Chicken And Brie
It was my ladies birthday and the wait staff was fantastic. One of the staff kneel down and sang Happy Birthday very quietly to her. Very Special.
Brunch was a failure. My Huevos Rancheros came out cold and then without the sausage, which was like a ton of bricks and a substitute of bacon which was inedible, the meal was less than appetizing.
Service was very good.
We’ve been to TaBoo many times and have always had a great experience. This time however the hostess was extremely rude when we asked to change tables, rolling her eyes and saying something nasty under her breath, and women were walking around and approached the table to provide information on the products in their shops on Worth Ave. it really was very annoying and disruptive from an otherwise pleasant lunch.
Delightful night. Sat up front and enjoyed the open window. Fun specialty cocktails & Tabu Lust is a great dessert!
First time there, food was ok nothing special. Nice to say we’ve been there as it is a longtime iconic Palm Beach restaurant.
Excellent in all respects.
The crab stack was a disappointment. Not enough mango to taste it and the crab had a chemical taste to it. The others seemed to like their food but nothing outstanding.
I do love the architecture but it is so noisy, you can hardly have a conversation!
We had a nice lunch at Ta-boo. Good server. The food was excellent- warm chicken walnut and cheese salad, veggie bean burger. Both were really good. The only disappointment was that the Endless Summer cocktail that I ordered from the bar was not very good. It was far too tart for my taste.
The ambiance was bustling, with great people-watching opportunities! It was very enjoyable and we wanted to stay longer. Overall a great lunch stop.
Best and most consistent restaurant in Palm Beach.
Great location on Worth Ave, lots of neat (and expensive) shopping all around. Excellent menu and lots of good choices.
Everything was average. Cocktails took too long to be delivered. The lemon sole was satisfactory but no better. Usually have the poached salmon and should have again. It is always superior. Doesn’t any place have a dress code any more? Sloppy cargo shorts and flimsy tee shirts don’t belong in a more formal atmosphere. I was one of very few men to wear a sport coat.
Disappointed with the sweet potato and coconut encrusted mahi mahi during a corporate dinner for 5. 2 of us orders the mahi mahi. The description sounded great. After serving 3 people at the table Our waiter came out to tell us the chef didn’t like the way it looked and was remaking it. What we got were a couple of blobs of mahi mahi in a large bed of mesclun. 1 cube of mango for the salsa and 2 green beans. No flavor. I barely ate 1 piece. A real miss.
This is the first time we have come here for brunch. Great selection of food. You could also get lunch at that time. Our friends came with us. We ordered the gazpacho and lobster bisque. Also omelets, quiche, and avocado toast. EVERYTHING was delicious!
We will come back for dinner soon.
We had a wonderful lunch. Service was very attentive and the food was great with a very wide range of food options at a moderate price
Convenient table as we had a diner with a walker. Pleasant server, excellent food, enjoyed the models that walked thru.
Our reservation was quickly honored. The coconut crusted mahi mahi with sweet potato strings was the best prep of mahi I have ever had. We were seated the the quiet room in the back. Perfect dinner
I hope it was merely a blip on the radar, but the kitchen was in complete meltdown mode. So bad that the manager was comping dinners all over the restaurant. Have great memories eating there, but probably won’t go back.
We were a party of ten, only the one , very nice server. Our food was for some , served not even warm( sole) and some over cooked and in one case some one ordered tuna was told they would not cook it medium, only rare. Wine selection by the glass was good and cocktails were good but the food was passable at best. Our server really did try but she needed help. Found out after the fact that it really is a ladies who lunch spot!
Food was ok. Service started off good and then got bad quickly. It was our first time there and probably our last.
We had out of town guests and a friend recommended this restaurant. It was everything she said and better. Great food, service and ambience. We’re going to go back next week.
Consistently wonderful! We enjoy this restaurant immensely!
Wonderful and nostalgic for us. My parents celebrated their wedding there in 1949. Server was graceful and food/drinks were great.
Food was yummy, a great server! Always a fun place to go...
The steak was only ok. The setting was the best part!
Ta-Boo is a great restaurant for every day dining or special occasions. There is a variety of food on the menu, something for everyone. The service was excellent. The dessert, Taboo’s “Ta-Boo Lust” is always delicious.
Always a nice night from start to finish- many great menu chpices
Delicious food, service a little slow, but it was a busy night, very pricey.
The air conditioning was turned up extremely high and the butter was frozen.
Had omelet they gave a tablespoon of potatoes on side. Shocked. They at least could of given 2 tablespoons
Great choice, and great food
We were here many years ago. Remembered it as good and it did not disappoint. Excellent food, great variety and a full bar with great featured drinks. Outstanding experience. Highly recommended.
This had always been a favorite. However, the service was lackluster at best. Salads were mostly lettuce.
Food was delicious . There were 5 in our party each ordering different dinners. Everyone enjoyed
Their meals. The only complaint was the waiter disappeared and we were in need of water refills. The desserts
Incredibly slow service but it remains one of my favorites
As usual one of the best meals.
Love this restaurant for the food, service, & ambience
My husband chose this restaurant for his birthday (and belated Valentine's Day) dinner. We made reservations through Open Table and asked for a table in the rear by the fireplace since we know that we would never get the front window table. When we arrived Kate, the hostess, offered us the window table instead if we preferred and we jumped on it. She recognized it was a special occasion and had had a cancellation, so she gave us first choice. What an awesome surprise. The evening was lovely, food outstanding and we felt so special Kate is a superb hostess and gave us our first drinks and took the time to check on us from time to time. We love this place and will definitely be back!
Great ambiance and food.
Of all the times we have been to Ta-Boo , the service was very slow and poor overall.
We had 6 people at a round table in the garden room. Great service, great food, fabulous bread basket, quiet enough that we could have a nice conversation. Why not put the apple cobbler on the dessert menu? Fabulous dessert you can only order if you know about it! Terrific varied menu. Wonderful experience.
We had a visitorfrom out of town and decided to bring her to Ta-Boo. She throughly enjoyed the experience. Enjoyed the food ver much and our service was excellent. We all hadalovely evening and will return again.
