As a team of passionate professionals with a long history in pubs, hotels and restaurants, it is our aim to share our love of food, drink and above all good times with you. Our journeys began in the mid-nineties with all of us having since worked in nearly every position, both front of house and in the kitchens, in some of Scotland’s best hotels, pubs and restaurants. It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.

Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.

Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

We had breakfast and dinner at the Allan Park. The service was top notch both meals. Food was excellent! For arrived quickly and staff was friendly and attentive.

Had a lovely experience at The Allan Park recently, we enjoyed some time outside in the sun before going inside for a lovely meal. Staff were excellent, very attentive, friendly with good chat . Overall a fabulous experience to which we plan another visit soon.

Stylish restaurant with fantastic service - especially Stephen. Had 2 Sunday roasts and 2 pizzas and all was very tasty.

The food was outstanding but it was quite cold where we were sitting. We asked if the fire could be put on but the waitress said the boss said no 🥶 Apart from that it was lovely

Overall, our experience was really nice however there were a couple of hiccups! We asked for hand cut chips instead of fries with one meal but fries were delivered so we asked for this to be rectified and we asked for a clotted cream ice cream instead of the raspberry sorbet with the lemon panna cotta but the sorbet was still provided along with a pot of actual clotted cream. It didn’t affect the evening however and we still really enjoyed the food so would definitely recommend!
