Established in 2017, Téatro Bar & Restaurant is the sister business to the nationally recognised Barn Theatre, located nextdoor to Ingleside Hotel in Cirencester

We pride ourselves on offering a unique dining experience; offering quality, sourced produce formed into exquisite menus, alongside carefully crafted drinks, all served by our wonderful front of house staff.

Our stylishly designed restaurant and famous outdoor area, The Firepit, sit either side of our relaxing bar where live piano fills the air. Teatro is the ideal venue for any occasion; a birthday, pre theatre dinner, or a drink with friends.

Very good food and service, but the noise level was high due to no soft furnishings, carpets curtains etc, or noise reducing surfaces.!

We didn't think the menu was as good as on previous visits. Maybe we are more fussy in.our old age! All the arrangements and service were excellent.

Really enjoyed our meal. Good choice on the menu and cooked well. Staff were attentive and well trained. Would recommend.

The staff here is extremely courteous and accommodating. The pianist for the evening, Steven Reid was very engaging and funny and made for a very enjoyable evening. The food was average, the lamb shoulder was over seasoned and dry, the leeks were good, but overpowered by the lemon curd. Overall, I’d recommend an evening here for cocktails and music over dining.

Pre-theatre meal at Teatro. Many new options on the menu from our last visit a month or so ago. The harissa lamb was particularly delicious. Service on point as usual - friendly but efficient. We’ll be back again.

Fantastic food in a wonderful setting, lovely bar for the live music on weekends, plenty of tables & space that it doesnt feel overly crowded. fully recommend as part of a stay in Cirencester

The service was first class; the staff good natured and efficient. Our starters too were very good, although the prawns were maybe slightly over-dressed. The pork chop was good and tender, the pulled lamb a bit chewy. For us elderly folk, the helpings were beyond our capacity to finish what was on our plates. There was a very noisy, cheerful party adjacent to our table, which made conversation difficult at times. The meal was very expensive at nearly £40 for two courses and it is the cost that will put us coming back again, even if we are then going to see a show at the Barn.
