Excellent Food, fab staff & a very nice dining environment!
Loved every bite! Delicious
The whole experience was faultless. Not very private though (open seating - a bit like Nando’s or somewhere, which made it ‘feel’ a bit less special / romantic) which was a shame as it’s a lovely place with lovely food & on the premium side of things. We will definitely be going again though and I’m sure there are more private seating areas if notified in advance.
Everything was perfect. The service was impeccable
From start to finish our experience was great. From the doorman to the bar, food, drinks and our waiter who was attentive but not over bearing. Food was incredible. I cannot fault our dining experience one bit. Great concept.
excellent service from the moment you walk through the door, great drinks even the non alcoholic cocktails are amazing in taste and presentation.
the food was amazing (get the sea bass)
Amazing restaurant very friendly and helpful waiter who recommended a lovely dish
Second visit and there will definitely be a third, quality food with superb sevice
Hype ... £94 for two people and we left still unsatisfied. That didn't include the drinks we had downstairs. The tables are far too close together for such a fine dining experience - no privacy to talk at all. Serving staff amazing. However, we were told to arrive promptly for 8.00 pm, but had to remind them at 8.20 pm that we were still waiting! Décor is stunning but we won't be back. I wouldn't mind spending that amount at - say - The Crafthouse.
The whole experience was great, atmosphere was brilliant and service was amazing. Good let it down a bit very salty and not worth the £80 spent. Overall enjoyed it
Ace cocktails. This is a very busy place but the staff were still attentive. Considering it was Friday night too. Great service and timing with the food and we were not rushed at all. The food was lovely and we had two meat eaters, one vegetarian and one vegan and we were all very happy. Finished our meal then went and sat at the bar for another parting cocktail. Great atmosphere. One thing I really noticed was the multi cultural mix of customers of all ages. You must be doing it right. It's way more blingy than I really like but you made it special and worth it ( it was my leaving do with friends).
Really good food, great atmosphere and overall nice place. Worth a visit if you can get in!
Perfect for a special occasion, or to make a statement on a date. This place is stunning and the food was delicious, I would say that it's a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. If you want to feel like a VIP this is the right venue! The service was outstanding, the coat check was a nice touch if, like me, you normally go to more budget restaurants. Over all fantastic, It made my best friends birthday a night to remember, I will definitely be returning to Tattu, and if all that hasn't convinced you; DO IT FOR THE GRAM!
The food was outstanding and the service from the staff, particularly the waiter, was excellent!. I do expect to pay a reasonable price for quality but I do however think it is somewhat over priced. Moreover, I object from the inclusion of the unexpected, and extortionate service charge on the bill; the service charge should go directly to the staff, not to the company!
Just an amazing experience, the occasion was a get together with friends. We were booked in early however we did not feel rushed as we stayed in the restaurant at our table for 3 hrs eating and drinking the most wonderful cuisine and the desserts are to die for! And don’t forget to try the Chinese Gin !
Lovely staff looking forward to coming back soon x
brilliant atmosphere superb surroundings good service but not chinese food.
we didn't see one chinese person anywhere.
food expensive but tasted fine.
good for a special occasion.
Food service and ambience all good. The portion sizes and lack of vegetables made for very poor value for money.
Paid less and got more in Michelin starred restaurants.
Decor fantastic. Food poor quality not authentic Chinese. Small portions and over priced
Fabulous meal served by a very attentive server, in beautiful surroundings.
There were very good set menus, with a great range of choice.
Lovely meal, staff and service. Will definitely return.
Excellent food and environment. Music could have been a fraction quieter.
Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. Great cocktails, great food, great service and we really appreciated the attention our waitress Sarah gave to each part of our order. She knew her stuff. Highly recommended
The place was outstanding. The food, atmosphere was incredible and we had a fantastic waitress called Rachael who was amazing. Very friendly, hard working and very knowledgeable about the food, the background and we asked about how Tattu came about and she suggested some really great dishes that were as good as she said. She is a credit to your company and I look forward to my next visit.
Mothers day special with 2 kids (9 and 7). Staff super friendly and looked after the kids. The desserts are pure theatre. Cocktails good, too! We will be back.
The atmosphere was amazing. The food, even though good, was nothing special and did not add up to value for money. Main dishes are too expensive and not worth it. Amazing cocktails and very good service. Music also too loud for dinner - makes it difficult to speak to each other.
This was my 3rd visit to Tattu and it may be my last. The food was not as good as previous visits and it's not cheap. I don't mind paying HOWEVER, the dishes I picked were not great and neither was my partners. Lots of bones in the chicken dish. It was a very expensive night and unfortunately the food was not up to previous standards.
We had an amazing time in Tattu! It's a brilliant place for a special occasion, the food was gorgeous, the service was brilliant and the atmosphere was modern and relaxed!
I visited Tattu with my daughter on Saturday afternoon. We really enjoyed the food which was freshly prepared and well presented. I would recommend Tattu especially for a special occasion.
Particularly loved the starters. Didn't thino the desserts lived up to expectations apart from the chocolate fondant which was perfect. Do not like the 10% gratuity addition we prefer to tip ourselves
I felt like the service was absolutely fantastic but everything else just let it down. For the price you pay the food was very disappointing. Everything felt for show and at 130 for two people that is incredibly disappointing.
This our 3 visit to ttatu , again we had a lovely evening, the food was amazing and the service very good, all in all a good place to take friends although it is a bit expensive.
Booked for a birthday meal! Great Staff, Amazing Food & Perfect ambience.
Great food great service shame about the music it was like been in a nightclub
We had the best time here! Only recommendation would be that for the set menus, dishes could come out more slowly- whilst we were eating our dim sum, our ribs went cold! But they were still delicious!
The food was amazing and the service was also amazing!
The look of the Restuarant was beautiful.
Service was excellent, lovely decor but when we arrived the restaurant was not even half full and 5 of us were put onto a small table which was a bit of a squeeze. We all had starters with a couple of extras to share, all fantastic but not the warmest, food could be a little hotter, main course nice but the pork was 5 thin small slices of char Sui Pork with some cucumber for £15, now come on, over the top me thinks. The wife had the king prawn main which was lovely but the other were ok. The big let down was the chocolate fondant desert, not gooey at all, it was chocolate cake! To be fair the waitress knocked them straight of the bill and also the service charge which we added back on as our waitress was superb. Will we go again? Yes, but will just go for a large selection of small plates not mains.
The restaurant is lovely, has a great ambience, staff very friendly and attentive. Lunch menu was limited but lovely. Did find that ghere was no break between courses which made the dining process rather quick.
We had booked the restaurant along time ago for my partners birthday and had looked forward to coming. When we arrived the ambiance was great and the interior was lovely, it was a shame that we were seated in front of a pillar- if anyone is booking make sure you get a seat next to the balcony. We went for the recommended allacarte menu, the service was very good, however we found the food not so great. Especially bland were the black cod dim sum, chicken satay lolly pops and the BBQ chicken - which were all tasteless and in the case of BBQ chicken this was very dry- which is surprising given the price and the reviews. I would choose selfridges takeaway Chinese food over Tattu - the ambience is good but I'd only go back for a cocktail and certainly not for food. Such a shame as we dine out a lot and it would be nice to add tattu to our list of preferred restaurants!
