Food was Nasty. Chicken tasted like it was out the can. Margarita tower was over priced and watered down.
Food was excellent. Margarita tower was delicious. Staff was friendly and attentive.
The atmosphere and staff was excellent. The food was everything I expected and more. The tower was well worth the money and we plan on coming back!!
It was a good experience. The food was amazing the prices for the food was reasonable but the drinks were horrible! We bought the tower and it was all juice very sour barley any alcohol. It was a table of 6 and nobody in the table got either tipsy or drunk . We order a lot of drinks and all of them was either sour , sweet , a lot of ice , a lot of juice. The bill was $440 and for that amount nobody was tipsy or drunk. The waiter was very nice and friendly. We were sitting outside and you can barely hear the music from inside.
The ambiance was ok, however, My guest and I were underwhelmed with this choice of dining. The margarita tower for starters.. was very bitter and did not taste like e there was any alcohol whatsoever in it. The food was overpriced and flavorless NO BUENO! We had 2 plates of shrimp tacos, 1 fish taco, plate and an chicken empanada plate - which one of my guest referred to as just a cheese hot pocket. The street corn was a miss an addition to the undercooked Spanish rice. Lastly, the server took it upon herself to pour the remaining contents of the margarita tower (equivalent to one full glass) into my girlfriends glass without even asking us how we wanted to distribute the remaining contents and removed the tower off the table. After our $180 tab, unfortunately we left hungry and sober!
Definitely over hyped!! The tower barely had liquor in it (we were completely sober by the end), the food was okay (it lacked taste and flavor), but it was aesthetically pleasing!
Had a good time and will visit again table was ready when we got there and the food was wonderful
If the 90 minute table limit was removed I would give 5 stars everything else was awesome 😎
It was an inviting ambiance. Good upbeat music and great location for cocktails and appetizers. Definitely recommend.
Ethan was awesome! The tower is a really awesome value! The food was good. Didnt love the churros but everything was really good besides that. Get the Queso!
We expected this restaurant to be more latino and mexican. The music was COUNTRY music which doesnt mix well with mexican food and margaritas. The food was ok, nothing wow. The service was pretty poor, waitress took forever to attend us, and they charged a 18% service charge ($35) which we thought was unnecesary because the place is not that clean, the waitress kept lowering her mask and no face shield were in place. The margaritas saved the place but will not go again.
I really enjoyed my time at sueno. Everything was superb the only thing I do not like is the 90 minute table limit, overall I had a awesome experience.
Our server Nicolette was amazing! The food was perfect. I loved this place!
Food was amazing, service was great, they accommodated our party. I would give 5 stars but the drinks were weak. Tasty as hell but absolutely no alcohol was in them lol
I had a horrible experience. The food was average. The margarita flights were terrible (didn’t taste like any alcohol was in it and was bitter as all hell). The service was terrible like I don’t think it could have gotten much worse. The hostess messed up our table so we had to wait 30 minutes outside even though we had a reservation. Once inside, it only got worse by the minute. We had to go FIND our waitress multiple times for her to take our order. They didn’t even give us waters, plates, utensils, etc. The food was wrong. We requested the manager 4 times and they did not come until the 4th time. He was uncompromising and didn’t compensate us for the poor service only for the messed up food. It seemed like everyone was having a terrible time. The table next to us waited over an hour for their food. We witnessed the employees throw away one woman’s food as soon as she turned her back to the table and didn’t even apologize or acknowledge her when she asked them what happened to her food. All in all, I would not recommend this place. It seemed like this happens all of the time and I couldn’t help but notice most of the people having a horrible time were black.
Waited 20 minutes just to receive our water and the waitress still forgot them. Food came out at a descent time, but waitress took 30 minutes to grab our check after requesting for it.
Cinco de Mayo service and food & drink quality was less than desirable to say the least.
I had booked an outdoor table and they did not have one available. So we sat inside with a 90 min table but the food did not even come within the 90 minute table limit. We ordered a $65 espolon margarita tower and I am surely a lightweight, but there was so little alcohol in it that no one felt it at all! So disappointing. The food took forever however it was good when it came! They put an automatic 18% gratuity on each bill....
The only problem was the margarita tower. It was so sour like a struggle to try and drink but it was busy since it was Cinco De Mayo. I would give it another chance one day but I wouldn’t order the tower again.
We sat on the third floor and Ethan was great and attentive! Will be coming back especially for him :)
Horrible drinks. They get you with the tower and then you get it, it’s all sour mix. Unbearable to drink. The drinks are premade and even when you try to re order the next one is equally as awful.
We saw a photo of the margarita tower and there was doubt that Sueno was a perfect place to visit for Cinco de Mayo. We had a reservation for a high top table; it was perfect for two people but crowded for four. Nonetheless we enjoyed the beef and chicken empanadas which I will return to order. We weren't sold on the margarita flights but the margarita tower was enough for four people to have two drinks and that was fine. We also loved the fact that they have takeout cups. I understand that Covid-19 has put restraints on seating and the allotment of time but I really wish we were able to stay longer. Will definitely return
shrimp tacos had no flavor...guacamole and chips were overly salty...steak taco was ordered without cheese but, came with cheese. the server was very nice but, unattentive. the best thing about the meal was the margaritas
Our food was amazing
The food was delicious, service was great, I can’t wait to go again.
The whole experience was really great from start to finish. The decorations and ambience was great. A little dark in some areas but overall no complaints! Will definitely come back!
Hostess Katie sucked . Gave us terrible seats at the entrance of the door after advising her we didn’t want to sit at the bar in our reservation order. Honestly only reason I had a great experience was because of the Bartender and my waiter Rachel (who was just the best!)Don’t come here if you’re looking for a relaxing ambiance.
Food tasted amazing and the service was great. Although Our alcoholic drinks tasted virgin, the Overall experience was great.
The atmosphere was nice, the food was even better!! Get the Margarita Tower, it’s so good!!!
Food was good service was fast , ordered a 100 Oz drink they put 7 Oz of liquor in it, plus it was super sour made my stomach hurt. What a waste of money, and the server tried to justify it . All in all food great. I definitely come again i just wouldn’t get that 100 Oz drink again.
Loved the food, loved the music! Would love to come again!!
Loved the margarita tower!! could've had more tequila in it tho.
It was super busy, but it was a Saturday night, so it’s expected to be a slight delay in service... I feel bad for the waitresses who have to run up and down the steps, god bless their quads... the food was excellent! Margarita tower was bomb! Wish it had more alcohol tho, my guest said the shrimp tacos were the BEST HE EVER HAD! And was dreaming about them that night! I can’t wait to go back!
Overpriced food. The waiter we got never came to take our food order, after waiting for over 30 minutes someone else took our order. At the end finally our waiter decided to ask if we needed something else but proceeded to walk away in the middle of my friend talking.
It was great. Food and drinks were amazing. I recommend this spot to anyone!
Service was very quick! Food and margs were great!
Terrible put us at a corner spot by bathroom totally forgotten about took 20 minutes to get a water when we had to flag someone down. Would not add on an additional taco to an appetizer that only had 3 to split?
Loved our meal at Sueno! We split a margarita tower between 4 and it was perfect. Nachos and tacos were also amazing. Will definitely be back!
Good food, good drinks , nice service, nice atmosphere
The restaurant was nice, but I expected a little more Day of the Dead decor or glasses or something along those lines. The food was great and so was the service, but we chose it based on the theme of the pop up and I feel like it fell short.
We would definitely return, as we really enjoyed the meal and the service
