   just lovely experience - was a casual business lunch - I cant fault anything - service was great, food was all lovely, price was very reasonable - great time had by all ! Will definitely be coming back and I liked the look of their private rooms too!

   Brilliant people who could not be more helpful. Food arrived in good time and tasted great. They made a special effort as one member of the party was celebrating a birthday. Will definitely visit again. Beautiful decor. Just a great place and reasonably priced.

   Always really nice to visit the Arber Garden! Real pleasure! Sunday lunch really good and nice bar area plus I can bring my well behaved dog who gets lots of love and attention!! Really nice environment! Recommend!!

   Lovely place for Sunday lunch. Cosy and a wide choice of menu items for all requirements. Friendly staff and left us to it for the most part. No rush to get us out, so we could enjoy a lazy Sunday lunch. Would be good if there was better training on the available options as staff couldn’t answer many of my questions. Food was good, although the plant based roast option needs a better gravy, it came with a thick purée which didn’t go well. Also the sort of half mashed root veg should just be changed to roast veg as the texture was too mushy. Kids menu needs a vegetarian option Desserts and drinks were lovely.

   I went to this restaurant based on the reviews, but I have to say I was very disappointed. It not a nice feeling paying £36+ per person for food that I could have cooked better at home, and in much more reasonable quantities. The drinks are ok, but generic and the prices are heavily inflated. The aesthetics of the place are nice, but the music is far to loud to allow for a conversation for the people you have come with. I don't recommend going here, and I certainly won't go again.

   Food was good but while service was friendly it was very slow and we had to flag a server down every single time we wanted something, including after waiting nearly 15 minutes to have water or drink orders taken. This despite not being exceptionally busy. The cocktails were delicious though and the food was very good.

   We attended the arber garden for my birthday lunch. The service was cold from the start, my friends called asking if they could add something for my birthday. Which the staff rudely declined. Once arriving the staff barely acknowledged us, the service was slow and was obvious they were ignoring us. We asked for new drinks 3 times, without receiving them. The food was l average with half the group not finishing their meals. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant especially for the price.

   A beautiful environment for a group meal. Excellent service, delicious food, superior decor, delightful ambience, reasonable prices. One of my favourite Fitzrovia hangouts.

    The unfortunate thing was we ordered the bottomless brunch for 2 people. Having fought with them to get them to top up our prosecco when we asked for a final 2 glasses they said we had to pay for them as we were out of the 90 minutes period. We got our desert served 2 hours after we sat down the service was so slow. As a result they recieved £48 for a bottle of prosseco. When queried they basically said 'computer says no'. Which is a shame as everything else was a solid 3 stars. We removed the service charge - I'm sorry for the staff but we were MASSIVELY overcharged.

    Nice venue but the service was very slow took nearly 1.5 hours to take our dinner order and even then we had to ask them to take our order! Drinks took ages to come and the wine was in ice buckets but too far from the table for us to be able to pour ourselves so were constantly waiting for top ups. Another annoying thing was the menu on the website was not the same as in the restaurant there were items on the website not on the menu. A colleague visited on another day at a different time and had the same experience.

    We had fabulous service, really nice ambience. Sat out on the patio area with heat lamp above us. Food was exceptionally nice, had the prime beef Sunday roast. Martini’s were fab as well.

    My friend and I came here on Sunday for the roast and it didn't disappoint. I had the roast beef and she had the lamb, potatoes was nice a crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, vegetables was lovely the gravy was delicious. The horseradish cream wasn't to sharp just perfect for me. Overall a lovely afternoon and the venue stunning. Only downside was how long it took to get a card machine after asking for the bill, also there was a bit of a wait to get seated whn i arrived. Other than that service throughout was nice and quick our waiter was lovely and checked in occasionally throughout our meal. However it's definitely a place I would love to go again to try other options on their menu.

    We found the lady staff professional, service was good Food wise my asparagus dish was slightly over cooked, rest of the dishes were fine We found slightly expensive but not that much The wine was excellent

    We visited midweek lunchtime and the place wasn’t full. The new owners have enclosed areas to make smaller more intimate spaces which works well. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and our waiter especially so. Our desserts were gifted to us as they had taken a long time to arrive even though we had neither complained nor asked for this. Very impressive customer service and we will definitely visit again.

    Way too expensive for a lunch, small portions, desert was not great - Eton Mess and vegan chocolate fondant - and the vegetarian options are not exciting at all. Also, having to pay for 2 slices of bread as no bread basket, is weird, especially in that type of restaurant. However the terrace is gorgeous and well heated ans the staff friendly.

    Lovely decor and ambience, very relaxed vibe. Staff attentive and made a fuss of my sister in law's birthday after I mentioned it in the booking, but did not mention it on arrival, really impressed and very thoughtful. Lovely food, my autumn salad was delicious and fresh.

    Lovely ambiance and that is where your good experience ends.. waited for the water to arrive on a table for 55 min average food, very undercooked chicken served to one of our business partners, mid rare stake comes blue. Deserts were ok. Either understaffed or very poorly managed place. The waitress serving us was lovely but that’s not enough. Brought a party of 10 ppl and everyone said exactly the same. I’d never visit again.

    Awful meal. Vegetables not cooked, meat dry and inedible bread sauce. Bit of blue dishcloth in my daughters bowl of chips. They gave us a free pudding unprompted in recognition of how bad it all was. Staff clearly struggling

    Amazing location with great food and drinks selection. The outdoor area is just perfect. The service was awesome as well. The only comment I would have is for servers to advise on the price of the products they recommend that are not listed on the menu. It wasn't an issue for our party, but not everyone may have over £400 to settle for a party of 4. Apart from that, it was very good overall and I would definitely recommend it for lunch, dinner, drinks or a date.

    Lovely venue, went for brunch with friends and we all enjoyed it thoroughly. The service was good and staff were helpful when it came to orders etc. We did the bottomless deal and our drinks were regularly filled up. Food was delicious too, overall a good experience and would definitely go again.
