   Really great atmosphere but waited ages for drinks orders. a couple of the dishes were tasteless and sent back. food comes at different times which is normally fine if they come within 5 or so mins but main course dishes coming out 20 mins apart is unsociable. Staff were nice but weren't great, the manager refunded the dishes back but not a great experience. Shame as restaurant has so much potential.

   Cocktails arrived too late, food too soon. Roasts were poor to average. We had to ask for more pork for our daughter after a meagre portion was given. More was provided “as a good will gesture”. Tons of red cabbage covering half the plate. Generally speaking, we were disappointed with our visit. Except for our Turkish waitress, who was helpful polite and lovely.

   Visited for my birthday Had Sunday lunch 4 of us 2 had beef 2had pork belly Portion was generous Food was great - beef a little chewy Also had the mini bloody Mary’s as a pre dinner drink Would highly recommend Buzzy atmosphere , great music & friendly & helpful staff

   Cher mais l'ambiance et la nourriture au top. Aucun désagrément de fumée ou d'odeur alors que la viande cuit au feu de bois entre autre, c agréable. Le concept est génial je recommande !

    The food is good, but the service really lets it down. The food arrived before our drinks. We then ordered another drink and had to wait over 20 minutes repeatedly chasing it before it arrived. Such a shame as we would’ve had a couple more drinks each fat it took so long, but we couldn’t face waiting for ages for it. If the service had been on point and the drinks would come quicker then we would’ve had a fantastic evening because the food was very tasty.

    Very flavorful food - a lot of Mexican flavors - and a nice concept of the flame grilled cooking, visible to diners. We sat at the open kitchen / bar. The cocktails were very tasty too! Food was served very quickly, though servers were busy / not that attentive. Would go back again.

    Greeted at the door by a lovely guy who passed us on to Mohammed downstairs. He was great, so friendly, as were all the other team members. There were 6 of us all celebrating turning 40 this year and he gave us all a glass of bubbly on the house which made it really special. Thanks everyone. P.S. the 90’s music was outstanding!

    We came for the Sunday roast. Unfortunately they had run out of lamb and some of the sides which we weren’t told about before we ordered. This was disappointing considering they are not specials but regular dishes on the menu. Instead we went for the smoked pulled beef shin which was nice but two out of the three were quite fatty portions. Also the meat to sides ratio was poor. Overall it was a nice meal.

    From the moment my sister & I walked in, the staff at Temper looked after us with so much care. As soon as we were seated a member of staff came over. Every time a staff member walked past, we were kindly asked if we needed anything. The view of the kitchen takes the venue to another level. The atmosphere is vibrant and energetic. Great music in the background that suits the location and it is easy to have a conversation whilst having a laugh with your mates. The Sunday roast is phenomenal, one of the best I have had. Totally outstanding.

    Absolutely fab bottomless brunch. The food was fantastic and they were generous with their choice and supply of drinks. I often avoid brunches as they tend to be naff but this was excellent and I will go again.

    The service was great, the atmosphere is loud exuberance, social hot spot, the food was amazing and you can see it prepared if you sit at the stools around kitchen.

    we had a gorgeous lunch - sat at the counter which is always my favourite seat. The staff on every level were fab - welcoming, attentive, fun and informal. food was gorgeous - the cheeseburger tacos were insanely good and we have a porterhouse steak to share for two and the potatoes with oggleshield cheddar !! so delicious. will recommend

    I didn’t really enjoy this place and food at all. It is not worthy the money! I felt like eating in a bar of a club, very noisy and dark space! Crazy time to get the food and once the steak arrived was already cold and dry. I won’t go back for sure!

    A really great experience. The waitress talked us through the menu with skill and knowledge. The kitchen delivered some really great plates of food. Really enjoyed it and will be back! One thing I might be tempted to do, is advise people of the heat level of the pork dish we had. I love hot food, but some of my colleagues found it a bit too spicy.

    The food was delicious but the service was awful. They forgot one persons starter, they were rushing the meal so mains came while the person with the forgotten starter was still eating, and we had to chase for the same drinks order 3 times. The music was also far too loud so we had to shout to talk to each other.

    This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

    Premium price for a sub par product…. Crab tacos contained shell, when this was bought to the attention of the waiting staff, they bought back another portion, which again contained shell. They charged £9 for boiled potatoes with salt pepper. The steak menu has been constructed to catch people out, priced per 100g but with a minimum of 500g. Why not just price it as that? And for a £50 steak it was nothing special, same effect could be achieved with £10 butcher bought steak and a flamethrower. There is a cool open fire pit located in the centre of the restaurant, however we were provided the view of a lift shaft. If you do go I would recommend sitting around the open kitchen. The highlight of the meal was the pepper corn sauce and the service, the young girl was great and very apologetic. To summarise the open kitchen will look cool on Instagram but leave you with a hole in your pocket.

    My second time at Temper and my second time of not great service. At least yesterday (unlike the previous visit) servers were attentive but they still made mistakes and bought our starters and mains out at the same time - which we didn’t ask for. They didn’t seem greatly apologetic about this. I didn’t mind the extremely loud music but it was so darken there it was hard to see the menus. Menu was gimmicky and fairly pricey which wasn’t reflective of the quality of the food or service

    We sat up the counter and loved watching the chefs cooking the steaks, the food was excellent, so tasty. We were offered extra food of our favourite dish for free, and had the most delicious pudding, can’t want to go back..

    Small portions, some was great some was ok. Salad was lame, goat cheese dip was so so, beef taco was great, hospitable cabbage great, goat cheese taco great. Didn’t get my second glass of wine.
