   A lovely cafe to meet friends with a nice atmosphere. The waitress that served us was really friendly and there was no rush with the ordering. The cake options are unique and some lovely Gluten Free options. Also the pancake from the children’s menu went down well. Would recommend booking as it’s quite busy.

   Thoroughly enjoyed the quality breakfast, we all had different dishes and each arrived well presented and delicious. Great environment and service.

   Disappointing visit today, beautiful weather so lots of people outside so not as noisy as usual inside. Seated by a rather miserable looking young lady so not the best start! Our server was lovely however , very friendly and helpful! The food took ages to come, we arrived at midday and food came about 12.50 and as we had been told the table was needed at 1.30 all felt rushed. Food was lukewarm and not as good as previous visits and my friends trout was overrun with large bones! Again our server was super helpful and informed the kitchen but that was that! 🤔. This is a very busy venue but possibly suffering from its own popularity . More staff would help and maybe in the kitchen too, especially as you really need to book so they must know how busy it is going to be!

   We are local and love it here, however we unfortunately feel the service really has gone down. We had to wait a long time for our pre booked table, our hot drinks were cold but we didn’t ask for replacements after waiting so long and food came out before we had cutlery. Really hope it picks up back to the service it used to be as it was amazing.

    We love The Barn Kitchen. We go every week after our weekly shopping in the farm shop, sometimes brunch, sometimes lunch and sometimes just coffee and cake. All options are equally enjoyable. Today I was meeting up with friends for a catch-up and lunch. We weren't disappointed and they enjoyed discovering the bonus of the farm shop!
