As a team of passionate professionals with a long history in pubs, hotels and restaurants, it is our aim to share our love of food, drink and above all good times with you. Our journeys began in the mid-nineties with all of us having since worked in nearly every position, both front of house and in the kitchens, in some of Scotland’s best hotels, pubs and restaurants. It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.

Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.

Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

We’ve been a few times and each time it’s been lovely. The staff are exceptionally welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious and the beer is cold.

This place was amazing, it’s gorgeous, the staff were kind and friendly and the food!!! The Sunday roast was out of this world, I can’t recommend enough. Everything was amazing!

Excellent meal and drinks with friends. Food was very tasty and well prepared and served with a smile. The ambience was just right where we could chat as we ate. The staff were really good, very welcoming, polite and attentive. Couldn't fault it really. The risotto was excellent and my friends all commented on the quality of their meals. I'd certainly return. Keep doing what you're doing guys.

Lovely, attentive staff! The pub food was a little better than expected, but it was merely pub food for the price. We enjoyed the Pinot Grigio, and they were generous in the added grilled halloumi on the Mediterranean salad. My husband found the haddock to be light and tender.

Great choice of food from the menu, what we had was delicious. Service was great; very friendly and welcoming. Cutlery and glasses were spotless. We were looking for somewhere for dinner in Stirling, we found the reviews good on trip advisor, we liked it so much we went back the next night too!

A gem off the beaten path in Stirling. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly service. Great food as well! Good wine and drinks list, and each in our party got something different and all were impressed. Great desserts too! Don’t miss this great restaurant after touring the castle.

Food and wine were absolutely delicious. Warmly greeted and well looked after, though service a little slow thereafter. Wee problem with our bill which was quickly rectified and overall lovely evening meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you!

After just 5 hours of sleep and a day spent touring, I made an error when ordering my meal. Our waitress could not have been more gracious in making the changes I requested after she delivered our food. Every bite of my meal, my husband's meal and our dessert was excellent. The attention to detail at The Allan Park is really superior, and I highly recommend it.
