Hostess said that they haven’t been able to see opentable reservations for months, when we arrived. She, however, despite the number of people waiting, made arrangements for us to be seated in 10 min. The food took long to come, but when it came it was what we expected.
Horrible experience. Horrible service... messed up food. They don’t pay attention to tickets with allergies. Bill should have been minimal for all the trouble and it wasn’t... never going back.
Waiter lied about endless aPpetizer
Website and open table indicated that the restaurant would be open by 12 noon. I made an online reservation for 12:45. When I arrived at the restaurant with my two elderly relatives, to my dismay, there was a sign advising me that they would not open until 2:00pm. Not good for two people who ambulate with the aid of canes and walkers !!
Overall good. The waitress could have been a little more attentive , but food was good.
We were sitting for 10-15 minutes without being acknowledged and it wasn't busy yet. Nobody came to our table to tell us they would be right either us so we left
It was nice. I had the sizzling chicken and shrimp but it was not sizzling.
I haven't been totm this TGI Friday in a several years. The last time, it wasn't a good experience.
I gave them a try for my grandmother's birthday.
Pros: food was good, price
-Table was wobbly.
-Ordered the Flaming Hurricane drink, it was missing an ingredient - the flame. Said they were out of augar cubes for the the flame.
-The strawberry cheesecake tasted old and should really be called cheesecake with some sort of strawberry drizzle.
-The waitress didn't have anyone sing Happy Birthday to my grandmother - even though I made a note in my reservation, it was a special event & I verbally told our waitress.
I would recommend it but don’t reserve table (s) online. Waste of time!
Did not have reservation until rebooted their computer. Reservation cancelled by restaurant while dining. Had to contact open table on my own to restore points
They did not accept the open table reservation.
It was awful. It took forever to get the food and we would have been better off if it never came.
It was too expensive for such crappy food.
Meals were great, but when we got there we were told the restaurant does not honor reservations on Valentine's Day. My wife and I rushed to make it to our 8:15 reservation for no reasons and then told we will have to wait 45 minutes. I wish there would have been better communication between open table and the restaurant.
"2 for $14" special (2 meats/2 sides was a good special for value. When we asked to see a manger it took him 15 minutes to arrived. The restaurant was quite quiet..few diners. This is quite poor, as was the 15 minutes we had to wait for dessert!
Food was good value and beer promotions were great!
Had very good service waitress was very attentive and patient. Food was good and pretty quick. Only complaint I have was extremely noisy.
Great service. Loved the baby back ribs and bbq chicken!
I have never had a bad meal in all the years I've been coming here. This is one of my favorite restaurants.
Love the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. Our server Jason, was awesome!
You need to clean your restaurant and restrooms better or hire staff that does a thorough job! The food is good as is the service but cleanliness is a deal breaker!!
I enjoyed the experience there good survice I would recommend anyone to fine there. I'll be back again
Ribs were a tad drier than other Fridays I have been too. Maybe just an off night?
