   Waited about 10 to 15 minutes between meats arriving at the table. Waited 20 minutes for a takeout dessert. Has been here several other times with no issues. Clearly the service has suffered. May have been my last visit.

   We had 4:30 reservations, it seemed that as we were finishing our dinner the waiters were bringing skewers of meat more frequently. We had gone long periods waiting for meat.

   Today was my third time coming to texas de brazil and I was highly disappointed. I came here with my mom for mother's day and right off the bat she noticed something off compared to the other times that we've been here. We asked for our meat to be medium well and we kept getting rare steak or extra crispy burnt steak. Our waiter came over and asked if we liked the food and we said no because first of all we kept getting bbq ribs and chicken. Who goes to a steakhouse to get bbq food? I can go to texas roadhouse for that... That wasn't the only thing. They kept coming over with pork and it was so dry. The manager came over and tried to do damage control by actually bringing out steak and mind you, we went minutes without being served. We overheard the other people of color behind us complaining that the food was bad and that they too weren't being served. Another thing to note is that the section we were seated in was filled with other people of color. So Bbq only for the people of color? I am highly disappointed and disgusted. Our waiter was nice though.

   Over all it was ok. Salad bar was great but had little to no meat due to servers never coming to our table. Even requested to our server and still nothing. Took forever just to get our bill. Disappointed that I wasted my birthday dinner here. Server tried but was just not great. Seemed like the same 3 tables were getting served the steaks and none left for the rest of the restaurant. What we did end up getting was good, but 3 piece of steak were not worth it.

   We went to celebrate a college graduation, and it was a spectacular time! The salad bar was incredible, and the variety of meats did not disappoint.

    We have visited this location several times and are usually quite enthusiastic. Unfortunately, our last experience was not up to par. The food was delicious as always. The food service was extremely slow and server was not very observant. We had to ask for drinks several times as well as sides and dishes to be cleared. I will hesitate the next time the inspiration hits to visit this location.

    This is not Fine Dining. This is a buffet with table side meats delivered to your table. That’s not to say it’s bad, just don’t expect a fine dining experience.

    This was not my first time here but it’ll probably be the last. The food was very disappointing. Limited options available . Meat temperatures were either very rare or very burnt. I was offered lamb for an extra fee, declined. The lobster bisque was burnt and smelled terrible. The drinks saved the night but I will not be returning or recommending anyone here. My waitress was nice and she wasn’t surprised by my concerns but she said I’d be better off coming on a Wednesday-Friday - no thx :*

    Beef Rib was as crunchy as chips completely unacceptable for a place like this. We had to request everything. I have bought the VIP card two years in a row. I am a frequent customer and apparently I am finding out that they rate you and only service you according to their rating. Totally unacceptable. You should get the same service regardless.

    We will consider it an off night but that being said, the salad bar was depleted and not restocked, some of the meat was not offered (bacon wrapped filet), some of the meat tasted old (ribs) and service was slow/non existent. Drinks were good. Table location was poor. We had a reservation but still waited 20 minutes for our table. Granted they were busy (Saturday evening) but for the value, price, service, etc we will stick with Black & Blue.

    We generally go to Texas de Brazil a few times a year for birthdays. We chose an earlier reservation time in attempt to get in and out before the dinner rush. We generally pass on most of the chicken, pork, and definitely the lamb, but this time we saw a lot more of that than we did beef, which was kind of a bummer. And I don’t mind rare meat, but one of the pieces was inedibly rare. Also, we were seated right outside the kitchen, which was cool, but I also got a front row seat to a guy vigorous shaking his hair around while preparing the skewers of meat. I don’t like to leave negative reviews, our overall meal was still good, just not as glowing of an experience as usual.

    We had a great time at Texas de Brazil. We sat near the bar and the bar tenders we our servers. They were awesome. We enjoyed the salad bar and the gauchos were wonderful. They found out our friend liked more well done meat and came with that meat for him. It is like being on vacation. It was pricey! Still we loved it.

    We had a reservation but still waited about 20-30 min to be seated. Our waitress Erin was absolutely phenomenal. I felt there was a lot missing from the salad bar area that I normally see (ex sushi). At first we were offered a variety of meats in a short time, then after a large party came in the offerings and selections tapered off to the point we felt we were forgotten and didn't even get to try all of the meats but at that point just wanted to get home after being there so long. I really like this restaurant so hopefully it won't be like this again in the future. I also want to note that I appreciate that the women are offered the meat first.

    The best part of this place was our waitress. She was engaging, friendly and very upbeat. The rest? Mediocre at best. We certainly didn't go there to "load up" on food, but it would have been nice to at least experience all the different meats. Our table, along with most of the tables in the middle of the room seemed to be avoided. Our waitress noticed it too, and tried to steer the people bringing the meat on the skewers to us. It almost became entertaining that we weren't being brought meat. What we did taste was good, but for the price of this restaurant, we shouldn't have been left wanting honestly. Request a perimeter table along the windows, you will at least be able to have dinner that way lol

    Honestly, I was disappointed. I have been to similar restaurants in the past; Fogo de Choi to be specific. I’d rate FDC an 8 or 9. TDB at 4 or 5. First it was difficult to find. Then even though reservations were for 7:15, we weren’t seated until 7:30ish. The waiter was nice as were the rest of the staff. The food was less than something to write home about. The salad bar had been picked over and not replenished. The asparagus spears were woody. The lobster bisque soup had no lobster; other guests had obviously removed all of the lobster. We were told by the waiter that there were guys at the salad bar that we were to use. There were no gloves and no one had gloves on. We ate or salad bar food and it took over 20 minutes for the servers to bring meat around. We were told all meat was prepared medium rare; which my date and I both enjoy and were told to ask if we wanted the meat a different way. There were many customers there. Even with the servers finally bringing out meat, it was several more minutes before we were served. Then when we were served the meat was medium well to well; shoe leather style. We asked. The server said as the evening goes on the meat gets more done; so much for medium rare. We were both hungry by then, so we took some. No sooner had we taken some then here comes another server with medium rare. So, needless to say not impressed; which is unfortunate because I know how good FDC was. We probably will not be back. The bill was well over $100, and the value just didn’t match the cost.

    This place was terrible. Seated by the bathroom. Hardly any meat service came our way. Had to speak to server and management multiple times. Hot food area was depleted for our entire stay. Salad area had brown lettuce and items depleted total waste of money.

    I have eaten here 10x been absolutely phenomenal. Today Easter Sunday at 330pm . Not so much . Salad bar missing a lot . Lobster bisque was empty for awhile. Meat delivery to the table was extremely slow I feel. Had to ask for everything more drinks, for rolls, mash potatoes, and plantains to come out . Was disappointed took my mom and kids out so mom didn’t have to cook . Her first visit and not sure she was exactly impressed with the overall experience. Not sure if coming of the brunch menu wasn’t handle properly. Also was told there was a silverware shortage. Was offered plastic spoons to use for my mom and daughter to eat their soup with .

    Really wished we hadn’t filled up so much on the salad bar because the flavors of the meats were out of this world. We received wonderful service, and Lynn checked with us often to see if there was anything else we could possibly need. The side order of the garlic mashed potatoes she brought came right on time and complimented the various meats perfectly but at the end of the day, the chimichurri really enhanced the flavor best.
