Fantastic sushi! Great service.
Sushi Enya is great! We really enjoy the omakase and some of the items are creative and different. Convenient location for us. Looking forward to our next visit.
We’ve dined at the other two Sushi Enya locations and this was closest to our guests. Celebrated a 21st birthday and the Chef and staff made it so memorable with food, drinks, space heaters in the patio, and sparkling candles!
Maybe best sushi I ever had outside of Japan.
SO GOOD. CRISPY TUNA RICE is the BOMB. Def check it out.
We love Sushi Enya. My wife and I got engaged in Kyoto and both have studied Japanese. Our waiter was from Japan and we enjoyed practicing our nihongo. The food was perfect. Creative & delicious. Delicate yet filling.
Sushi Enya never disappoints! Every roll is more delicious than the last and the quality of the sashimi is amazing! So flavorful and fresh...and we love the little blue bottles the hot sake comes in. Great place to share the enormous rolls! Can't wait to go back!
When we first arrived, we were the only people in the restaurant-- so service shouldn't have been an issue. But it still took awhile to be served. Then I ordered Omakase for both of us-- and our server was clearly confused. So I had to show him on the menu what I was ordering-- and even then, another server approached our table later for clarification. Later, when my guest needed another napkin, I asked our server for one-- and he never brought it. Little things, but kind of annoying when you're paying extra for Omakase. As for Omakase itself-- it was just okay-- nothing spectacular, to be honest. Probably wouldn't return.
The food was excellent as usual however their waiter needs more training, he kept messing up our order and didn’t know the menu well. In this caliber of restaurant they should take any chances with a novice.
Food was great but quite pricey. Also, i would prefer a bit quieter environment.
Food was excellent!
Service was attentive and outstanding!
Really glad I picked this place for our main meal during our short Venice staycation.
We loved it! Some of the best sushi we’ve eaten! Highly recommend. Great service and options. I got the Lemon roll and didn’t know what to expect, but ended up loving it. So fresh and delicious
The omakase was delicious with some great combinations (waygu and truffle, halibut and truffle). Ty was really great. He was personable, knowledgeable and didn't mind our questions. Music can be loud at times. We plan to return soon.
We ate at the sushi bar and the chef's suggestions were amazing. Everyone knowledgeable and friendly.
Amazing rolls and super high quality of fish and sushi. Loved it! It was date night and we sat outside and had a fantastic meal.
Did not know what to expect, but the sushi was outstanding. These brilliant folks even figured out that cutting the sushi in half the thickness made it easier to eat gracefully. Bravo! Loved what we had, my only slight complaint is that they didn't carry any unfiltered saki by the glass. Would definitely go again!
Fun night out with friends - food was fantastic. Looking forward to my next dinner there!
This was quite simply one of the best omakase experiences I ahve every had. I cannot wait to go back. Everything was perfect.
The food was very good, the service was a bit slow but all things considered, understandable. Definitely going back.
The quality of fish was great. The size and the portions were not priced fairly. The average price for 2 pieces of small sushi was $20. The cut toles were generous but the hand roles reminded us of Sugar Fish Restaurant style small roles. The service was good but the staff was not well trained on alcoholic beverages they offered thus waiters can’t differentiate one Sake from another. The location was very casual since it was right next to Sant Monica Pier. We felt the audience was not on par with the menu price. This restaurant would fit better at their Beverly Hills and Pasadena locations.
Wow that was a "sushi in LA" experience 😍
The sushi is excellent and the service is very good. It was a bit noisy for our taste, but that is not a deal breaker. We will certainly go back.
The staff was nice and the food was delicious and different than typical Japanese restaurants. Highly recommend
Beautiful restaurant but food was over seasoned and overpriced.
Didn’t stay long enough to eat there. Front of house staff decided to lie about a simple issue with seat reservations, said they didn’t lie, then admitted the lie. We were out of there by that point fearing food would not be “unaltered”. Not very professional people there.
Weird place. I’d suggest avoiding. Plenty of other good options.
First time at this location. I’m not a fan of the ambiance, sushi was good but not as spectacular as their other locations. The waitress was a delight though.
We got the omakase and it was superb. Not inexpensive, but worth it. We will be going back.
Love it here
Great food, high quality sushi. Unfortunately the service is disappointing, especially the host. We arrived at our reservation time, waited almost 10 mins to get seated. No apology, no welcoming, no smile.
I am a sushi snob and the fish quality was outstanding!
It was the first dine-in we have had since the beginning of the Pandemic, and after our immunizations we scheduled for my partner’s birthday. We had a wonderful time and he expressed that the unagi sushi (his favorite) was the best he had locally. The tables were set well apart with dividers between, and the staff all wore masks. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive and did a wonderful job with our table! We were only disappointed at how limited the nigori list was (a whole two brands) and an overly large filtered sake list. It would have been really nice to have a more balanced nigori list. Overall, we had a great time and the sushi was incredibly fresh and flavorful! We are definitely going back to try some of the other dishes!
Absolutely amazing & worth every penny
Great covid precautions. Great service and delicious food!
Usual overrated sushi experience, where i dropped $$$ and then bought a burger on the way home….friendly staff and nice ambience but won’t return
Really enjoyed dinner here. Staff was nice and attentive. Sushi is plated nicely and a relaxing place to go with a friend. Thank you!
Great food. Good ambience. Right in a busy area
Great sushi. Clean environment and friendly staff.
We love this restaurant. Their sushi chefs really know what they are doing. Great presentation. Our waitress was Asska. She was fabulous. The whole staff was working so hard.
