Excellent meal. Difficult during Covid. They handled it great. Our server Mercedes was outstanding. The manager, Essence, made sure we had everything we needed.

I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t take our temperature as we walked into the restaurant. But was also pleasantly surprised and disappointed that they had us select what we wanted from the Salad Bar, I had guests with me who when selecting their orders would have only choose one, so they could have a little bit of everything and not feel bad about sending a full plate back that wasn’t finished. Even though the server was very kind and understanding it just felt wrong.

My husband and I went for our anniversary. Unfortunately my husband is having issues with gluten. We asked the waitress if she knew what was gluten-free she did not but went and got the manager. She told him what he could and couldn’t eat it was great!

Unfortunately the covid rules have hurt this restaurant.
The staff is very over worked as each waiter had to cover so many things for each table.
Our experience was a bit frustrating.
We only saw the meat carvers come to our table maybe 4 or 5 times with long waits in between.
We were not offered the mashed potatoes and bananas as it looked like every table around us was.
The waiters were too busy to come by and offer you another cocktail.
Sadly I won't be returning till things open up more as this was not worth the over $100 bill.

The food was good, the only thing that had me disappointed was that the meat carvers would bring around filet and lamb that was mid-well to almost well done. We had asked if we could get something rare to medium rare. It took 30 minutes for the filet to come back but it was cooked properly and was very good. The lamb picanha however I was a bit upset about, the carver actually told me they had another one that was going to be coming off the grill that would be medium rare. That said, after seeing the 1st slice come off his skewer mid well I declined and said i would wait. Never saw it again and it took another 30 minutes before even seeing the other lamb (leg). Also to note, the lamb chops (lollipops) are now extra despite still being up on the menu. All that said, I was looking forward to the lamb here and was fairly disappointed. Everything else was pretty good, a bit over-seasoned but I knew that from the last visit.

We have been to this Texas de Brazil several times. This was the first time we've been disappointed. Service was VERY slow, food was not as well seasoned and was undercooked. Variety of meats was less. Having to "order" salad bar from a checklist was quite a different experience. I understand the necessity due to covid rules, but waiter missed items we had checked and the amount of items on the plate was sparse. Won't go back for a while as it's just not the same experience.

Have to order salad bar items. No sushi, upcharge for lamb chops. A huge plus for me was the beautiful salad bar, and now that is gone! You have to fill out a form to get your salad bar items! Lobster bisque is my favorite, this visit.... came cold!

With consideration of covid and all it was still an ok experience. My wife and I went for a date night and first thing we ordered was from the salad bar which took a minute but it was reasonable seeing how things were different with covid. No big deal. So we order drinks and our salad bar stuff comes. Which was good. We had waited for 30 minutes to get our first drinks and we had already finished the salad bar and had been service meat once and had our palate cleansers brought to us. We noticed a huge wait in between the meat being served. Which we understand it was a pain searing it every time you went to a bed tablet. But after a while we noticed that the carvers would always go to the big tables so they could get rid of most of their meat before going back to searing it. I just don't think I will go back during covid because the service was just not good for the great amount you pay for it. Maybe will try again post covid.

The food and our server was great however The CC machine for restaurant was not operational when we were ready to pay! We had to wait about 25-35 minutes more to finally pay and leave! That was too long and we were well ready to go!

Dreadful. Overpriced, over salty, over hyped. One of the worst meals I've had in this area. No real salad bar because of covid, just a piece of paper to tick what you wanted. The starters then arrived about half an hour after the meats were being served. My wife's lobster bisque was cold as were some mashed potatoes. The meats were supposed to be medium rare but ranged from rare to well done. The meats were so salty they could almost be construed as a health risk! They were tough apart from the over cooked fillet.The chicken was over cooked and dry. The service was awful, Lamb chops were extra despite being included on the website .Italian prosccuto was sliced thick, was dried out, was so chewy as to be almost inedible. And , of course, over salty. A place to avoid. It ruined my wife's birthday.

The staff was very nice. However, this is our 2nd time and once the novelty wears off you kind of feel like you are begging for the people with meat to stop at your table. If there is a particular cut that you especially like then you are dependent upon the server with that cut happening to be available to give you a piece. The variety was nice and the meat was good, but generally too salty. Chances are next time we will choose a restaurant where we can just order the cut of meat that we prefer. It is a nice place to experience once or twice, but I think that maybe it for us.

Forgot about us, started serving meat before salad. Everyone then started rushing to get us salad. Did not get all meat offered that was available that night.

No mention from wait staff, even just saying happy birthday, to my father which I noted on the reservation. Only the hostess checking in mentioned.

Tough place to go during COVID, as well.

We arrived to a completely bare table and sat there for at least 10 minutes before water was even delivered. The service was beyond slow. I understand the restrictions for COVID but we were given a slip for one salad bar trip and never offered additional items even though we inquired becasue we wanted warm items after salad. The salad and other side dishes came after we had already been offered meat. There a piece of meat sat on our plate alone. My drink came half way through dinner.

I have eaten at this restaurant previously and brought my son there for his 21st. It was a torturous event, waiting for scraps of food to be offered periodically. I am comfortable spending $300 on a meal for four, if the quality, quantity and service is at least adequate. I don't understand how you are continuing to advertise and charge for an experience that is not delivered. If you can't do it adequately, close until you can.

The food and service was excellent! It wasn't as quiet as it typically is, but there was a family party of about 15-20 people so I can't hold it against them. We'll definitely be back, just wish we could make our own salad plate. They give WAY too much food when they get it, and I feel bad wasting it. I know it's what's required right now though. We'll definitely be back soon!

This is not a restaurant that fares well in the age of covid 19. The service was very slow, but it wasn’t their fault. For the price, currently I wouldn’t go back any time soon, especially since one of the meat servers dropped a greasy piece of meat on my clothes and ruined my shirt and shorts. They offered to have it dry cleaned but that wouldn’t have made any difference. The rest of my party had a decent time, but I won’t be going back.

First we were a few minutes early and had to wait outside. If it was raining or cold i would of left. Then they brought the meat to one table then went back and put the meat back on the fire to sear it again. It took forever to get all of the meats to come around. I will not be back until these covid restrictions are lifted.

The food was good our waiter was Not very attentive he did ask was it our first time I told him yes but he treated us as if we knew what to do meat came out really slow and we still never got to try the chicken and when it did come out it was burnt because we asked for well done the manager was kind drinks over priced would never go again but it was an experience

Dinner was Ok. Salad bar selection on sheet was not the same as I’ve experienced in other Brazilian BBQ places pre-COVID. Meats were good. Service of the staff was great.
