It was live music and such a wonderful experience with my friends. Food is always amazing and the crew are wonderful

Perfect outdoor setting to have dinner and enjoy the evening. Food was great and plenty of spacing between patrons in our COVID environment. I would highly recommend the sausages and the more the better (great flavor). Definitely plan on visiting again!

A review would be unfair in light of the Covid restrictions. The food and drinks were excellent. We had the Valentine's Day special. I wish the menu was more German, but that's OK. They efficiently handled the payment up front so that we could enjoy our food. and leave when we were done.

We love Old World! The food, service and ambiance are exceptional. They have made the Biergarten so nice and family friendly. They have gone the extra mile to provide a safe environment, while not sacrificing the German spirit. It is one of our favorite places! Congrats to Rita and Bernie.

Went to old world for thanksgiving. Cost was very expensive. Additionally, all members of our party ordered stuffing, which they did not have. They should let people know if they don’t have stuffing. They essentially ignored reservations. I would not have paid hundreds of dollars for a thanksgiving with no stuffing.

A little pricey for what you get and the service was spotty.

Pretty decent food but very overpriced for what you get with a total lack of service. You order at a counter so for those prices?! Yikes.

I really enjoyed my visit but I had made a reservation for Octoberfest and the reservation was not honored and we were asked to leave an hour after arriving. So be aware to call instead, to find out they can reserve. Also, its not sit down dining. You must know what you want to eat as soon as you walk in, Deli style. After that, they come to your table. However, table service was lacking. Food took a long time and it wasnt that terribly busy. I would give this place another chance, indoors.

We were discouraged to find that our reservation was not acknowledge by the restaurant. There was never a table reserved for us. Also I contact Chris the manager many times before our reservation date via phone and and email and he did not respond to my questions.

However the food was very good and staff was very friendly

Having been to Munich Germany a few years ago, trying to replicate that BierHaus feeling especially during Oktoberfest has been challenging! Stumbling upon Old World Restaurant, we decided to give it a try. I ordered the pork shank and let me tell you that it was oinky goodness at another level! Mashed potatoes and Sauerkraut were also amazing! This place was sooooo good that we went back...2 Days later!!!! This time, wanted to try out the sausages and ordered the sampler. OMG, soooooooooo good! The restaurant has a market attached to it and its so fun. Make your way here, not just for Oktoberfest, but anytime you have a hankering for some authentic German Food!

They are charging for every little item like mustard for the pretzels now - $5 for a tiny cup which they don't tell you until you get the bill! Food was premade and came out just about warm which turned cold very quickly as we have to eat outside during these trying times. The sides are $5 as well and very small portions compared to pre-virus. I get they're trying to make as much $ but $110 for just 3 people then we have to McDs to fill up? We won't try them again until we're back to normal. If its this bad again then won't ever go back. BTW we brought people there that never went. Have other friends that never been but holding off until much much later!!

Thé quality of the food was not as good during the Octoberfest celebration but the ambiance made up for it!

A delightful late lunch in the outdoor restaurant section.

We decide to attend at the last minute, we had a enjoyable time. First time listening to live music since the lock down. It was nice to get away and enjoy good German food and live music.

I love this place but the service for October fest was a bit t9 be desired.
Our food delivered to wrong table, the 35.00 each for the October fest plate was WAY over priced.
Still a fun place but I give it a 3 overall

It was a little hard to find the place. I’ve had better German food. I like sitting inside better than outside. Couldn’t find the bathrooms either. But it was sort of fun and the atmosphere was very nice and OldWorld.

Birthday celebration loved the live music birthday recognition and dancing and food

The staff took such great care of our large party that we plan to return again for more fun. Thanks to Old World German Restaurant for a wonderful night out!

The service was great, food came out quick. We ordered the meat lovers platter, it was more than enough for a party of four. I suggest getting that to try all the different meats, and seeing which meats you like. So that way you know for your next time you know what you want to get.

Had a large party for my birthday, and it was my first time. There was hardly anyone there, and we seated ourselves. Our server, Heather, did a fantastic job of taking care of all of us, and the food was fantastic! Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be coming back!

As always Old World Restaurant brings back memories from my childhood. Everything is always fresh, warm and wonderful. Service was very good. Noise level was very loud. Extremely loud in fact. Other than that, we had a wonderful lunch. Thank you Old World Restaurant

As always, the food was great, all that we expect for our craving for Mid European food. It was the Open Table service the let us down, when we got there the hostess had no clue that we had a reservation. She promptly got a couple of tables together for us, it seems that there was a computer blackout, or something, that they did have the reservation there.

The fellow playing the cornet in the main room was too loud for talking between us so we choose a table on the patio. The reduced volume, outside, was just right.
Very good meal and correct lighting outdoors (i.e. soft lighting, no blazing bright lights).

The restaurant did not have my Open Table reservation & said it did not exist even though it was confirmed through Open Table. Luckily they were able to seat us on the patio, although the table they put our party of 9 at was definitely not big enough so three of us sat at a nearby table. Would recommend they work better with Open Table or do not offer Open Table reservations if they are not going to honor them.

We picked this restaurant on a whim, needing a 10 person reservation 2 days in advance....and we’re all fairly agreeable to German food.

Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow - we were seated over 30 minutes before everyone had a drink, the waiter was fairly friendly but didn’t seem to know how to manage a group of 10. The dinner took over 2.5 hours, and not because we were having such a great time and stuck around...the service was that slow.

In fact, a large table seated after us had already received their meals before we were even able to order ours.

There was semi-live music playing in the dining room which was insanely loud. We had to yell at each other to speak, and we were near the back of the room.

All of our potatoes were served cold, including the burnt potato pancakes my father in law received, the mashed potatoes, fries, and German potatoes.

We would definitely have come back if we were there with a smaller party, as it seems to be a great place with a fun ambiance and good food. But tonight was painfully slow.

I don’t think I’ve ever been bothered by an automatic gratuity for large parties, but today was definitely that time. Our server did not earn even half of what he received.

We come here every year during Oktoberfest because there are more food selections on the menu than inside the festival. That said, the sausages are delicious, but everything else is mediocre. The only thing I don’t get is why they don’t have roast chicken on the menu, especially during Oktoberfest. It’s a German tradition during this time. The service is very slow, but the staff is super nice. The beer and wine selection is great and there are plenty of choices on the menu. I had the Jaegerschnitzel and the pork cutlet was very tough, but the sauce they put over it is pretty good. My husbands German stack was good and you’ll never go wrong with the pretzels, fresh out of the oven.

Great food, great service. Ambience and music was wonderful. Always a great time.

Really nice ambiance. Fun atmosphere. Food was really good and a true variety of German recipes. Also have vegitarian. Our waitress was new so it was slow service but the other servers there seemed to do really good with their tables so think it was just a learning curve for ours.

I love Old World. The food is good. It definitely needs some updating of the restaurant and bar.
