Fast and friendly service. The restaurant was very clean.
Food was cold. Table was dirty. Server was lousy.
We went for Mother’s Day this year and we regret the decision. In spite of having a reservation, we were not greeted for over 25 minutes and we did not receive our food for almost an hour. While our server was nice, he was virtually non-existent and extremely weeded. The Manager was not helping her servers, could not adequately address our concerns about our experience and should realistically not be in restaurant management or any other customer service experience. As a customer of this particular location for over 23 year, the current state of operations indicate that this store should be shut down.
It was awful. About 25% "full" on Mother's Day Sunday. They claimed to NOT have a reservation from Open Table, but they are so disorganized I suspect the fault is on TGIFriday's end. Service was ridiculously slow for our party of 9 in a mostly empty restaurant. Our server decided to stop tending to our table after he took our orders (he later admitted to the manager that he was falling behind and decided to just let our table go). It took about 45 minutes to get our order out... at least the first part. Several things were forgotten. The staff appears uninterested and unenthusiastic. I lay fault with the manager. She was awful and there is no way a staff could be motivated or remotely competent under her leadership. After complaining about the poor quality of service, she half-heartedly tried to address our needs. She asked my husband how his pasta was - his truthful response was "Cold". No joke - she said "I was actually just wanting to know how the flavor was" and then walked away without ever addressing his cold food. Most of our tables food was cold or greasy or both. The all you can eat shrimp was pathetic. Requesting more brought back 4 measly shrimp that took forever to 1. get anyone's attention to request and 2. to prepare. The bill was wrong - took forever to correct. Had to fight to get any sort of discount. It really should have been free - and I'm not one to try to get stuff for free. It was so awful and I hope corporate sees this review and takes action. Too many reviews like this. There is a reason this restaurant was practically empty on a Mother's Day afternoon. They just don't know how or don't care about customer service. If they are this awful on the front end of business, it's scary to think how they manage the back end (food handling, storage, food prep).

Location was noisy, not very clean, food was not very good. Will not go back to this location.
Also had to wait almost 20 minutes for a table even with reservations (restaurant was not busy at all). I told the receptionist we had reservations and she never asked for our name. When asked she said it didn’t matter.
This place has really gone downhill since the last time we were there.
