I think Sunday night is the time to avoid The Bavarian. Twice on a Sunday they have simply run out of Wiener Schnitzel. This time it also looks like they ran out of fries - or they managed to screw up all four orders. The Schnitzel they did have were much smaller than normal too. I think it's left-over Sundays!

Add insult to injury they hit you with a 10% surcharge. Normally wouldn't mind that, but to be charged it and not even get the meals you want (more than once) is just not on.
All that said - any other night of the week I would recommend them and we will be back, but never again on a Sunday.

The food was good and reasonably priced, It was very rushed, we'd hadn't finished the entree before the mains arrived. The order when we got it was "almost" correct - didn't want to make a fuss about getting mash rather than the fries we ordered.
The BIG downer for the evening was to have the garbage bins wheeled through the middle of the restaurant in the MIDDLE of service. We're talking about 7pm. I would have thought this should have been done either much earlier or much later in the evening - not while paying and eating customers are there
