Been here a number of times and have also had a pleasurable experience
The venue, food, service and wines were lovely but the sound carried from the larger parties
An absolutely fantastic meal as usual, with excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this restaurant
Whether travelling to the NEC or visiting relatives, we always try and book a meal or pop in for a drink at The Beeches. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, great decor and good restaurant area. Staff are great, attentive and friendly.
My birthday, great menu great food and service.. thanks so much the Beeches
Haven’t been for a while. Lovely evening great food and great attentive staff. Now looking to book for Xmas day.
We were advised that there were no steaks or scallops which was unfortunate. Therefore we had Beef Wellington which was very nice.
Terrible service, food cold upon delivery. When making the booking adviced of needs in advance yet they where all ignored. When asking for written allergy information I was told this wasn’t available. Will not return.
Still good food, service was okay could of been a bit better. Had to ask for things several times. Wouldnt put me off returning though as could of been an off day.
Serving staff got 4 out of 4 orders wrong. The special turbot was small enough to be a starter. The restaurant is saved only by big picture windows looking out over countryside.
Lovely lunch time meal from set menu, great value for money.
Seems to be under new management and it showed , service very poor and very very noisy. Will not be returning for a while.
Great food well presented, the staff were very attentive & extremely pleasant, will definitely visit again.
First time at this venue. Food menu had something to offer for everyone in our group of 7. Wine list had some good choices, and the Gin list very good. Food was well presented and tasty. Service was outstanding with several staff attending to our requirements throughout the evening.
6 people. Brilliant starters. Main course was luke warm and verging on cold for part of it. Other parts of it were lovely and tasty. Very mixed feelings about the event as it is a lovely place with excellent staff and ambience. Just very disappointing food overall. Will try it again but with some hesitation............
Great menu, lovely service nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful setting with views over the fields. Despite their being a large party of diners it was still fairly quiet. The bar area is cozy and well laid out. Overall a lovely evening
myself and one of my friends had steak, I ordered medium rare. If didnt come medium rare, No steak knife came with my steak, lacked plate appeal, and over priced compared to other steak restaurant. The service was good and the setting is lovely, but wouldn't return .
Good menu with something to suit everyone's taste. Beef wellington particularly good. Waffles with ice cream a tasty dessert. Service good as well. Worth a visit
We visited for a birthday and the service wad excellent throughout. The food was delicious and we all thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience, with beautiful views of the Warwickshire countryside.
Excellent brunch, great service and food. Good value for money and superb location. Will definitely return.
Always decent food here. Staff are friendly however we had to wait 40 mins for the desert menu and had to ask for it ourselves. Not really a criticism but to be honest the only thing we could find fault with. Well worth a visit.
We visited with friends on Friday evening and I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews (after booking) that the service at the Beeches may have deteriorated since my previous visits. I needn’t have worried - we all had a wonderful evening with fabulous food and great service from all of the staff.
We went to try the new pizza menu. They turned out to be fab! The bases were thin without being brittle and there was a good choice of toppings which were generously applied.
The server was very sarcastic, the interior isn’t the nicest and reminded of a dark old pub.
Food wasn’t as high quality as expected or recommend
It was a hot day and we needed the blind pulling down behind us. However, the strings were knotted up at the top, so the blind wouldn’t come fully down. Air conditioning would have been nice! The next day one of my guests told me that his medium rib eye steak was too rare. He didn’t want to complain because he didn’t want to spoil the occasion. Overall, the service was good. Some meals were a bit on the small side. The menu is suitable for special occasions and you can expect to find something different. Not cheap though.
Really nice food. Menu full & covers all tastes. Lovely restaurant.
Service was not down to the waitress (fine)but to the interminable waiting time due to the kitchen.... it was quite ridiculous as we waited almost 40 minutes for our main (we didn't have a starter) which was a relatively simple grilled cod. By the time it came we were exhausted! So although it was good, you do need to do something about waiting. In fact, I suspect we might never have got it, if I hadn't complained.
Overall a good experience would go again.
When arriving you need to order food before you are seated at table, we waited 40 minutes before starters arrived.
Then after that the rest flowed, it was worth the wait service was excellent from our waitress Restaurant was very busy which is a good sign.
Food and served excellent, the only thing I can find to moan about, was the wait between courses, I didn't have a starter and therefore had to wait just that little but longer, which felt like forever because I was hungry. Food was well worth the wait.
food was lovely service was so slow i had to ask 4 times for the starters and drinks too way too long to come we were left without a drink several times throughout the meal.
We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had a lovely meal. There was a wedding on in Fentham Hall next door, which made the restaurant very busy & somewhat noisy. Despite this, the staff were attentive and we got through our meal in a reasonable time, neither rushed nor delayed. The wines were very reasonably priced. We had gin & tonics to start, which were also sensibly priced. Despite the wedding, there was plenty of car parking space. The food was very well cooked in accordance with our wishes and even better than more expensive local restaurants.
Food and location excellent. Very pleasant service. Lovely view. Only criticism would be how hot the main dining area was.
Lovely place to meet up with friends on a sunny day
Really enjoyed our evening as the food was lovely and the service was very good and polite. The only slight downside was a bloke who was on a table behind me was a loud bore which just took the ambient score down slightly, but I would recommend, and indeed have, The Beeches to anyone. Thank you for a lovely evening.
Lovely food good staff was quieter when first arrived soon got busier. Sorry to say but needs a kick of paint out the back
Fabulous food served piping hot and full of flavour, there was a little wait for food but well worth it. Service great, all the staff were attentive and the view of the planes coming over was a added bonus. Definitely be dining there again soon. The manager Morgan was very professional and we couldn’t fault anything.
I was really impressed with the food in comparison to two years ago when I went and swore I would never go back. The menu is amazing with so much choice for everyone and the peri peri half chicken was the best I have had in a very long time.
I had added that this was for a birthday my dads and was very let down when nothing was done for this at all. Even when I mentioned it when I was in the toilet before the bill came the girl apologised and that was it. Working in customer service as well I think this was awful and something more could have been done.
Great food as always - love the new menu, satisfied customers all round!
Love that this is on our door step, either to drop by for drinks casually or for dining
Always a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere
Thank you Morgan and Shaun
I have been a few times over the years it has been open. Probably about every 6 months.
On this occasion i went for a date, that happened to be Fathers Day. The menu was lovely and had variety. Good value for good quality food.
The food is beautifully presented and very tasty, full of unusual flavours.
If I was to give Beeches a bit of negative feedback it would be about decor.....please make the outside look a bit nicer and please make the toilets nicer.
The service was good, but could be more welcoming and a few more smiles and eye contact.
