Fantastic Sunday lunch, reasonable price and the service was outstanding!
Very tasty well cooked food. Service was excellent. Easy relaxed venue.
Lovely Sunday lunch, It was quiet which was welcome (we booked a late lunch). Generous portions!
Very nice pleasent staff. Surroundings relaxed and quiet. We had the breakfast which was very nice, and we will be visiting again for an Evening meal.
Very friendly staff and they couldn’t do more to help. Definitely will be going again for a special evening seafood
One of the best Sunday dinners I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.
Great service, good menu variety. Friendly staff
Perfect location for a reunion lunch. Quiet and spotless.
The Anchor Inn does the best Sunday dinner around!
With a great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food - I would highly, highly recommend!!!
All 3 of us had the roast beef, good size portion, plenty of roasts and excellent veg selection. Couldn’t fault a thing. Sat outside but undercover and courtyard sheltered from wind
Visited Sunday for lunch we enjoyed the best food and service we have experienced in a long time.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
We had mussels and scallops for starters both yummy and the roast beef dinner… gravy was the best!
Lovely food, great surroundings, friendly service.
This was a great find! A new part of Worcester for me by the canal boat harbour, ideal on a hot sunny day. Food and entire menu was fabulous service was reliable and accommodating. A lovely discovery
Seafood was fresh and delicious
Service first class and the real ale was top draw
We have been craving an anchor Sunday lunch for a while and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing and The Anchor really is the only place I would ever choose to have a Sunday lunch apart from my own of course.
My pork dinner was delicious and the crackling on the top was the best I’ve tasted.
Well done to all at The Anchor 😊
Their breakfasts are great. We have eaten thereally a few times and always good.
Food good plenty of it location interesting service relaxed good value for money would eat here again
Great pub for lunch. Tables inside and outside. Range of menu choices. Salads, fish & chips, sandwiches etc. Excellent service, helpful staff. Everywhere very clean.
Great seafood platter and team were happy to adapt as requested. Sat outside, good atmosphere.
We had a good time, food was good , good Covid safe space
I was able to book on-line which was very easy. The service was excellent and waitress very happy to advise on gluten free options. Food was really good, I chose the steak burger which was very nice. Overall a really good experience and I would recommend.
Went on a Monday night- wait service was pretty poor/slow, the food was ok but nothing to write home about.
A limited menu, Great food. Nice setting next to the marina. Tables could have been a little cleaner especially in this times. Good night though.
Very comfortable place to eat. The food was very good and plentiful, all the staff wore masks and made you feel both relaxed and comfortable throughout. Thankyou again for your excellent food and service.👍👍
All round great experience. Food was excellent. Good service
Lovely courtyard overlooking Worcester marina with pleasant friendly staff and atmosphere. Good range tasty pub food with some original twists such as types of fries. Great burgers, salads and super spicy 'dirty' fries ( maybe bit too spicy!!) Lush banoffee pie
We had a lovely meal but it was a very long wait for good. When ordering food we were told it was a 40 minute wait but it was actually over an hour. But when the food came it was lovely
Lovely place to eat and drink. The Anchor is in a canal basin giving it a special ambience of its own. Staff are really friendly and swift in their service, even when it is busy. The food is simply fabulous, the Sunday roast dinners were really good - all praise to the chef for creating the veggie pie, just gorgeous!
Sat outside as usual ... Enjoyed it as usual ....and friend who hadnt been before
Felt very comfortable in the dinning room with only two other tables occupied. Food was delicious and the service excellent. Staff very personable and pleasant.
Lovely atmosphere, nice food. A nice start to our walk down the river and visit to Worcester. Dog friendly
Unfortunately it was unstaffed when I went. The drinks took 30 minutes to arrive even though we only ordered two fizzy drinks. I ordered the garden linguine and it was very bland. But the calamari was great
Outdoor only seating offered. Table was too small for our group, staff were disinterested and confused about who was serving us. Food took a long time because apparently there was only one chef for the Sunday service.
Great food, seafood specials. Outdoor is picnic bench style seating, friendly atmosphere and staff.
The ploughman’s really let the whole meal down
The anchor is a great pub overlooking the wharf. The staff are super friendly and the food is great. We went for a pub lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend
Hi, the food was very nice, the water jugs though did have mold at the bottom of the jug, so that put us of the water.
I was very hot that day, a fan was provided for the inside area but was only placed on the party of 11 in at the time.
The food was very lovely, all empty plates and our friends we took for the first time loved it
Staff were incredibly accommodating as we had to change our booking several times and moved to a different area on the day due to extreme heat. Food was great and service was friendly and prompt.
Amazing fish menu, beautifully cooked and great staff.
