   I had a burger, fries and gluten free bread. There was also red cabbage, which I love, but this was virtually uncooked, so very indigestible for me, which was a pity. Service was great - very sweet waitress.

   Very noisy. Waited around 25 mins just for our coffee and longer for our bacon sandwich. Coffee beans tasted burnt or the milk was burnt, not nice coffee at all. Food was ok, delicious bacon. Friendly service

   I booked an afternoon tea for a belated birthday for my best friend - I would defintely recommend, the food was delicious and there was a real variety of savoury and sweet treats. The scones were also very fresh and they did not scrimp on the clotted cream and jam! I could also not fault the service, nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend an afternoon tea here - I will definitely be returning!

   Coffee and cake up to usual high standard. Very busy and noisy so difficult for conversation. Car park is totally appalling - potholes, mud and puddles!

   We have eaten many times here and it's one of our favourites but todays breakfast was a bit disappointing, we usually have a pancake stack but today they seemed smaller than usual and constructed with less care, hopefully it's just a blip.

   LOVE The Barn Kitchen! This is our go-to place after our food shopping or tbh any time we're passing too! Any excuse, just for coffee (and cake of course!) or brunch or lunch. The staff are incredibly friendly and not pushy, the food is varied and interesting and delicious. The ambience is relaxing and comfortable whether you're inside or outside. There isn't anything I would change. Today I met a friend for a catchup for lunch... then coffee and cake... then another coffee, we were there for almost 4 hours, we weren't rushed or shooed out! It was wonderful! Tomorrow We'll be back there after our weekly food shopping in the farm shop and will probably have coffee and cake again - I particularly recommend the Carrot and Pecan Cake!

   Great experience all round, lovely staff who were very attentive. Food was amazing as well, we got the sweet pancakes and the kitchen breakfast which went down a treat! Highly recommend.

    I visit for brunch with friends regularly but was slightly disappointed today! Unfortunately we were sat near the entrance and it was a cold dank day so with all the coming and going I was cold! also people seem to think hanging around someone’s else’s table, right up against our tabletalking taking loudly etc is ok! It’s not! Felt today as if we were all squeezed in for maximum bums on seats! The staff were as friendly as ever but the food was also disappointing which is unusual ! I’m really hoping this is a one off as I always recommend this place for the food which although expensive is normally very good!
