Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing.
We were shown to our table and given menus then told to order at the bar.
We stood at the bar for 15 mins and, despite being very busy, there were only 3 bar staff on duty!
As there was little chance of us being served within the next 15 minutes, we left and had a very pleasant lunch at Balls Brothers, across the way.

We had a great meal at the Tank and Paddle. The sharing Pizzas are amazing and great Mac n Cheese. Good vibe, lively and great fun. Our table was ready when we arrived and the staff were really helpful.

Great venue for drinks and food
Our firm came here for a Team celebration drinks. It was great. We booked an area which was big enough for our team and other guests, we ordered a selection of sharing pizza, cocktails, wines and beers, all of which were fantastic!
The service was good and the workers were very nice and helpful! Can't wait to come back. Well done Tank and Paddle Minster Court and thank you for the great evening.

If you like beer and pizza then this is the place for you. It does that one thing and it does it well. The only criticism was that at quieter times the staff behind the bar seem to be more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers.

We were a bit disappointed that we were reserved a table in the middle of a big party which was already in full flow. There seemed little flexibility to move or desire to assist so we left without buying any food/drink. To be honest i don't expect that i will be going back.

I found it quite chaotic as you are seen to a table and then have to go and queue at a very busy bar to order and then go back to your table and wait. Its very noisy also. The waiter we had was quite rude to me and came across a bit aggressive when I asked a question about one of the ingredients on my pizza (I ordered a veggie pizza that had parmesan on it which is not veggie - turns out they use a veggie alternative, but it is not clear on the menu). A friendlier person then came over and answered my question, but by then it was too late. It was my first time here and would never go again.

When arrived they did not have a booking for me, even though I had Open Table confirmation the day before. That being said they did find a spare table for us. There is no table service, so have to order at the bar, but the bar service is poor, although there are lots of staff they are not adequately trainer in the drinks menu they provide, are slow and gave me the wrong drinks order on three separate occasions. The pizza however was lovely, great taste, came quickly. Clearing our plates took a while, as no table service, and was tucked away in a corner. The venue was great for a quick turn around for lunch.

Agenda is a good place to go at lunchtime, for the City it is good value, service can sometimes be a bit hit and miss but the staff had it spot on this time. We will definitely be back.

We meet friends on a Monday lunchtime, so the bar was quiet but the food is good value and you get decent portions and not expensive, which is unusual in The City unless you go to a pub. The service could have been better considering the low numbers of people eating, all the bars and restaurants in The City must realise that we only get a limited time for lunch and time is a premium.

This restaurant would be fabulous in the evening after work, when the disco balls could be put to use.
It was echoey and cavernous during a lunch hour.
The burgers were excellent (i'm not so keen generally but ate all mine ) and could have had more if I hadn't been so full!
The pitchers of cocktails rather weak but the service was excellent and would go back despite there being no one in there hence the atmosphere was a little tumble weed and could have done with a little music in the background.

We both had the fish fingers which were over cooked and very dry. We've had this dish a few times so know it can be cooked well but this was not a good visit this time. We will still go back as its convenient for work.

As always Agenda, provides good quality food as reasonable prices, coupled together with an aliance with Tastecard, especially in January makes eating out affordable and enjoyable.

I went in a group of 10, booked through TopTable (reduced from an originally planned 15) ... I don't know who was at fault but there was no registered booking. In the end, the Agenda team squeezed two very high tables together - but we did have approx a 20 minute wait - which is not ideal for a lunch on a working day and consequently meant the rest of the meal was rushed.

The staff where friendly and helpful, but possibly not prepared for an extra 8 people. 2 members of my group where frustrated.

However, all is not bad. The food was good for a lunch. All sandwhiches where devoured, although the eater of the chicken salad was not impressed. If you have a confirmed booking, I would definitely recomend for a lunch.

Went here for a business lunch, didn't appear to have my booking in their system even though I could show them on my phone it was booked. We arrived early lunchtime, place was empty but they were so slow to take our orders, got our drinks wrong (only 3 of us), spilt the latte everywhere. Ordered food, two of us had fish and chips. Was so dry and over cooked wasn't even worth eating. Took forever to receive the bill. Will not be coming back here again which is a shame as its so close to our office.

Quality of food and the service was excellent. Quick turnaround which was exactly what was needed. Slightly let down by the volume of the music, which makes it suitable for an informal gathering as opposed to a more formal meeting or business lunch.

Agenda is a great spot to meet up with 'the girls' for a drink, a snack and a chinwag. I like the stylish interior and with it being so close to Fenchurch Street, it is the perfect spot for an after work drink.
The variety of food is very limited but the snacks & nibbles are just what you need with that beer or glass of wine. The burgers are massive and tasty.

The toilets were not well maintained on this visit but I have seen them in better state. I will come back again and again.

There isnt realy much going on at Agenda on a Monday. The food menu is quite restricted if you want actual dinner. The service was good, which is expected seeing as there was barely anyone in there. It was also happy hour so a bottle of wine was half price.

As I arrived at Agenda I found the music very loud and thought that -ok this is the bar area- and asked for the restaurant. The barperson told me that the table around the side are for diners. All tables had reservation signs with names. I could not find my name. As I walked back towards the entrance I saw somebody with the reservation list and asked about my booking. It was not registered-no booking in my name! Well it did not matter, the music was too loud and I left.
Not to my liking.

Well I'm afraid that Top Table have a lot of explaining to do! We arrived at Agenda on an extremely busy Friday night to be told that they had been fully booked up weeks ago. An extremely helpful member of staff was very apologetic but had no idea how the Top Table website could possibly have indicated that they had any space - she offered to look after us the following week but we left empty handed.

After work shindig @ Agenda in the City. We received a comp bottle of champagne on arrival & had 'special' VIP waitresses that took our orders which meant we didnt have to queue at the bar. Drinks are half price between 5-8pm so not a bad for a early night out.
