaurant served them one at a time with share plates to enhance the experience. Outstanding!!!

Great venue and well decorated. The service was excellent and we were given a quiet table as requested. The only thing we weren’t so happy with was the mains, overly salted and the grains bitter. All the other dishes were beautiful as we came to expect from Gauthier. Will go again but will order something else.

All the staff were wonderful and attentive, it was really good to try some things we hadn't had before like the 3D printed flank. This is a great restaurant to try some high-end food in a relaxed atmosphere for a very reasonable price.
