First time in the Bistro, we had heard a lot of good reports about the bistro, we thought we’d give it a go, we were absolutely impressed, great food, fantastic service in a lovely atmosphere, we will definitely be back, and would highly recommend the Bistro for something to eat

Superb Food; really nice subtle changes to the menu. Great wine options; value for money; really good, knowledgeable service. Stonebass and Duck Mains and Garlic, chilli and whisky prawn starters- all superb

A fairly small restaurant with a lovely intimate atmosphere. 1st class service with attentive, friendly staff. Food is excellent and reasonably priced as is the wine. Highly recommend and will definitely pay a return visit. Book well in advance as it is busy.

What a great find in Ayr - great menu for food and cocktails. Excellent service - we went a little later, so not rushed and had a great chat with owner.

My husband and I had a delicious dinner on the 28/8. The food was perfectly cooked, the service was great and the venue had a real ambience. Perfect evening

This was my first time at The Bistro, and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I will definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend The Bistro.
