Convenient for visitors with competent cooking. Reliable and good value.
Excellent food. Excellent service. Very good little-known wines at reasonable prices.
I would recommend it for the view and service. Food was nice but not spectacular.
My husbands chicken choice was wonderful. My “raviolo” not so much. The carrot dessert was inedible and graciously was removed from the bill. Toward the end of our dinner, a group of 24+ diners arrived this making conversation nearly impossible. The service was good.
Really good, as always. The 3 course set menu is such good value and the food impeccable. Lovely way to start off an afternoon at Tate Modern.
the food was exceptionally good and much enjoyed by all 8 people there.
A wonderful surprise to have a taster menu that was vegetarian and built around local foods with low CO2
Fantastic food - light, fresh and tasty. Excellent service from staff who were attentive but discreet and left us to chat after the meal without rushing us. And of course the view is outstanding!
Delightful staff. Good food choices. Tasty food and an inventive menu. Rather a long wait for our main course.
The bill had been incorrectly prepared - we had been charged for 6 people, when we were only 3! Easily sorted, but should not really happen.
We would definitely return. We like the venue and the ambience.
It's expensive, particularly the wine, and quite noisy. The view should be breathtaking but the window sills are too high
Moment extrêmement agréable dans un cadre somptueux
Plats variés et excellent mix entre cuisine anglaise et européenne ! Grand choix de vins de grande qualité !
Perfect food, perfect service. Really enjoyable from start to finish.
Lovely view and great staff
Food very good, love the location and the feel of the restaurant. Shame our main courses arrived more less at same time as the bread and had to work quite hard to get the bIll !
Impecable service. Went exclusively for the Studio Olafun Eliasson menu. Was ok but I wouldn’t recommend it. Pricy evening at £80 a head (40 food £ 40 drinks including service) I had better elsewhere for that price.
This is a great restaurant and befitting of one of the best art galleries in the world. It is really good value and the service impeccable. Commanding incredible views over London it provides a great break in your day out at Tate Modern.
Delightful meal with a commanding view. Extensive, well curated wine list, albeit a bit pricey. Lethargic service could be improved however.
We were a large party of six adults and four children. This always needs careful management so that there is a clear payment policy and a penalty for sudden cancellation. This was done very well by your restaurant manager.
The food was delicious and we were looked after very well by your excellent Italian waiter. I do hope it was thought that the children behaved well. This was the first time in such a smart restaurant. Our three year old ate everything but perhaps was too young so my apologies if any guest found us unwelcome.
Fabulous service. Incredible tasting menu. Stunning views
I came with a friend as we both felt we needed a treat. We have been to the Level Nine restaurant a couple of times previously - and it has never failed us yet. We had the tasting menu, which was both unusual and delicious. The service was friendly, caring and efficient. Thank you - and well done everyone!
The food was unusual and delicious, the staff very attentive, and the view outstanding.
Lovely tasting menu devised by Studio Olafur Eliasson.
My second time eating at this restaurant. This is a lovely relaxed restaurant located on level 9 of the Tate Modern. It has some nice views of the City and Riverside with some a reasonably priced menu that won't break the bank. Staff are friendly and the service was excellent.
God dining with a fantastic view of London Skyline. Book a table!
Impeccable service, excellent food, and lovely atmosphere. Cannot see the full expanse of the incredible view when seated at a table, but a spectacular view when seated at a tall bar stool.
Be sure to head up to the 10th floor for a magnificent view!
Lovely food, lovely staff, amazing views!
The food was very good. We only wish the view had been better- floor to ceiling windows would have been spectacular.
Went for a post-Proms lunch with family. Superb menu and fabulous service.
The food was not good and price was high, the service was very slow although we asked them to hurry. It was really overall a very bad experience of poor food and all the ready even worse.
Good food, well presented. Large portions. Excellent wine list, particularly half bottles. Service patchy as always. Do staff listen. 1 wine glass or 2 sir. 2 please, they leave 1. Amuse bouche needed bread. It's coming sir. Later, can I have promised bread. Just 1 small piece of sourdough offered. Not sure what the problem is, as staff are friendly. Shame as it detracts from the overall excellent experience.
Pleasant ambience, good service and good food. Best to get a table in the middle of the room to appreciate the views - the windows are a little higher than ideal to give you sight the spectacular vista over St Paul's from the window seats otherwise. Recommended.
Excellent restaurant in a stunning environment and location . Delicious food however it’s a shame you cannot order al la carte as it was an expensive meal - having to order at least two courses for a set price.
Great food well presented. Had the wow factor if you want to impress someone
Food is excellent: service very friendly, almost too much. Noise level was a problem: al that wood and glass amplify a crowded room. (How about rugs and curtains?)
The set lunch menu is a little restricted on choice but all the starters and mains were excellent - innovative and tasty - especially the tuna tartare starter and lamb main. The deserts were OK but not as innovative as the rest of the menu.
It was too long service to deliver food.
It was busy time of the day but we felt all too long.
View was nice. Taste was all good just felt too much potion for main.
A lovely surprise to find that a restaurant which we chose primarily and initially for convenience of location was such a good experience. Interesting menu with interesting ingredients - some might say a little limited but unless I'm in a huge brasserie I don't trust too extensive a menu. Very helpful, well-informed and attentive (but not too attentive) service. Good views north over the river etc. Simple table arrangements and an interesting room. I can't speak to the winelist (blame my cardiologist). Very good value. We were seated when the restaurant opened at 12 - it was very busy later, I was glad to be in early.
Wonderful experience for eyes and taste.
Made a booking the week before via Open table.
Lovely food but service was too slow.
Fab service, great food , an all round lovely experience
