We ate dinner on the patio because we had our dog with us. The service was excellent, the food was very very good. I had the Harvest Salad with Salmon (which was perfectly cooked) and my friend that the Tuna Bowl. We sat outside on a lovely night and had a very enjoyable time.
3 of us Had an early (7:00 a.m.) breakfast. 2 other parties in the restaurant. We all had a Simple order of eggs and protein and it took 20 minutes. My eggs were cold and bacon burnt. I’ve been hear several times and generally it’s a descent place but this time was pretty bad.
Great service and good food! Our waiter was very attentive.
Kitchen so slow to get out food, but very tasty once it arrived after an hour wait.
Amazing food, great ambiance, service was wonderful. I love eating here, it’s my go to brunch spot.
Great for kids
We have dined here several times, including a few during the pandemic, and always enjoy the “fancy diner” style food. However on this trip Nehum our server provided such excellent service I feel like it should be mentioned. He was attentive and thoughtful and made my day.
IHOP food but more expensive. Not worth the money.
The first time we visited was outstanding food was cooked well and it was perfect. This time I got one tiny carrot cut into 4 pieces my meat was tough and burned the sausages on the other plates were burned and the was over cooked and dry. Our waiter great and we realize that they may short staffed so we didn’t complaint to him or send anything back. We will just wait a little while to revisit
Off the bat, the service was great and the ambience was quiet - after all it was breakfast. Breakfast is breakfast. I wanted to get the crab Benedict of which there was none but the alternative was satisfying. As mentioned above, breakfast is breakfast but I had a very different/elevated take on avocado toast while my friend had French toast. Both were extremely tasty. I meant to try the in-house made pop tarts but forgot. Next time. I'll be returning to try their lunch/supper menu to give a more in depth review on offerings that require more technicality and skill.
Great Food and Service!! Ultra convenient!
Food was extremely salty. Cold and not cooked well.
We went to Ted's Bulletin for the first time for dinner and sat and waited for a server for over 15 mins so we got up and left. And, they were not busy at all!
Our server was very nice and professional, and we enjoyed being able to eat outside. The only issue I that we made clear to the server that my sister was lactose intolerant and couldn't have any dairy. The server checked with the cook and made sure that the dressing for her salad was dairy-free. But, when my sister got her salad, it had a dollop of cream in the center (apparently for the "Mexican corn" that was included). Thankfully, my sister saw it before digging in, but she then had to wait several minutes while they re-made the salad. Had she eaten that cream accidentally, she would've become very sick. Not sure who dropped the ball, but I'd suggest that everyone be more careful about allergies in the future.
A great time. I dined outside and it was relaxing. The food and service was great and worth the money!! A great value!!
Our waiter barely came to our table. It was 15 or so minutes after our food arrived before he came to check on us. For whatever reason, our table was a low priority.
The family and I love this place. We moved from Maryland and every time we come back this is a must on our list. We are fans of the breakfast meals, but have had lunch and dinner items too. We have NEVER had a bad experience. Highly recommend for anyone who likes good food and good service.
Upscale diner is a bit of a stretch. More like Greasy spoon with slightly improved decorations. This location had Filthy bathrooms, oil slick dining room floor, out of date menu, and only ok food. Probably should have ordered the breakfast as that looked appealing, but we certainly did not pick the right entrees. Disappointing experience that we will not repeat.
Meh. Lots better tasting options in Downtown Crown

Consistently good food, plenty of choices for breakfast and lunch/dinner. We usually have excellent service, and the prices are quite reasonable. Be sure to try a Ted's Tart, made fresh up front.
My husband and I had a wonderful evening...the food was great and the service could not have been better...
Friends getting together
Our server had no personality nor paid any attention to our table.
Ate here for lunch as an office outing. The pretzel bits and fried cauliflower were delicious as starters and the crispy chicken sandwich did not disappoint as an entree. The Parmesan fries were overrated as they just shaved some Parmesan cheese on top and most of it fell off the fries and onto the plate. Service was quick. Waiter did mix up the sides ordered for a couple of the entrees but was quick to correct the mistake.
Our service was unequivocally terrible!
Our arrogant serve wrote nothing down for party of 8, which was included 3 children.
He forgot one adults entree.
He never brought the children’s menus (child 1 - 6 years old, child 2 - 4 years old and child 3 - 2 years old). I got up and got them and crayons from the hostess stand. After asking 3 times and waiting for over 30 minutes.
He forgot to bring the booster seat for the 2 year old. We had to ask 2-3 times.
He brought the French toast entree and the kids meals nearly 7-10 minutes before the other adult entrees.
He “forgot” and charger us for the complimentary birthday dessert.
He forgot that we asked for one of the milkshakes to come without whipped cream and a cherry
I don’t mind if a server chooses not to write down an order, but get it right it.
I was very disappointed, because this is not Ted’s I am accustomed to. I should have gone to Founding Farmers an exit away on 270.
Hello, this is very disappointing. Please contact us at info@tedsbulletin dotcom to discuss this. Additional information will certainly help us get better.
Great crab cakes both as a sandwich or an entree. Both people who had them thought they were delicious and a great value. French Fries are the best. I had a Greek Salad with an impossible burger on it. Loved it and took half home for lunch tomorrow. Followed this restaurant from 14th St., NW to Gaithersburg. Love it and the change there menu to go with the times. Would totally recommend it.
A rough night all around. My wife ordered a glass of wine, almost 10 minutes later the server came back to let her know they were out of it. Pretzel appetizer was fine but nothing special. Ordered two salads, server suggested dressing on the side and yet both came with dressing on them. Salmon salad was so salty it was inedible. They brought another one out which was better but still just ok. No one thought to offer us a combo dessert or entree for the bad experience. Not the experience I’d expected from this type of restaurant.
I went to Ted's Bulletin with my friends for homecoming and it was outstanding. Every thing was amazing.
Reliably great. Always love Ted’s!
The food is little pricey. But their fried food was not very good. The chicken burger we ordered was drenched in oil. The fries were just warm. The restaurant is very nice but food is average.
Outstanding food and service
Food was terrible. The drinks were as good as the ones served at that frat party I went to in 1993. There is nothing I can recommend about this place.
Hello Sara, please contact us at info@tedsbulletin dotcom to discuss your visit.
I had the steak my steak was a little underdone for my taste but, it was delicious regardless. The hash brown were super crunchy and also delicious. We had milkshakes for dessert. I had the chocolate, peanut butter and banana; a sublime combination. Thick, creamy and plenty of it.
We had a pleasant experience. Ted’s bulletin is doing a promotion. When you buy and entree, you get a free milkshake. When we went, my friends had a great time.
Service was great
Enjoyed outdoor seating
Food was delicious
Disappointed by portion size of entree, left hungry after eating an entree and sharing the deviled eggs
Our main server was very pleasant and had very nice manners. But all of the servers were and MANAGERS were not attentive. We had to ask for everything from beginning to end, even dessert menu and carry out containers. We ordered dessert for the table and two carrot cakes to go. The to go slices of cake were half the size = SMALL while the one served at the table was normal size. For what we spent for five people, $260.00 it felt way overpriced! Also for managers to note: THERE WERE TWO FEMALE SERVERS MAKING OUT IN THE DINING ROOM RIGHT BESIDE OUR TABLE!! This was at 6:00pm in a family restaurant and was totally unacceptable behavior. The managers need to be retrained and be on the ball more. Not the first time we’ve had issues with poor management there.
Everything was really good except the fruit flies. It was pretty gross and tainted the whole dining experience.
It was a great setup for enjoying the outdoor weather
Food was good, just not exceptional. Our 2nd time eating there. May go back in the future. Desserts didn't seem fresh - carrot cake and chocolate cream mini pie
Always a great place for breakfast and treats. Do not sleep on the cinnamon buns.
